Review about Ngorongoro Crater by Jim and Monica
What makes Ngorongoro Crater a must see is the scenic beauty of its surroundings. We had already seen many of the animals in the Serengeti, but to see them in these colours and contexts was breathtaking at times.

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by Jim and Monica
Lake Manyara had an exciting combination of an extraordinary number of different birds, and abundant wildlife that could be seen at close range.

Beautiful Kenya.....disgraceful Tukio!
We travelled to Kenya for a safari trip of a life time. We absolutely loved Kenya, it’s wildlife and it’s people.
Kenya is a fabulous country to visit for Safari and seeing the Big Five.
However, just be advised that it is expensive, for example we paid €60 fora bottle of wine in a restaurant and we got the feeling that it was not just the wilder beast that are easy prey but tourists are very much so too.
Our tour company Tukio were good at the planning stage but we were let down very badly by them regarding accommodation. We tried to book a five star lodge which was only available for one night though we wanted two nights, and we offered for the same price, a completely different far inferior lodge in which we felt unsafe and could not even eat the deplorable food which was presented to us. When we wanted to change lodge we got very poor service from Tukio, who did very little to help our situation. We would definitely advise not using this company.

Soul of Tanzania provided professional, personable, flexible staff to fulfill our dream safari.
Soul of Tanzania knocked it out of the park! After reading so many details of the five star reviews (which you can find so we won't repeat), we put together our itinerary with our trip designer José for our northern Tanzania tour. Everyone we met in our accommodations and on our tour were friendly, kind, and welcoming, attending to our every need and question. Special mention first, to our young driver Hassan, who was engaging and informative on our trip to the Materuni Village; we wish him well as a future tour guide. Our tour there was guided by Emmanuel whose patience with our pace on the rainy hike to the waterfall was matched by his enthusiastic demonstration of processing coffee beans from harvest to cup. We enjoyed our active participation in this, too.
Our driver, guide, teacher, and friend, Tony, was a kind and knowledgeable companion for our six day safari. We could not have asked for a better match as he was humorous, patient, thoughtful in his conversation and eager to attend to our every need. Tony had surprises around activities and information for us every day. His skills made us feel adventurous and better connected to the environment around us with a respectful understanding for the cycle of life. Tony spoiled us with his great service, hot lunches laid out with style, his concern for our well-being, and his ability to find opportunities a little off the beaten track. We would highly recommend Tony as the perfect guide for any age group.
Although I really enjoyed the fact that the Manyara Wildlife Safari Camp had many women working there and it was a beautiful setting with fine dining, our top pick was the Tortilis Serengeti Camp. Godfrey and his staff, especially my Kiswahili teacher Chire (sp) made us feel at home, as if we were old friends. They blended friendly teasing with education and professional attention. Our glamping was luxurious with the sound of lions, hyenas, and water buffalo filling the nighttime; we were safe in the knowledge that our "Maasai Uber" would get us safely from place to place in the evening.
I can’t say enough about the flexibility and professionalism of Soul of Tanzania and I will be recommending them to anyone who is planning their dream safari.

Mike Tebogo our guide was outstanding and so experienced and service minded.
I had many, many guides and safari experiences as a travelling journalist and Mike Tebogo was over my expectations. I hope to bring my family from Sweden and take them on a safari with Mike.

My Daughter and I had an amazing experience
My daughter and I had a three day safari in southern Kenya with Robert Malusha. He was absolutely wonderful and setting up the experience, and our trip was effortless. What a wonderful time, and I would not hesitate to book with him again!
