Amazing experience and great service
We had an amazing trip in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru! Our driver and guide, Joe, was kind and knowledgeable and could answer all our questions. He made sure we had the best experience, finding all the animals (we got the big five!), all with excellent driving in sometimes difficult terrain. Although our onward flight to the beach got changed to an earlier time, he made sure we had enough time to pass by lake Naivasha for a boat ride, which was great. Also, Ruphina from the office checked up on us multiple times to ensure all was good. Overall, a great trip with good value for money. Would recommend!

Very flexible, knowledgable, and capable of improvisation
It was a special tour in september 2021, because there was no fixed plan as is usually the case when you take a safari in Tanzania. It was at the end of the Covid restrictions and I decided to rent a car and driver instead of going by public transport. It was a mix of visiting people and holiday and the plan was changing from day to day. Samson was very capable of adapting himself to my ideas and give good advise. He arranged a hike into Empakaai Crater with the same ease as we did an excursion to Snake Park with six primary school kids. We also visited Lake Natron by car.
In fact it all went so well, that I convinced six people from my country to make a safari with Golden Trips and Samson this year (2023) in November I really trust everything will be fine, I will be there as well!

Overall fair satisfaction
We were not advised to avoid online visa application..that was costly!!
Few misguided information as to what expected to see at the safari games and the standard of the lodges! Some were excellent and some were very poor with no hot water to shower in the morning!
Our Guide was lazy overweight and more on his mobile than guiding us ...with the operator instruction to Tip him 10 usd daily ..not good !
Overcharged for luggage extra weights at domestic flight from Arusha to zanzibar..
However after all ..very good holiday with lovely Tanzanian people.

Everything went simply excellent from start to finish
I was thrilled from the start with the pleasant communication and flexibility in planning the trip. We could bring in our ideas for the trip and Jalala then implemented them for us (especially the Kolo Paintings in Kondoa!! quite extraordinary!!). Peter was a wonderful guide, he was very experienced and knew exactly when, where and which animals were best to see and always impressed us with his friendly manner and sense of good humour. We enjoyed the trip with AAA Express Adventure from beginning to end, every moment was a beautiful experience in this beautiful country with its open-hearted people!!

Experienced tour operator
I enjoyed this safari! It was relaxing and exciting at the same time. It is ideal if you would like to spend a week in the middle of nature. We saw a lot of animals every day and stayed in good-quality accommodations. It was nice to have evening and morning safaris, as some animals are more active during sunrise. The driver was very polite and knowledgeable.

The organisation was very efficient; communication was great during the planning phase and they have been able to accommodate every request.
The safari guide (Immanuel) was very knowledgeable and friendly.
The meals provided were all very delicious (and very generous portions too).

Unforgettable safari experience
From the very beginning this experience was a dream! Jonadhan and Saadati were so gracious and knowledgeable. They became like family and I was truly sad for it to be over. They exceeded every expectation and I saw more animals than I ever could have imagined. We learned so many facts about each animal and bird we saw. The accommodations were also incredible. I truly don’t think the pictures do it justice; they are stunning! I’m already planning another trip with Deeper Serengeti Safaris and will recommend them to everyone I talk to. If I could leave more than five stars I would.

What an Experience
Love this company and the staff (Elizabeth, Coleman, Anton, Jackson, Douglas, Silas.....and many more). Everything was as expected and outlined ahead of time. The accommodations before the Kili climb were very nice. We did the Lemosho route. The porters work hard and carry everything. Camp is set-up when you arrive. The food is prepared fresh and very good. I'd never climbed a mountain before and spent months training for this. Unfortunately, after reaching Lava Tower I experienced a severe muscle pull. It was difficult and painful to walk. Our lead guide Coleman and 10 of the porters went above and beyond to help me get down to our camp. Ultimately we decided I needed to descend the mountain. It was disappointing, but necessary. Jackson and a couple of the porters helped me down over the next two days. It was a struggle. Everyone was so kind and concerned for me. Elizabeth even came to see me at the lodge. After a couple of days rest I was able to continue my trip on safari. Wow! this was a wonderful experience! Sebastian was my guide and drove me everywhere! He answered all my random questions. We got to see the migration of the Wildebeest, a pride of lions, many Zebra, Hyenas, elephants and giraffes.
The Serengeti did not disappoint! I loved the tented lodges and could have stayed at both for several days. My most favorite part of the trip was the people of Tanzania. They work so hard and have a positive attitude. Pole pole!!

Absolutely amazing experience with Imani! Just sit and enjoy your safari ride
Imani made our safari trip really amazing. He introduced us to one of the best lodges with good value/money. He was reliable and always on time, or flexible with timing when needed, and he was well informed about the route and the surroundings, and brought us to places which allowed us to see all the relevant game. Imani is well mannered and knows when to join and enrich a conversation, and when not to. Communication was great in both English and French. His vehicles are well maintained and we felt safe. Thank you Imani for this great experience!
