Amazing Experience & First Class Service!
I just returned from Gosheni Safaris’ 11 Day Serengeti Wildebeest Migration Safari – it was the trip of a life time. Gosheni Safaris provided a 5 star level of service! From the start, Gosheni Safaris was wonderful to deal with. We worked with Peter, the owner of the company who was always responsive and patient with all our questions. He truly knows his business and put together an excellent itinerary that covered all we wanted to see and recommended lodges that were above and beyond our expectations. Peter was also flexible to include some additional asks – 1) a visit to the Happy Family Children’s Village (orphanage and school) in order for us to bring the clothing and toys we had collected and 2) arranged for us to meet another Gosheni tour group by putting together a Gosheni Tours lunch at the Ngorongoro Crater. Gosheni Safaris provided a few extra touches not found with other tour companies – wine and snacks set up on a table awaiting us when we arrived at the airport in Arusha; daily lunches set up using china and real silverware; WIFI in the jeep.
We had an extraordinary guide, Zadock – he took care of everything. He is extremely knowledgeable about the animals and birds; a very experienced tour guide and an excellent driver (it was amazing how he knew his way around all the roads – even in the dark!). I referred to Zadock as the “mayor of the Serengeti” – he knew all the other guides driving by us! Zadock is a sensitive and caring person and extremely customer focused. He always wanted to make sure we were happy, found ways to fit in all our asks, would go out of his way for us (and anyone – he even stopped to help another guide with a tire issue; and provided instructions to another guide on how to find their way to a particular lodge) and made sure we had the best views of the animals! Zadock was the foundation for our amazing experience.
I would highly recommend Gosheni Safaris and would book with them again.

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE- AMAZING SERVICE!!
We did a tailored 7 day tour with Zohar African Safaris. Lillie organized everything for us and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We started in Ngorongoro, following day from Lake Easy we went hunting with Hazabe tribe (unique experience!), then did Serengeti for 4 nights and the driver took us to the border with Kenya where another driver was waiting for us to follow with 2 days in Masai Mara.
We saw everything there is to see (except Rhinos since they are very very difficult). We saw cheetahs hunting, leopards hunting, we saw cheetahs, leopards and Lions Cubs; we saw great migration herds crossing the Mara river, incredible!!!
Our guide in Tanzania David, was very nice and knew a lot about animals, he took the time to explain and show us everything; highly recommend him.
Zohar's staff would call us and text us making sure everything was ok, we were very well taken care of.
Lillie (the owner) offered us accommodation at her house for our first night because we arrived 2 am. She waited for us with food and even did an amazing breakfast the following day. She made sure there was personalized wine for our 8th anniversary and arranged for a surprise cake and dance in one of the hotels, incredible!
Not only did Lillie organize all our safari in Tanzania and Kenya, but she also helped me get a better rate in a hotel in Diani, a hotel I wasn’t even booking through her! she took the time to contact them and got me a 60 USD discount! She really goes above and beyond to help!!
I 100% recommend Lillie and her staff! Not only the service was great, but before the trip she took the time to really adapt to the itinerary I wanted.

An amazing experience accompanied with perfect service.
The communication was very clear, by email, and if you would like by Whatsapp as well. The people of Ndurumo Tours and Safaris provide excellent service, and will help you with everything you need to organize, even if it has nothing to do with the safari. The safari itself exceeded the expectations. Due to an expert guide/driver we got to see every animal on our list, and had a lot of fun with the nice people in our group. In just four days, we saw the Big Five and many more animals. For two nights we stayed in a tent camp, which was better than expected, and one night in a hotel in Nakuru which was great.
We would really recommend Ndurumo to everyone.

The last 3 safaris I have been on were operated by iTravel. The NEXT 3 safaris I go on will also be operated by iTravel. Freddy and iTravel are consistently reliable, always friendly and accommodating, and never disappoint. iTravel is outstanding at connecting with the travelers and sharing brilliant knowledge of wildlife and culture. It doesn't matter if you want a simple 1-2 day safari in a lodge or if you prefer a 10 day camping safari in the wilderness--they do it all! Holiday of a lifetime
I came across Encompass Africa after becoming so disillusioned and frustrated at not being able to find the African holiday of our dreams. I’d visited our local travel agent and returned home with an armful of brochures, none of which offered the combination of destinations for the length of time we wanted. I decided to go online and do my own research. After days of googling and researching I was totally disheartened. Why was this so difficult? Luckily I eventually came across Encompass Africa. I felt reassured knowing that this African based company had an office in Brisbane. I emailed and soon was discussing my ideas with Stephanie. It was so effortless. Before I knew it Stephanie, with a few fabulous suggestions, had devised an itinerary that was exactly what we wanted.
That was all months ago and my husband and I have just returned from our African adventure which included the gorillas in Uganda, safaris in Tanzania, the wilderbeast migration in the Serengeti, Zanzibar and Cape Town. I can’t describe how amazing this holiday was. It was better than we could have ever imagined. From the moment we left Sydney, every detail ran like clock work. Stephanie had chosen the perfect style of accommodation to give us that element of luxury our age needed without being over the top.
Our experience has left no doubt in our minds that we were fortunate to have stumbled upon such a specialist in African safaris. Without the expertise, knowledge and dedication of Stephanie we would never have had the amazing holiday we have had!

Splendor Holidays Kenya is very friendly , helpful , accommodative and customer friendly.
Ms. Lucy of Splendor Holidays was the in- charge of our 10 days Safari Tour of Masaimara and Serengeti. She has a pleasant personality and is very good in communication.We were cheated by another tour operator Mr. Otieno who landed us in soup after taking 25% advance and then vanishing from the scene just a few days before our tour was supposed to begin . We contacted Ms. Lucy only about ten days before our tour . However , within this short time she organised the full tour covering all points we were supposed to visit as per our original plan ( drawn up by Otieno ). Even in this peak tourist season , she tried to take care of the full Safari programme meticulously and we enjoyed an excellent trip. However , we could not get good lodges at all the places , probably because of our late bookings and huge seasonal rush ( though Otieno took advance from us in February ,2019 , he did not do any booking ). Particularly in Kenya , many places we stayed at were not upto the mark. Lodges in Tanzania were all quite good. Nevertheless , the whole tour was very good and Ms. Lucy accompanied us herself throughout Kenya to personally see to it that we do not face any inconvenience. Ms. Lucy has done a great job as far as our trip was concerned.

Excellent accommodations, experienced drivers, 2 comfortable jeeps only for our group of 9 people and above all a lot of attention to our needs.
We have done the safari in Tanzania and extension to Zanzibar. I recommend Mamasavana!

Excellent professionalism and outstanding interpersonal skills
We used Kilele Afrika for a safari after climbing Kilimanjaro. It was the best way to relax and have an enjoyable time for our last few days in Tanzania! We did the 3 day safari, travelling to 3 different National Parks which was great to see different areas of the country. The guides were the best, letting us know all the facts about the area and wildlife while the company as a whole were really useful in catering to our own personal needs. Would highly recommend Kilele!
