We wanted to spend a short break in Tanzania. First of all we wanted to stay 3 nights in Zanzibar in the Gold Zanzibar Beach House Spa that is a five stars hotel located in the northwestern part of the island (the area of Kendwa where the tide is not a big issue). After that we wanted to take a safari: 2 nights in the Ndutu area (Ngorongoro Conservation Area) e 2 nights in the Central Serengeti (Seronera area). Everything has been perfetcly arranged by the staff of Lion King Adventures (Godwin and Rose). Those guys did a great job for arranging everything (hotel booking, ground transportation, domestic flights, etc.). We have spent the 4 nights safari in mid-range camps: Ang'ata Migration Ndutu Camp (Ndutu) and Embalakai Serengeti Camp (Central Serengeti). The camps where ok, the staff was great and the food as well. We did safari on full day basis and our guide Immanuel Chamboa did an outstanding job. Thanks.

Well organised tour with fantastic safari experiences!
The tour was fantastic - we saw the big five in the first hour of the safari tour and had an amazing guide who was an absolute expert! The tour also included pick up and drop off at our hotel which was a big plus.

Yes had an amazing tour guide Buffalo Soldier he was amazing. We saw 4/5 of the Big 5 plus a lot of other amazing animals. Took his time, pass out great information and great facts we never knew. We saw the leopard which was amazing walk right by our truck had an amazing time over all. We were a group of 12 and everyone enjoyed it..

What a fantastic experience!
From the first connecting e.mail with Daniel until being dropped off for our return flight with a heartfelt hug from James, we were treated like VIPs.
I was wary about booking with an agency outwith my own country - no need to be - we paid much less and had the same or maybe better experience than if I'd booked from home.
My friend and I had James and a 9 seater van to ourselves for a 13 day Kenyan safari. James was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and did his very best to find every possible animal. We saw them all!! His job was to keep us well looked after and happy and he certainly did that - and always with a smile too!
We opted for economical lodging and some were much nicer than we expected. Others were fine but you'd have the option to upgrade. Daniel stuck to our budget and we were thrilled with our trip. Hopefully this wasn't our last trip - if not, we'll be going with Meektrails again!

Image Travel provided excellent customer service for 4 of us on our 3 night 2 day safari to Ol Pajeta Conservancy. I booked this trip on line and was holding my breath that everything promised was devlivered..... and it was! From information provided on who would be picking us up to take us from our Nairobi hotel to Wilson airport, to being promptly picked-up at our destination, an excellent guide, great logding and food at Sweetwater Serena Camp, to a surprise stop at the Equator. Mwanje Athuman patiently answered all of our questions during and after the booking process.

Went on a gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest with Freka. Was such a special trip! Freka was professional, responsive, reliable, and fair. Our guide, Jared, was very kind and helpful. The accommodation was fine for the price (we chose the budget option) and everything ran smoothly. I recommend this outfit to anyone looking for an affordable, spectacular mountain gorilla trek.
