I spent 3 days trekking with the mountain gorillas with Kagera Safaris and I had a perfect experience. Miriam ensured every detail was worked out and my guide, Frank was so knowledgeable about the local traditions, fauna and flora. My time in Uganda was made extra special by this Kagera Safaris and I am already planning my return trip! Miriam hand picks your lodges and mine made me feel like a queen and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day with the gorillas!

Can’t express into words how amazing it was during these three days. Both me and my girlfriend had three wonderful days, exploring the nature of Tanzania. Rocky our amazing guide, offered us the best possible experience you could ever have. In only three days, due to his experience in the parks (reading footprints, very well informed about where to go) we had the chance to spot from really close distance the big five. Just to inform in this part that I could see the difference since it was not my first time in an Africa safari tour. Yes even the almost extinct rhinos. He was very knowledgeable and explained every single detail for all the species we had the chance to spot. If you are interested in learning deeply about the species ask 100% in your quote for Rocky! Apart from the game drive, he was really helpful with the whole group in the campsites, taking care for everything. Great selection of the camps !! Many thanks also to our special cook, for the wonderful meals he prepared us. After 10 days, in Zanzibar, Arusha, Dar Es Salaam I can easily say that the food in the safari was the best we had in the country Already missing our conversations in the car bro !! Thanks Rocky for everything and as he was keep saying ‘Karibu Sana and enjoy your safari’

Transparent and excellent customer service
Elizabeth, my representative was resourceful and timely with communication right from the start. She was friendly and helped to answer all questions I had concerning my trip to Mauritius. What I loved most about Silver Africa Tours was how simple it was to organise for a trip. All I had to do was provide the proposed dates for my trip and they took care of the rest with no hiccups at all. The hotel selection and itinerary was excellent and I had no complaints throughout my holiday.
The representatives at Mauritius were equally excellent. I was impressed with how seamless everything went from my pickup from the airport and timeliness of the drivers for the excursion tours throughout the trip. Overall, I never had anything to worry about at any time thanks to the good planning and execution by the team. Great job!

Just good and professional
It was a very good deal.
One point..think about the Lodge you want to stay. They differ a lot. I choose Jambo and it was fantastic.
All the things went alongside the declared program.
I think toyota will be better than safari vans.
David ,our driver and guide was cute and kind. Try to find best places.
However, I got a little disappointed with Masai Mara itself, although it is beautiful and lots of animals; but don't expect the Big immigration as ones in documentary films!
After all , it was a good experience

Great organisation and amazing guide!
We went to Kenya in a family trip (6 people) and had the most amazing time during our Safari with Jocky Tours & Safaris! We went to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru & Amboseli, for 5 days, and every moment was great.
Jimmy was our guide and we would choose him again if we return, he is incredibly nice, always available for any question, patient and has great knowledge on the animals and the wildlife. We got to see lots of animals and even a hunting!
The accommodations were nice, we loved Enkorok (Masai Mara) and AA Lodge (Amboseli). Both had great rooms and good food. Lanet Matfam (Nakuru) was not out favorite since it was a bit noisy and the rooms weren't great.
Just one thing that didn't go well - we had asked for a 4x4 and got the normal van since this request was made via whatsapp and they forgot to arrange it - make sure you email every important matter. Despite that, overall the organisation was incredible, the price for quality is totally worth it and we recommend this company!

Very easy to deal with, friendly guides, amazing trip
We found Peafowl through safari bookings, they were responsive, friendly, flexible and found us a package that suited us. The guides were on time, knowledgeable and lovely. We managed to see so many amazing animals, really enjoyed our trip.
Professional and very reliable
Makario staff are very wonderful people and made my tour experience worthwhile. Communication on all matters was on point - this included pickup and drop off time from the hotel, they arranged for packed lunches and breakfasts directly with the hotel and just informed me of what to expect, the names of the drivers and numbers were promptly shared and so many other nitty gritties that made the tour easy.
I feel I got more value for money than what I actually paid for and Mwaka came to meet our team to have a one on one chat on the last day to find out about our tours and if there was anything more they could do. This was very personalized and we felt valued.
The tours were excellent (Volcanoes National Park for Gorilla trekking, Kigali City Tour (Kigali Genocide Memorial, Moshions and House of Tayo Fashion, Choose Kigali (Terra Carta House) and Rwanda Art Museum), Akagera National Park and Azizi Life. The tour drivers Joe and Isaac were very conversant with the areas we went to and had loads of information about the areas and tours which they shared with us. It was like the tours started in the car before we even got to the destinations. It was a reall eye opener. Joe and Isaac are very friendly and kind, true ambassadors of Makarios and they deserve a pat on their backs.
