Disapponited with overall attitude of company
Booked to go on safari in MARCH 2020 for a 25 wedding anniversary. We had planned to travel but sadly our borders were closed one week before our travel date., sadly being in New Zealand our Borders were closed for a considerable amount of time. When trying to reschedule this safari the price increases were large, some aspects of safari such as internal flights could not be confirmed or prices increase confirmed, we were told a refund was not possible and because they had already paid the various hotels a refund would not be considered. Several times in order to get a response messages had to be left on the facebook page. An e mail was sent to Prime Uganda Safari several times stating the price increase was substantial per person and that we were doing our best to confirm rebooking. In all e mails it would be re iterated to us that it was our fault as we only postponed the safari one week before travel, the International orders were closed one week before our safari commenced so we had very little choice. An e mail was then received stating our safari had been cancelled by Prime Uganda Safari and could not be rebooked so the total cost of our safari has been lost and cannot be rebooked. Whilst the e mails from Cate were polite no consideration was given at all to this mile stone safari that has been booked or the fact that an extra $7000 could not be found immediately to pay the increased costs or indeed borders were closed one week prior to our safari so we had no choice but to postpone. I would not recommend booking with this company at all, sad fact is other people have had their safari's honoured with other companies with no price increases, not the case with this company. Our only way forward is to complain officially. I would recommend being cautious and book internally within your home country as this company have had little compassion or consideration to our covid situation as we are abroad.

Perfect organization for a trip in Tanzania
Very good company to do a safari without leaving you a lot of money. Very complete all the safari and excursions. Excellent food. Incredible Ozman driver. The guide, Oscar, the best! He has explained everything to us perfectly, solved all the questions, they have made alternative plans for us when there was plenty of time. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Oscar Safari to enjoy Africa!!
Oscar the guide speaks very good Spanish!

Efficient and good value
We did the two day tour of Tsavo East. We saw elephants, lions, giraffes and lots more. Accommodation (Voi) was great for seeing animals and Jeep was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Amazing trip, great adventure! Efficiently coordinated by Coop.
Logistics between flights, 4WD's, mini buses, and also finding and retrieving lost luggage was all managed well .
Loved the variety of accomodations within various different settings so close to wildlife and waterholes.
Best view from the loo on the Elephant Express. Train was fun for the kids too.
Lunching with the elephants at Camelthorn Lodge and going down into the hide was the closest encounter I've had with an elephant.
The staff had endless smiles every time we returned and welcomed us with warm face washers.
White Water Rafting was a breathtaking experience for my family.
Visiting the school was interesting. The children sure can sing and have great rythm.
Loved the cultural atmosphere around the fire at night.
Highly recommend Coop as your guide on an Awesome African Safari.

Great Safari Experience
We had a two day overnight stay in Tarangire National Park with Snow Africa Adventures, based in Arusha Tanzania. We were accompanied by the company owner, Florent, and guide Godfrey. Highly recommended - both nice guys and both with good English! The recommendation to stay overnight was from Snow Africa - it allowed us to do a night drive in the park that night which was well worth while. On day 2, they also recommended that we drive deeper into the park which also paid off. Many more animals and a lot less people! Our guides, both locals, had a huge amount of knowledge of all the animals birds and vegetation and know what they're doing. Our 2 days with them passed very quickly. We talked, looked, laughed and learned for the entire time. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Snow Africa Adventures. Booking and communication from Australia was easy and prompt both on line and via email and the trip went without a hitch. Our truck was in great condition and our every need was readily catered for. They provide safari tours all around the area and climbs to Mt Kilimanjaro as well - we hope to return to Tanzania and when we do, will use them again for sure.

Professional, efficient and all we could ask for.
The tour was great. Mukambi in Kafue was all you would imagine a game lodge would be like and we have been to quite a few in other parts of Africa. The Fig Tree lodge was also excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Our guide was very knowledgeable and happy to impart that knowledge. Food was excellent. Our trip to Kruger was also great and all the bookings went without a hitch.

Review about Amboseli National Park by Keith Jacquard
The area is in a severe drought, it was sad to see the amount of dead and dying animals.

Breathtaking, AMAZING
We went to Tanzania with some ideas of what we were going to see, but no words can describe what we have lived there.
The breathtaking landscapes, the welcoming people, always worried about our wellness, and being able to see those magnificent animals in their natural enviroment were absolutely amazing.
But none of this could have been possible without our FANTASTIC guide, ISAYA (masai), who did his best to make of this trip an unforgettable experience for us. He was always worried about our safety and happiness, and with his expert eyes we could reach the big 5! He can make tour in spanish (our case), but also in english.
Thank you also to Simba Adventures for the organisation.
The accomodation was also top (Nsya Lodge, Serengueti Wild Campand Ngorongoro Wild Camp).
Thank you so much!!!
