I cannot recommend Suricata enough! Elias our guide was wonderful. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also was fantastic at getting great views of wildlife sightings without disturbing the wildlife itself which was very important to us. We saw other companies going off road/getting too close to the animals but Elias never did and neither did the other Suricata vehicles convoying with us. The team setting up camp and cooking were amazing - friendly and extremely helpful. We are both vegetarian and the food was incredible- very flavourful and always so much of it! We had the most wonderful experience and would definitely use them again in the future/recommend to a friend.

Kenya Twiga Tour
My wife and I recently completed a 12-day trip to Kenya that was booked through Twiga Tours and focused mostly on safaris. We really did enjoy the whole trip and loved the variety of places we visited and the wildlife experiences: Nairobi, Samburu, Ol Pajeta, Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara and Amboseli. There’s nothing we would have changed because each area really had its own special highlight that we would not want to miss, and the order we visited them seemed just right too.
Our guide and driver, Martin, was with us throughout the trip and this was a great bonus. He was always ready on time, his vehicle was clean and well kitted out for both long road journeys and safaris, he knew his way around everywhere, was very knowledgeable about the wildlife, and he was very friendly and helpful. He was, in fact, one of the highlights of the holiday.
We would certainly commend Twiga Tours and Martin. We loved Kenya and I feel certain that we will return in the not too distant future.
One point worth noting though was how slow it took to get through the security systems at JKI Airport in Nairobi on departure. One needs to allow plenty of time. This did not detract from what was a wonderful holiday though.

The Maasai Mara Veteran!
My family and I did an unforgettable 3 day tour of the Masai Mara with Ephraim who was our excellent tour guide for the following reasons.
Punctual - he was always on time. Whatever time you agreed on, he was there!
Knowledgeable - we could tell that he has a lot of experience touring the Mara. He was like a walking encyclopedia pointing out the different animals and giving detailed explanations about their habitat. It felt like we had a real-time National Geographic narrator. He knew where to spot the wild life and when best to do the game drives. He had a good rapport with the other game drivers and staff who offered pointers on latest animal spotting which made our exploration that much more fun. He also explained the different towns as we traversed from Nairobi to the Mara.
Hospitable - Ephraim made us feel at home in his awesome cool Land Cruiser with the retractable roof top. He made sure we were comfortable, well hydrated and often checkin to make sure he could accommodate any of our requests. He was very personable and engaged the whole family.
Cautious - Ephraim was a very good driver. He was able to navigate the off-road terrain and kept to the speed limit on the highway. We felt very safe.
We look forward to doing future trips with Ephraim!

Professional tour operator, amazing guide and driver, experience of a lifetime!
I just got back from a 7 day, slightly customized version of the 7 day gorilla, chimpanzee and lions tour. The experience from my first information enquiry until I arrived was easy, tranparent and informative. His choice of lodges was excellent and provided me with great options from the itineary to the type of vehicle I would be driven in. Ronald works very professionally, replies to emails and questions very quickly and most importantly, selected an amazing guide and driver for my tour. Definitely ask for Bob if you book with Kajie. He is an incredible guy, was a great companion for my journey, was full of valuable information about Ugandan society and wild-life and provided good, honest and reliable advice on various activity and travel options that I had during the tour. It is absolutely worth mentioning that Bob is a very good and safe driver, something you definitely want on Uganda's back roads.

Long-lasting memories of our safari in Tanzania
My friends Jackson and Margareth and I went for an adventure safari to Tarangire, and Ngorongoro National Parks in Tanzania. The hospitality we received from Shavi Tours since our arrival in Tanzania and the whole arrangement of our adventure was super. Upon our arrival, we were picked up by a professional driver who was very competent with what we expected to see in the National parks. The team was very sharp in replying to our emails, prices of the hotels were very affordable. We could see the big five (Elephant, Black Rhino, Buffaloes, Leopard, and Lion), zebras, impalas, gazelles, antelope wildebeests, ostriches, and others.

Great trekking on Mt. Meru
We had a great Trekking experience to the summit of Mt. Meru with Rupia Adventure. Organisation with Matt was easy and our team for the Trekking was also very nice. Our chief guide Frank has guided us safely to the summit. Also the rest of the team was very nice, especially our assistant guide Gideon.
4 out of 5 stars because of the tipping policy. Don't get me wrong, its highly common in every agency but it was a little bit too pushy.
But, the trek is fun and the sunrise views to Kilimanjaro are stunning. I can recommend Rupia Adventure for doing it.
