We took a weekend trip with Ramja Safaris with a group of friends(6) and they made the planning process for a big number of people so stress-free. He provided us with different accommodation places with different prices and we chose what was best for us and we were beyond happy, the customer service was amazing, his tour vehicles were well maintained and comfortable, our tour guide/driver was so kind and knew a lot about the animals in the Masai Mara. They were so patient with the numerous requests and catered to everyone's interests and also helped us plan a marriage proposal for one of the couples in the group with no complaints. this is the second time we have used the tour company and haven't regretted it. Will definitely use them for all future safaris.

Perfectly in line with our expectations
Justin perfectly explained the content of the safari we booked. We paid on line very easily with Pesapal. On the d-day the driver was 10 minutes late for the morning pickup at 5am. Justin was available (and waken up!) and was able to reassure us. Finally everything was great and in line with the program. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Great experience !

Everything worked well
I did the Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Safari and it was very nice. Except of Rhino I saw all big 5 and many other animals.

Very nice safari with an excellent guide and group!
We went for a 6 day camping safari and loved it. We had an amazing group and guide wich I think is vital for having a good experience. James was also very helpful and answered all of our questions before arriving and helped us with the booking. The only downside was that we didn’t get picked up at the airport as we agreed, but it was easy to find a cab at the airport and we got our money back for the cost of the taxi.

Best offer for the ones who look for an affordable Safari!
My brother and I booked the 2 days Safari, for Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater.
Very satisfied with this safari, the guide, the price and the food provided! Amazing experience. So I'm very thankful.
The hostel included in the Safari isn't the best one but very affordable if you decide to stay more after the Safari. However they are very flexible and it is possible not to stay there the night before the Safari for the ones who desire to stay somewhere else.
Moreover I would not recommend to visit the "Masai village" on the way to the "camp", which provided, in my opinion, a poor experience. I feel it was just meant to make us spend more money. The souvenirs sold there are the same as the Masai market in Arusha but much more expensive.
Besides this it was just perfect and still deserves 5 stars!

Incredible energy and entertainment!
The safari is one thing, but the energy and vibes you get from your tour operator makes all the difference. I highly recommend booking through here and requesting for Kikitu!

Unforgettable journey
We were in February for eight days on safari. Four months earlier we had contacted us by e-mail and communicated all our wishes/conceptions. A week later, the exact itinerary was already determined. All our questions were answered and our (German speaking) contact person was always very easy to reach.
In Tanzania, everything worked out perfectly. On the first evening we were picked up from the airport and the next morning we were allowed to meet our guide Mashaka. He speaks very good German and has an extensive knowledge of animals, people and the country; all this exceeded our expectations. We had a great time together and laughed a lot.
The accommodations were all as described and clean (lodges, camps and a night at a public campsite) and the staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout.
Also the food was delicious and the offer for us always adequate.
On the last day we flew back to Kilimanjaro from the Serengeti. This flight was organized by Tanzania Specialist and also here everything went smoothly.
Thank you very much for the great organization and this unforgettable trip!
