I would recommend everyone
My friends and I went on a four-day safari tour with them. Their drivers were very efficient in taking us to the sightseeing spots. They were kind and very efficient. I would recommend everyone to go on safari with them

4 days private safari tour
We were very happy with our guide.
He was caring about us all the time to make sure if everything was alright with us.
During the safari, he did make efforts to show as many animals as possible to us. He was polite, careful and gentle. Thanks to his professional services, we could have a great time.
Unfortunately we had a negative experience. A room that they prepared for us at Nakuru lake was a disappointment. The room was full of flies. There were bugs crawling even on the pillow. The worst thing was that there was only cold shower.
It was definitely not fair for the price that we have paid for the tour.
However, since the guide did extraordinary work, we could overcome the negatives and overall, we were happy with Milana tour.

Better than expected
Definitely a place I will revisit, the whole experience of terrific scenery, wild animals, good value for money, amazing trips.

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by Katie Steranka
forested park, so harder to see animals; but we saw a lot of animals!

Reliable
We had a wonderful trip in Namibia, experiencing spectacular landscapes, fun activities, cultural immersion, and an amazing safari. What truly mattered to us was the perfect pace of the trip. At no point did we feel rushed, yet we had plenty of time to explore. All of this was made possible thanks to the capable hands of our guide, Phelep, and his trusted assistant. Phelep’s deep local knowledge, excellent command of English, and constant attention to our safety made the experience even more enjoyable. We have no hesitation in recommending Phelep and People’s Tour & Safari.

Good budget safari, 6 days in Maasai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli
I came to see the animals. There were lots. The accommodations were rustic, semi-permanent tents and one well worn hotel. Meals were okay, nothing fancy. The guide, Moses, was knowledgeable, good at answering questions. He spent much time on his mobile phone while driving when he should have been concentrating on the road or talking to guests. Tour organization was spotty, beginning at departure when guests embarked then disembarked from the vehicle. Guests were divided between 2 camps, requiring a 15 to 20 minute commute morning and evening for pickups. If you are considering the 6 day trip be ready for hours of driving between parks. All things considered, an enjoyable trip, good value for money.

Very Good Work
The Operator’s service was very good in terms of finding an excellent Driver - who at the same time is the Tourist Guide.
I would advise future clients who are moving from the Airport to the meeting point to get an Uber instead of paying a taxi. The difference is almost 8x.
Also, prevent from not having wifi connection during the Safari since some of the budget camps do not count with wifi.
Overall the experience is amazing!

Review about Tarangire National Park by Eric Barter
Tarangire National Park felt smaller than the other two. Maybe it was. It was our first day so we didn't know that this park was smaller, so this did not affect my day at all. This park has many animals as well. Because of the size, we saw animals much more often and saw them pretty closely.

Fuss free tour and comfortable stay
Decided to go with Nhalalala Travel because of the many positive reviews. Had 2 young children so booking a safari tour was a no-brainer. We booked the 3D2N Kruger Safari Tour with Panorama Route. Booking the tour was straightforward, simple and fuss free. I truly appreciated that Norman was super responsive, prompt and comprehensive in his replies. I’d think that the highlight of the trip was the hotel venue, Kruger Gate Hotel. Glad that it was an option as part of the tour package. Their viewing deck was amazing - we saw a family of elephants right in front of our eyes! Truly a magical and unique experience. Being just a minute away from Kruger Park’s entrance makes it extra convenient and no time wasted. It was also nice that the tour guide was friendly. Some areas of improvement, however, is that clearer communications during the actual tour would be good. For instance, we only knew who will be picking us up and at what time the day before. We were also only told the day before our sunset drive that children below 6 will not be allowed, this is despite us informing in advance of the age of our kids when confirming the tour. Thankfully they managed to find alternatives by engaging another Safari guide to bring us out in the afternoon instead. Still, it would have been better to have known upfront about the conditions and limitations earlier. There were also times where I felt some uncertainties when my queries were not answered timely during the tour, e.g. we were told to be at the lobby by 6am but waited till 6.15am for the tour guide to arrive. It would have been nice to give me an update of the whereabouts and estimated arrival time if late. Hence, I strongly suggest to iron these details out in advance if you were to book the same tour. Nevertheless, the overall experience is still lovely and I’d recommend first-time travellers with limited time to try out this tour with Nhalalala!
