Very friendly, flexible and accommodating!
We booked a 5-day budget safari, which included Tarangire, Serengeti national parks, and Ngorongoro Crater. On the first day, our flight was re-scheduled last-minute so we had to be picked up from a different airport, which was fine by the Safari Company. After being picked up, they made sure we had some time to rest and then did a short trek to a nearby waterfall. The safari started the next day and it exceeded all our expectations; the tour guide and the chef were very friendly, approachable and funny. The first two nights we stayed in budget hotels and for the next two in tents near/in the national parks. Overall amazing experience!

Great tour operator with knowledgeable and friendly driver
Our driver Edward really made our 7 day safari a great and memorable trip. He was very knowledgable about the parks and animals and answered all our questions. We booked the value option but nevertheless accommodations were great, especially the tented camps in Masai Mara and Amboseli, these I would highly recommend to anyone considering a safari tour in Kenya.

Friendly, helpful, and responsive to our wishes!
We had a lovely safari experience with Sunset Adventure Safari. The tour operator, Emma, was very patient with our many questions and was very quick and clear to provide answers. She was always available through e-mail or WhatsApp to communicate with us. The tour guides were also very friendly and open to our suggestions for our safari experience. They did their very best to accommodate to our wishes. Both Emma and the tour guides were also very open and responsive to feedback. Some planning about the safari experience was unclear to us, but through talking with Emma and the guides, we got the planning straightened out. I suggest you ask about this at the start of your safari so the tour guides can fill you in on the details of the experience.
Overall we were provided with great service. The tour guides really worked hard to show us as much wildlife and scenery as possible, providing very interesting facts and information and answering all our questions. Every night they also set up all the tents for us (since we booked a camping safari). The cook also provided us delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday, waking up very early to prepare it all! Some feedback I gave about the camping gear, was to provide extra protection for the mattresses - so as to reduce the dust they collected along the drive - and some pillows - as these were not provided. Again, Emma and the tour guides were very responsive to this feedback and assured us that they would look for solutions to provide comfortable camping gear.
I would say we got a great value for our money with Sunset Adventure Safari. The tour itself was amazing, with many unique scenes. The staff were open to our suggestions and proved their reliability towards those suggestions. I recommend booking with this company as everything went very smooth!

Totally recommend
We totally recommend somewhere in Africa for a Safari tour, it was a great trip. We went on safari for 5 days, visit Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro crater, stayed in camps (which was amazing) and beautiful lodges. Our guide was very experienced, reliable and great company to be with. He did his best to show us the unknown places, which is one of the reasons we have seen all of the big 5! Great communication beforehand while making the booking.

Perfect in every way
From check in, the safaris on land and the river safaris...the attentive staff, the guides have so much knowledge, they are funny and they go out of their way to make your day! Every day!
I went first in 1996 and I keep going back. I can't stress enough, if this is a once in a lifetime trip for you, don't risk it by going with someone else. Visa information, every tour, including into Victoria falls, the Boma and everything there is to do there...
And, this is strange, but the best pizza I ever have (and I work in Italy) is at the Thebe restaurant!
I will visit again with friends October 2023.....

Amazing experience trekking Gorillas, Chimps and Rhinos, with a top class private guide.
From my initial contact with this company the service was excellent. Our guide Rogers was very professional and knowledgeable he catered to our every need prior to, and throughout the holiday, always going that extra mile to ensure we saw everything we had come to see (we did, and much more!). We highly recommend his company and can validate his expertise, our experience was amazing, great personal service and much better value than the larger Tour Operators.

Super responsive and helped us find the perfect safari lodge
I was booking late and there were too many potential options, many of which were already booked. Stanley was super helpful in finding options, dealt with my many questions and requests, and helped us find a perfect small lodge in Balule that we had an amazing time at. I don't think we would have found or chosen this place otherwise!

Great safari with flexible planning, good communication, and excellent tour guide!
We booked an 8 day 7 night private safari through Soul of Tanzania and could not have asked for a better trip! Marta was very helpful in organizing the trip. We started in Arusha, went to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, ndutu, and Serengeti. Cleopa was a fantastic guide! He went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. He’s a very laid-back, humble guy with a very good sense of humor. But he’s also incredible at spotting wildlife - 2 leopards, 4 cheetahs, 30+ lions and also a full stalk/hunt/kill with lions. Rhinos, Elephants, Buffalo, etc etc - Big 5 was no problem. Ndutu for calving season of the wildebeest migration was for sure a highlight of the trip. We learned a ton of Swahili from Cleopa and got to use it often at our overnights/around Tanzania. Asante sana kaka!!! Love Brooke and Ian.
