Highly reliable and well planned services
My friend and I had a wonderful experience using Golden Rwanda Safaris for a day trip to Akagera National Park. Frank is very responsive and was very easy to communicate with. Since we had an evening flight, he planned everything well so that we enjoyed the entire park and were at the airport on time. Our package included pick up and drop off, park fees, breakfast and packed lunch for picnic later. We enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the scenic Akagera Game resort inside the park and got to choose from a menu of lunch sandwiches which came with fruits, snacks, package juice and water bottle.
The game drive itself was wonderful and very eventful. We got to see a variety of wildlife including antelopes, baboons, topis, giraffe, zebras, wild buffaloes, elephant, hippopotamus, and variety of cranes and birds. Just as we were giving up hope on seeing any big cats, thanks to Frank's keen eye, we got to witness a leopard hunting and chasing antelopes.
We are glad to have chosen Golden Rwanda Safaris for our trip to Akagera National Park and highly recommend his services. We greatly enjoyed having Frank as our driver and guide as he shared many facts about the history of the park, the animals, the landscape, the country and his own entrepreneurial journey. Being two female travelers in Africa for the first time, we felt quite safe and were able to sit back, relax and fully enjoy the trip. Thank you Frank for a great experience!

Good price. The tour operator put things easy for us, very easy. They have a guy called Justin who its amazing, he speaks also Spanish and was our guide. I recomend you ask for him. We knows a lot about animales.

African Welcome Safaris perfectly organized our Safari, highly recommended
It was our 4th Safari. As always Kathi responded on my many question very fast. The communication was excellent and Kathi provided us with a very informative pre Safari package which really helped us to prepare the trip. Our next Safari we will definetly book again with Kathi , a better service is not possible.
We booked a 7 nigth Safari staying in the 3 Belmond lodges in 3 totally different areas of Botswana. Starting point was River Khawi Lodge, it is a bit older, but very charming with excellent service. We were the only 2 guests during our stay in the lodge, quite special. During our stay it rained quite a lot and many animals were hidding in the bush. Still our ranger found them all. And due to the rain we saw many birds which just came to the area, I believe we found at least 150 different species of very beautiful and not so beautiful birds.
The connection between the lodges is by air, small aircrafts operated by MACK air, brandnew fleet and very safe. So we flew from Khawi to Okavango delta to the Eagle Island lodge. In this area it was still very dry, no rain, and we saw on each and every game activity everything we were looking for. The area is very animal rich. The hudge area is completly owned by Belmond, so you see no other cars during the drives. The lodge is luxurious, excellent service and food.
Our last lodge was Savuti-Chobe Elephant park third lodge, third different experiance. Also here you find many of the animals, if not all, you want to see, if your are on Safari. I had birthday during our stay and Kathi organized with the lodge a very nice private lunch in the bush, I really enjoyed it. So all 3 lodges are brilliant, but if I would need to vote, I would say this is the best lodge, but again all 3 are outstanding.
In a nutshell, I highly recommend this 3 lodge combination safari , you see different landscapes, different styles of lodges and most importantly most likely you see all animals you are looking for.
And as said at the beginning Kathi Simon and African Welcome Safari are the best for organizing this trip

I had the pleasure of going on a safari tour in Kenya with an incredible guide, who was full of life, love, and adventure. Our guide was very fun and made sure we had the best time ever. He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and the area, and provided us with interesting facts and stories about the animals we saw. He was also very safety conscious and made sure that we stayed far away from the dangerous wildlife. He was very passionate about giving his guests the best experience possible and was always willing to go the extra mile to make our experience special. I would highly recommend this guide to anyone looking for an amazing safari tour in Kenya. He is truly the best!

Very organised, trustworthy and great communication, would recommend and use again
Booking a tour company from the UK was challenging but Oakland Tours and Safari made it so easy. The communication was excellent and whilst I booked nine months in advance they kept in touch from time to tint to give me peace of mind and were flexible with changes made. Travelling as a family they made us feel safe, were very accommodating and nothing was any trouble. The drivers were very courteous and always happy to help and go the extra mile to make all the members of my family happy, which was no easy task with teenage daughters and excited adults. It was very thoughtful of our driver Moses to go back to a location in the hope of finding the lion just to make my husband happy even when we had not asked. We hope to use them for another tour in the future as the go to your company. Cannot recommend them enough. They made our safari holiday special.

Another safe and fabulous adventure
This is the third time we have used Genesis of Adventure for our safari trip to Kenya. Throughout the planning stages, Jonathan is always incredibly helpful, organised and swift with communication. This time we visited the Masai Mara only and stayed at Zebra Plains Collection; a very comfortable and beautifully decorated camp at the edge of the Mara. At times we could see animals (giraffe, zebra, gazelles) in the distance from our breakfast table! The food was also delicious and accommodation better than we expected, with an ensuite and four poster bed! This was by no means camping; it was glamping! During our 3 night and 4 day visit, we were fortunate in seeing the big 5 and felt our driver went above and beyond to find us the best viewpoints for spotting the wildlife - we were spoilt! Our driver also frequently shared information with us during our journey to and from Nairobi airport and on our game drives in the Masai Mara about Kenya, the culture, the animals etc. Another fabulous adventure, we can't thank Genesis of Adventure enough - we will be back!

It was near to perfect , from owner to driver
They were in number one in tripadvisor so I got the number and the owner was in communication with me throughout, I think owner name was Richard we decided to shorten the tour from 7 to 6 day when we were in your but owner offered us refund he even helped us to book taxis for our tea farm tours , Raymond the driver was really nice guy , camps were budget but William in ambosili was very welcoming , talkative and hospitable , me and my friend had great time

Unforgettable Experience
We had such an amazing time in Tanzania with the Lomo team. Erasto and his team are wonderful hosts who go above and beyond to make your experience memorable.
We used Lomo's services for a 5-day safari in the northern circuit (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti, lake Manyara). After a smooth and great experience, we also booked another 1-day trip to the Arusha NP a few days later. :)
First, the communication with Erasto before the trip was super smooth. They were very flexible and accommodating to our wishes regarding the itinerary, accommodation, and dietary restrictions. I also appreciated prompt responses, frequent updates, and warmth and care.
We enjoyed our safaris guided by knowledgeable guides who know the ins and outs of the local nature and wildlife. One clear thing that made Lomo stand out from the other safari vehicles and guides around us was the genuine care and respect towards the animals and nature in general - making sure that while we search for the best sights, we're not intruding too much to the personal space of the animals around us (which unfortunately wasn't the case for some other tour operators, sadly). We certainly learned a lot and saw so many beautiful creatures. And yes, we were fortunate to see the BIG FIVE (thanks to our tireless and eagle-eyed guide Adam)! :)
Overall, we felt very well comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Lomo to others and would certainly opt to partner with their team again during our next trip to Tanzania.
