I messed up my travel plans and then were incredibly accommodating and flexible. To top it off, we saw a mother rhino and her calf! Communication, and reliability were really solid. A unique experience
I want to start things off with saying that we saw a lot of animlas, every animal we wanted to see. The organisation and communication was quite ok. We got picked up in front of our hotel a bit later than planned and then droven to the office to pay the rest of the tour and then already headed to Masai Mara and had our evening game drive. We traveled there with our driver/guide Johnny who knows a lot about the animals and answered all our questions. He is a very good drive who has a good sense of when to go where to spot animals. The game drives were always packed with watching and photopraphing animals and admiring Masai Mara. We were staying at the Manyata camp which offers a big tent with a bathroom (shower and toilet) and space for 2-3beds. There's a big dining hall at the main building where we ate our meals (the food was good, hot water for coffee or tea and hot milk were provided). The whole facility looked gorgeous and the staff was nice. One problem was that the toilets were not flushing, sadly. On the last day we visited Masai village and were shown around by locals. All in all the whole tour was an interesting, beautiful and unique experience I wouldn't want to miss.

We traveled as a family of 4 (2 adults and two 4 and 7 year old kids). With our guide Reggie we had a perfect experience. Very patient and open to all our changes and ideas. The tour was very well organized from the start in nairobi on. We didnt need to care about anything, johnny our driver was always really fast so we arrived on time everywhere and always. Especially for finding rare animals it was super helpful because we were always the first ones at the spot. He also made us feel safe all the time and did take care about all our wishes and did the absolut best to make it a good journey for us.
I can highly recommend them because speaking for myself I was super satifsfied with the safari experience.

Fantastic and friendly.
Extra Miles Safari company provided a fantastic, and memorable, safari holiday in Kenya. My partner and I travelled to three beautiful national parks with the tour company guide, Fred. Fred was informative and went out of his way to provide us with an amazing wildlife experience. Throughout the experience the travel company employees were incredibly friendly and we have recommended the company to many friends and family since the trip. The only negative was that there was an issue with a delayed Amex payment however this was resolved prior to commencing the tour. Many thanks to Melissa, Truffy and Fred for an amazing holiday.
