Professional tour operator with friendly staff and people on the right place.
5/5

We already finished our 6-days safari with an amazing feelings. Thank’s to Robert (the manager), Harun, Lillien and especially to Aruni - our driver, guide and fixer in one person, for making this experience unforgettable. We saw 4/5 of BIG FIVE animals and many more from the breathtaking Kenyan wildlife. Each national park offered to us something different and it was really worth it to choose the itinerary, which include Maasai Mara, Lake Naivasha (Hell’s gate), Amboseli and Taita Hills. I can highly recommend the accomodation in Mantjaro camp, where we felt like at home (thank’s to Henry) with a spectacular view to Kilimanjaro, even we had a great time at Taita Hills, where they served delicous food and drinks. To be honest, where I see a room for improvement, is in Enchoro Camp (Maasai Mara) and Newstead Hotel (Lake Naivasha), where staff was very friendly and helpful, but the rooms should be renowated. I hope this feedback will helps Karibu Safaris in Kenya to grow their business, because they are customer first agency.

Very easy to communicate with.
5/5

Grayton was very accommodating to my requests. I had some troubles related to changing currency when I arrived in Kenya, but they were helpful in making sure it did not ruin my trip. My guide, Felix, was very helpful and friendly. I was on a private safari, so it was good to have someone very personable to ride with for 8 days. Most of the lodges were great to stay at.

Made my dreams come true
5/5

We booked the four day Kruger and Private Reserve Tour with Danny, staying at Khaya Ndlovu Manor House. First of all, the accommodation and food was first class. The manor is beautifully decorated, with a deck area and infinity pool overlooking a water hole, where you can watch zebras and other wildlife come down to drink. The game drives were out of this world! Johnny our guide for Kruger was so knowledgeable and could spot all types of wildlife. We were extremely lucky and saw everything we could, and the trackers and guides at Khaya Ndlovu also went above and beyond to track cheetahs and lioness. Everything was perfectly organised by Danny, so we just had to sit back and soak up the whole experience.

Everyone was very considerate and nice and gave us a wonderful trip!
5/5

We went five girls from Sweden on a private three-day safari and had an absolutely incredible trip. We were picked up at the hotel by a large safari vehicle that drove us to Selous. During the entire trip, we were served good food and always had access to water. We also had the oppurtunity to request what we wanted to eat and the staff arranged great vegetarian dinners for us on our request. We also asked for fruit and got it with every meal.

We went on a boat safari, a car safari and a walking safari. Both the boat safari and the car safari were absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations. We had very nice guides who told us all about the animals and the nature. We would definitely like to do this kind of trip again.

We slept in tents outside the national park. The tents were nice and provided with mattresses, pillows and blankets. It worked very well and it was fun to live so close to the wildlife. There was also access to 2 showers, 2 toilets and good charging facilities for phones etc.

At night, as you can expect, there are quite a lot of insects, so a good mosquito repellent and full-covering clothes can be nice to bring with you. It can also be good to bring some snacks to have in the car if you get hungry.

All the staff on the trip were super nice and it felt like everyone went the extra mile which made us have an unforgettable trip!

Accommodating and helpful
5/5

I contacted Norman rather late the night before we wanted to travel. He was very accommodating and was happy to arrange our tour at the last minute
All was arranged professionally. The usual accommodation was full but Norman managed to arrange alternative accommodation. He was always on tume, happy to make suggestions and happy to Jake adjustments as needed. Cold bottled water was supplied every day Norman made suggestions and gave info as needed. .
The Pilanesburg tour was very interesting and we saw many animals , more than anticipated. The first day we drove in Normans car and for the evening and following morning drove we drive in a series vehicle.
Accommodation was excellent. Pool, restaurant and other activities were available at this resort including rock climbing, scooters .
The Soweto part was interesting, Mandelas house and D Tutu 's house as well as some museums. Also went to Soweto brewery.
A very interesting tour and highly recommended
After the Pilanesburg tour Norman was happy to be our driver and

I have been both to the hot spring and Materuni waterfall. Both of them were sensational and I had as a guide Mr T, which is very knowledgeable in the entire culture of Tanzania.
I recommend trying it.

Brilliant guide and a wonderful day in Mikumi
5/5

An incredible day all round! We flew early from Zanzibar for the full day our of Mikumi, which included transfer from our accommodation.

Silas was our guide for the day and he really made the day special. His warmth and passion for the park and wildlife was evident from the moment we set off and he has deep knowledge on all aspects of the animals we saw. There was not a single question all day that he wasn't deeply knowledgeable on, plus he managed to engage our kids (6+8) with a range of fun games. They left as experts on African wildlife!

On the day we saw lions, elephants, towers of giraffes (just learned this term), hippos, crocs, and even a 5m long African rock python. All in the stunning landscape of Mikumi.

Transport, food etc all worked smoothly. Joshua and Silas are a great team and I would strongly recommend them to any other visitors!
