About: Kenya
Amazing

5/5

This is my first trip to Kenya . Beside attending training in Nairobi, i took safaris trip in Nairobi National Park and Maasai Mara . To make our trip easier, we should have Mpesa or paypal to Kenya, thankfully i have local friends to help me pay my entry fee to Nairobi park using his Mpesa and contact my agent trip to Maasai Mara for asking payment by cash.
Overall the trip is so fun, the agent very communicative and helpful, the weather is no nice, my tent is so neat and clean, and the best one is Maasai Mara. The Mara is so magical place, better than Nairobi National but if you just have short trip to Kenya, National Park is the best place, because it is nearby capital of Kenya.
Food, i am not into with kind of food there.. but acceptable

Excellent 6 Days Safari-Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli
5/5

We booked our trip with wonderful Crossriver Safaris which was organized by Mr Erick. As this was our first visit to Africa I had a lot of questions about the trip and Erick and his team patiently provided me with all the answers. We had a wonderful safari experience with the Crossriver Team. We experienced a lot more than we had imagined. In Masai Mara we saw Lions cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, water buffalos, wildebeests, hippo at Mara river and even a leopard chilling in a tree. The rest of the park they were very nice and we can’t forget lovely adventure for our trip.
Everything that was promised was delivered!! I highly recommend this company and will definitely revisit and book our next trip with them soon.

Great professionally guided trip with excellent itinerary and reasonably priced
5/5

Granville was an excellent guide and I would not hesitate doing another trip with him and Oshili Namibia Travel and Tours.
He was very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable. The itinerary took in most of Namibia's highlights while still allowing some flexibility so we were very happy with the whole experience.I feel it was helpful that Granville was from Namibia as the choices in accommodations were superb, as was his knowledge of the area. Other similar tours appear to charge two or three times what we paid,so deleting the middleman really cut costs without compromising the quality.

Estleon Adventures: the more professional and friendly team that you could ever ask for!
5/5

Esther is amazing she helped us in every step of the way even in things she didn't have too. From visas, to booking hotels when you arrive to Nairobi, to making sure that we had the best time of our lives ( she even baked me a cake and arranged for the masai tribe to dance for my birthday! Who does that???). The only sad part was that we didn't meet her personally. Our huge thanks to you Esther!
Tony was our driver, and once more couldn't have had a better one. He has hawk eyes and is able to find any animal you ask for, he tries his best to get you the best shots and he even helped us with the culture differences between theirs and our country. Don't have any problems in booking with them, they are amazing people you won't regret it! Thank you Tony and Esther!

Perfect organized self driving tour with adventure, culture, people & wildlife
5/5

Cross Country / African Bush Bird was the guarantor of a very successful and extraordinary Nambia self-driving trip, which made our desires for adventure, culture, people & animals a perfect experience.

We had a very agile service with the local ABBT team, which thanks to his experience complemented further wishes along the route, so that Essen, shopping or technical support for the vehicle was perfectly organized in parallel.

After leaving the last tar road south-west of Windhoek we were able to get used to the beautiful Gecko camp and the track to the Naukluft Park with the Hilux and the "African massage" on the washing board pistes. Still, "African massage" surprises the Sesriem National Park with beautiful tar road in the dune world. The sandy track on the last few kilometers to Sossusvlei with difficulty driving in sand without problems and after nightly sandstorm it went to sunrise over Solitaire, Welwitschia-Ebene and Moonlandscape to Swakopmund. Then we came closer to living in the sand dunes during the Little Five Tour, while the strikingly damped shock absorbers on our Hilux were exchanged at the Toyota Workshop - thanks to Manfred's faster organization. The very pleasant atmosphere of the Beach Lodge and its very good kitchens are loved until the negligence of the carmaker quickly forgets. Relaxed and refreshed, it went with the full reserve canister north.

A further highlight on the north course was the Mowani Lodge, its comfort and restraint luxury until ever, as we continued to conquer the dusty slopes along our route in the Kaokoveld in the following days. The Movani Elephant Drive with Guide Mephew leaves behind a reminder of refreshing desert elephants in close proximity to the Jeep.

Our special treats were enjoyed at the junction: the Etendeka Mountain Trail, the landscape and wildlife (giraffes, noseburns, zebras, lions) on their own feet were much closer to reading, as the later "comfort drive in water slides" in Etosha. The approx. 18km day stretches are ideal for pedes even with 15kg of photo luggage relaxed.
Thanks to Himba guide Nick, we felt secure for all time and loved the elevated sleeping platforms and, despite the hyena call in the evening with a glance into the starry sky. The nursing exaggerated our expectations that the kitchen duo dazzled in both camps, each at a wonderful evening and breakfast.

In the Kaokoveld, which is also home to the Himbas, we then found driving technical highlights from Marble Camp to the Red Drum and Marienfluss, as our Toyota Hilux came with its standard approach and normal pick-up ground freedom and its boundaries. At least we didn't get any fuel, since our SonderwĂĽnsche was better fulfilled by reservists from landlords than the more robust all-terrain tires.
That is why we had very interesting terms with one of the "Himba buses": trained safari defender, who drove the clan in the clinic at the Marble Camp and who already knows the very "rocky and stony" track at sleep.
The House on the Hill at Marble Camp with the very friendly manager Sebaleon, who received our surprisingly white train with tight ties, also had a solid place in our memory.

Further landscaping then detected the green river landscape in the Kunene River. The stretch section of the Epupa Falls to Ruacana was rewarded even with crocodile sighting on its own, but even though Guide Tom warned against the cold-blooded shelter on the shallow shore, he lost his sister with a child and a crocodile.

In Ovamboland, easy to find in the cities with the many "O" s, we arrived at the Ongula Homestaed Lodge in the enjoyment of the incredible heartiness of the teams of Eric, Hilma and Betty. We were also able to get to know the life of the villas very authentically - including typical essence with millet, marthon chicken and mopane caterpillars.

The Etosha stay planned at the end rounded out the photo series with the one and the other picture, which still leaves the animal scenes visible during walking and driving. The overnight stay outside the parks at Onguma Tamboti Camp was rewarded with very good comfort and good kitchens of restaurants with "lodging places" in the water hole. As a result, the park attracts with its larger illuminated water runs at the expense of retaining the friendliness of tourism-weary personnel.

Unfortunately, the last stop in Waterberg was short and then a continuation was sure to be made.

Thank you and the planning team of Juliane Beckmann, Nicole and Manfred.

Thank you so much to Manfred and the team for our place and to Jophrey, our airport transfer.

Good safari, great customer service
4/5

We went for a 10 day safari, 3 in kenya on the Maasai Mara, with then a transfer to Arusha and several days more of safari, including Ngorogoro and the Serengetti.

Evelyn for 7 wonders is great, she took care of everything and if there was a small issue she solved it straight away. Accomodations were all as advertised and sometimes better. Staff on the safari's was good (though our kenyan driver Benson was a bit of a hustler)

all in all would definitely recommend

The most amazing experience
5/5

We were so lucky to come across Silverback Expeditions when planning our trip to Rwanda! The communication with Jane couldn't be any clearer - not to mention how fast she replied... We even wondered if she slept at all!

About the Gorilla Trekking... how can I put it?! Simply indescribable. It's a physically demanding activity but so rewarding!

We do not hesitate to recommend Silverback Expeditions to anyone thinking of visiting Rwanda.
