Good and reliable safari service
We have done a few safaris in Tanzania and did one more when our son and his girlfriend visited us in September. I have contacted several companies for quotes, including two we have used in the past. Finally, we have chosen Serengeti Smile because three reasons: (1) Albert, the owner and manager with whom I am in contact, is knowledgeable and responsive to all my inquiry; (2) The quote I got is reasonable; and (3) a friend we know who had a safari recently highly recommended this company. We had a short 3.5 days safari and had a schedule problem due to cancellation of my son's original flight and delay caused by changing of the flights. Albert and our tour guide/driver Gama handled the change of the schedule very well. The promptly rearranged our schedule to maximize our activities. They also returned the money for park tickets and guide fees for the activities that cannot be made. The camps and hotels Serengeti Smile chosen are very good and in the medium to high range. They are at excellent locations, have clean and adequate facility, and provided good food. Gama is a responsible tour guide and driver. He was very pleasant to work with and made the best effort to take us to see the wonderful wildlife in Tarangire NP. We had an excellent safari experience with Serengeti Smile and would recommend it to others who want to experience Tanzania but do not want to break his/her bank.

Wonderful personalised safari with great support from Betty and amos
We loved our safari with crimson Brooke and are so grateful for Betty and amos’ efforts. It can be a bit daunting choosing from so many providers and spending so much money a long time in advance from abroad, but crimson Brooke provided the reassurance we needed and we felt in safe hands the whole time. We were so glad we went with a smaller local operator. They met us from the airport and spent time with us every time we passed through nairobi which was lovely. We did a 5-6 days tour of amboseli (1night), Nakuru (1night) and the Mara (2 nights)and it was fanstastic. Highly recommend the cliff camp and ilkeliani camp. If we were to do the tour again we might skip Amboseli and do 2nights at nakuru just to reduce the driving time. Our guide Reuben was a brilliant driver and guide but it is nonetheless a long time in the car. Whatever you decide though Betty and Amos will help you to tailor your plans and will do all they can to ensure you have a great trip.

Amazing Kilimanjaro trip!
An incredible 7-days on Kilimanjaro, Lemosho route. Our guides Godwin and John were fantastic, knowledgeable and encouraging! The whole team were great fun and always smiling. The food and tents were perfect. We could not recommend Popote enough, it was a trip to remember!

Well organized and very friendly
We booked the 4 day safari with Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. During the safari we quickly decided to go to Manyara Lake, this was possible without any problems. We've all seen the Big 5. Our guide Maximilian was very friendly and knew his way around very well. The food was excellent.

Safari was well beyond our expectations. Jeff was a phenomenal guide with a keen eye and the tenacity to keep searching for elusive animals (Cheetahs, Leopards and Rhinos) where other guides may have just given up! We will (and already have) recommended Imani and Jeff to our friends.

An amazing experience
We had an amazing experience. Everything was beautifully organized, from the airport transfer to our hotel stays before and after the Safari. The Safari was excellent and Samy, our guide, was able to share everything he knew about African wildlife and the Massai. It will remain an unforgettable memory. I highly recommend this supplier to everyone!

Personal service - excellent program - once a life experience you have to do.
When you are in Tanzania than you must go on safari. And Green Hippo and her team are really great.
Very personally what is very important because you are 5 days with there driver.
The service, the surprises, the stories, in relation to value of money is great.
