Patient and service oriented
I joined a group safari and I would like to suggest that tour companies should be permitted to leave reviews about guests! Dickson was our guide and he was patient beyond belief with two racist bullies. Their behaviour was beyond anything I’d ever seen and as a white Canadian who has been working in Africa, I thought I’d seen everything! Other guests finally had to step in because they were complaining about absolutely everything and blaming Dickson and their agent for every thing that didn’t come up to their expectations. They booked a budget safari and expected 5 stars. Please please everyone…Africa is not only animals but it’s amazing people. I urge you to talk to the staff and ask questions. Get to know their culture and traditions. They are amazingly kind and open and much more patient than we have earned. This company handled it with grace and honestly if it was anywhere else, they would have been asked to leave but that is not the African way. Nor can they because they are at the mercy of reviews. If you see a bad review, always ask yourself if it is the reviewer or the company that is the problem

The best safari experience with Kikitu!
Highly recommend Lenchada Safaris. They were easy to book with, great value, and we were lucky enough to be paired up with our driver Kikitu. He was really the highlight of our entire trip to Kenya. Bursting with energy, facts about wildlife, and a genuine desire to make our experience as good as it could be. The accommodation was comfortable, the food was delicious, and the jeep was comfortable (as comfortable as can be on those bumpy roads). There was a mixup with another driver who was to take us back to Nairobi while the rest of our tour continued on, and Kikitu went out of his way to ensure we made it back safely. A big thank you to Lenchada, and Kikitu especially for making our time so special!

Great overall service and communication throughout
We did a four day three night tour to Masai Mara. Khalifa, our tour guide, was very energetic and charismatic and also knew the ins and outs of the park very well. We managed to see an abundance of animals and was satisfied. Khalifa even went the extra mile to return my phone to hotel after I had left it in the 4x4!
Maggie's communication was prompt throughout, the campsite accommodation was better than expected with a comfy bed and electricity during certain hours. Overall, definitely value for money and would recommend!
Provided a luxury trip and we’re very flexible in our changing plans
Ranger Buck to two different lodges for our group of seven. Both ledges were magical and it was nice to experience two different locations. Ranger Buck was very easy to work with and very helpful. They even had someone meet us at arrivals when we flew in internationally. We knew if we had an issue that we needed help with. They were there for us to contact and help us.

An amazing, once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Fantastic experience! My wife and I reviewed many available options and ultimately decided on the "12 Day Incredible Kenya & Tanzania combined wildlife safari."
We took it as a private tour (just the two of us and our guide), and it was a home run.
Throughout the trip, we visited Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire, and Amboseli parks and saw Rhinos, Giraffes, Zebras, Pumbas, Hippos, Gazelles, Lions, Cheetahs, Ostriches, Buffaloes, Leopards, Baboons, Elands, Elephants, Hyenas, Vervet Monkeys, and even a Monitor Lizard. We literally saw everything we had hoped to see and many things numerous times.
While we were in Kenya, Jacob was our guide, and he was awesome. He met us at the airport, took us to our nearby hotel for a day of rest (much needed after the long flights), and was with us throughout our time, providing insight, background, and information about the parks and animals. When we did not understand something, he clarified it in terms that we understood. Additionally, he is highly skilled at driving through the rough terrain of the parks (lots of soft, deep mud), so we never lost time due to being stuck in the mud, like many others did.
When we got to the Tanzania border, we met up with George, who took care of us during our times in the parks there. Like Jacob, he was a skilled driver and had a knack for finding the elusive animals (including the Leopard).
Both George and Jacob spoke English well, and they were there with us at each border crossing (from Kenya to Tanzania, then back to Kenya) to make sure things went smoothly. (Note: make sure you have your yellow International Vaccine Card that shows you've been vaccinated for Yellow Fever.)
For accommodations, we stayed in luxury tents (except the first hotel and the Rhino Lodge atop the rim of Ngorongoro Crater), and the tents were all comfortable with contained bathrooms that had hot/cold water. The tents ARE in the parks, so wildlife is all around, in a few, travel to/from your tents is only authorized with a Maasai warrior as your escort (they're awesome).
As a general comment, I'll say you should be prepared to be tired at the end of each day. This was a surprise to me, but something about the bouncing around in the safari vehicle all day is just tiring. Sounds ridiculous, but it's true.
Overall, the safari was pretty close to perfect. I cannot think of anything I'd change, and I hope to do it again in the future!

Great holiday!
We had good contact with Lewis before our holiday. He organized our safari according to our wishes.
We were picked up at the airport by our guide David.
David showed us the parks and knew a lot about the animals. Along the way, on his own initiative, he showed us a beautiful waterfall and a coffee and tea plantation.
The accommodations and food were very good.

Excellent
1st Safari and 1 I will treasure forever, I had the most amazing experience and will definately return to do another. We had a boat Safari on the 1st day, drive Safari on 2nd day and me and my girlfriend did a walk Safari on our last morning, our journey to Kinga Lodge was long but fun as there had been lots of rain so it was like a wild drive experience, our driver Steve had it all down to a fine art. A very experienced driver with an absolute perfect manner. Good job Steve. Next time can I try the wild roads lol.

Amazing!
Going to keep this short and sweet: it was one of the best weeks i've ever had. Weather was perfect, saw The Big & Ugly 5, blasted Limp Bizkit over the country side and listen the stories about Kenya's history and of course, the animals from our wise and kind tour guide "ManuWolf". Rest of the time chilling at the pools and over eating at the buffets. Thanks guys for everything!
