Beautiful trip in Kenya and Tanzania with African Sunset Safaris
The rating would be 4.5 starts if I could select that. Aaron and the entire team were professional and reliable and we felt taken care of during the transfers from Kenya to Tanzania and back. We communicated the whole time via WhatsApp and the entire team was very responsive.
There were some hiccups with COVID testing and some coordination with the payment (issues with the $100 bills) and final transfer back to Kenya, but a lot of COVID planning is difficult to do with constantly changing regulations. Aaron did take care of us after all and helped us get all of our tests needed before returning to the US.
We had a great time on the safaris and saw more than we were expecting, including a serval. Both Aaron and Geoff were very good at communicating with other guides and taking us where all the action was. We all throughly enjoyed the accommodations we stayed at (especially the camp in Serengeti) and the wildlife we were so lucky to see. It was, overall, a truly memorable trip and we’re grateful to the African Sunset Safaris team for making it happen. Would recommend.

Great service, friendly staff
We booked a tour of the northern parks of Tanzania. We were impressed by the meeting in Arusha. We were greeted by a very friendly guide and provided with a welcome breakfast. This helped to relax after the flight and get positive emotions even before the start of a big trip. Moving around the country was comfortable in new jeeps. The guides of the company are very experienced and love their country. From them you will hear the most interesting information about Tanzania, its tribes, about the life of wild animals. Guide Freddy became a real friend for us and made us fall in love with his country. I would also like to emphasize that the tour operator works only with proven high-level lodges, so we don’t have to worry about your comfort while staying in the national park.
The tour was organized according to our every wish. We were very pleased with the cooperation. Many thanks to manager Julia and guide Freddy. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Uganda!

My wife and I saw everything we wanted to see in terms of animals, birds and panoramas.
Accommodation was first class throughout with good meals.
Best aspect of the tour was our guide, Charles who knows all there is to know to identify birds, animals, trees, geology. In addition to being a fount of knowledge he is really good company with a terrific sense of humour.

Wonderful (and well priced) safari!
We had a wonderful 7-day safari with Safari Multiways. Our guide/driver Amos was very friendly, courteous, and extremely good at spotting wildlife (and finding/knowing the best spots to find the animals). Amos was also very knowledgeable about the animals and plants, and always ready to answer our questions. Romeo (the owner/manager) had booked us into very comfortable lodges and camps, and had designed our itinerary to keep us away from the crowds (e.g., entering Tarangire Park through a secondary gate) so that it felt like we had the parks nearly to ourselves. This all made for a VERY memorable safari!

You will not find a safer or more beautiful place to travel!
Hands-down, this was the trip of a lifetime. Aardvark Exp. was exceptionally responsive, trustworthy and informative. All of our pre-travel questions were answered promptly, and we had no worries that the Aardvark team would be at the airport waiting for us. The drivers were very professional, very safe on the road and extremely informative. Everyone we encountered spoke English and greeted us with a smile. Philemon took care of everything for our family (3 children ages 11 to 6) from hotel accommodations to boxed lunches (SO GOOD!) to transportation to and from the airport. The lodges/tents that we stayed in were some of the nicest places I've ever been in my life! Amazingly beautiful, hot showers, bottled water, pool, air conditioning, bug spray if needed, and the staff! Oh my the staff were fantastic everywhere we went, big smiles, songs, helping hands and very friendly. We always felt safe and never worried about our belongings being stolen or lost (except for a rogue baboon or two). Aardvark Expeditions is highly recommended for all of your travel needs in Tanzania! You will not be disappointed.

Affordable Safari with Reliable Tour Operator
My husband and I did a 5 day budget camping safari (with one night in a tented lodge) in February 2022. We had a great experience! We chose Safari Multiways after a lot of research because it was the best balance of affordable while still also being very reputable. Romeo did a great job listening to what I wanted and organizing a great itinerary. Given that this was a budget safari, I tried to manage my expectations regarding the safari vehicle, equipment, and food, but was pleasantly surprised. Our car may not have been the newest or fanciest we saw, but it was reliable and comfortable. Our tent was in good condition.
Our guide Amos did a great job spotting animals from far away and positioning us in the best spots. He was also very knowledgeable. On the second day of our safari, Pius, a newer guide joined us to get some more experience with the Ndutu area. Despite not being our "official" guide, he was quick to jump in and take pictures of us, and also took us back to the airport at the end of the safari, ensuring that we found a place to take the COVID test we needed to return to the U.S. Our cook Dogo made a great variety of soups, chicken, fish, and pasta for us during our safari. Even being a picky eater, I always had more than enough to eat.
I especially appreciated how the staff of Safari Multiways handled a medical issue I experienced. Amos was quick to communicate with Romeo when it was clear the local doctor we first went to was not going to be an appropriate option. Romeo advised Amos of a facility that catered more to tourists and had an American doctor on staff, where I received immediate and excellent care. Experiencing a possible medical issue while on safari can be scary and stressful, but I am so grateful Safari Multiways knew exactly how to handle it!

Laurien was knowledgable, an excellent driver, easy to get along with, and flexible.
We went to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara on a five day tour. It was amazing and Laurien was unbelievable adept at spotting animals. We saw a wide variety of animals, including the big five (38-40 lions) and many birds. We looked at other tours and Aquila was the best deal for a private safari. Bakari worked with us to find the best match for our needs.

Amazing Tour!
We hand an amazing tour from Arusha to the Tarangiri and Ngorongoro Crater! Abi out kind was very kind and explained us everything!
The hotel we stay was very modern and respected european standards! If we get the change to travel again to Tanzania we will for sure contact Savannah Explorers!
