A fantastic experience
I never knew travelling would be this easy till I travelled with Bison safaris. They worked with my budget to offer the vacation of my choice and ensured that all the booking were made in time, on top of it all there was effective communication. The entire experience was the memory of a lifetime. I also highly recommend Michael who was my tour guide .he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Great 10day Kenya Tanzania safari!
When we requested the safari, Joseph responded directly. Also the days before the safari and during the tour Jospeh was always available for questions.
When we arrived in Kenya, we were picked up at Nairobi airport directly, drove to the office and payed the rest of the price. After that we started our first part of the tour in Kenya with our awesome guide Maxwell. Everything was well organized, we saw a loooot of animals and were very satisfied. During the tour different people joint our car.
After 6 days safari in Kenya (Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli) Maxwell dropped us at the border to Tanzania. For this change of the guides the communication could have been better because we didn't really know what the plan was from now on. Also, we could not reach Joseph because we didn't have a SIM card. It turned out that we drove in a bus to our hotel in Arusha and that we from now on belonged to another safari operater named 7wonders.
The next day in Arusha we were picked up by our second driver Ennesto (also a great guide who told us a lot about the animals). In Tanzania we went to the serengeti park and the Ngorongoro Krater. Here we slept two nights in a tent which was a super exciting experience because during the night lions were outside of the tents making noises.
We can highly recommend parrot safaris as the value for the money is unbeatable. It was super nice to see different parts of both countries and different parcs. They are all so different that we cannot decide which one we liked most.
Fantastic, reliable company!
We had a great tour. We were picked up from our hotel in Nairobi and Joseph drove us all the way to Amboseli for an afternoon safari. We stayed in the AA Lodge (lovely - recommend going to the campfire in the evening for masaai dancing!) Then got up early the next day for a morning safari before being dropped home. Communication was fantastic throughout and the team were happy to answer my many questions and negotiate to suit my budget - Highly recommend!

Jeff went the extra mile!
We stayed at Lenchada Tourist camp, the tents were spacious and comfortable, hot showers and flushing toilets in your tent, great value for money. Jeff was super accommodating, he helps us sort cash out in the middle of the Masai, made great stops for picnics. Slowed down on the drive to the Masai so we could take photos of Baboons on the side of the road as well as monkeys and dust tornado's! Jeff really went above and beyond, we got to see everything but the rhinos on our 3 day tour! Jeff ensured at the end of the tour everyone got away safely, including helping others with onward travel bookings.

fantastic and beautiful experience!
We took part in a 3-day budget group safari (6 people) with two nights in a tent. Daudi the very sympathetic manager answered our many questions days in advance within an almost impossibly fast deadline patiently and competently and supported us where he could. We booked the safari quite spontaneously and were therefore very happy about the fantastic advice. One day before the safari, we met with him and he informed us about the itinerary - this gave us an additional good feeling.
The safari itself was very well organised! For us, everything was just right from A to Z. Yuma, our guide, was very friendly and a great driver. He patiently told us many things about the Masai, the Serengeti and its diverse wildlife, he had a great feeling for the right spots (25 years of experience) and we saw a lot of animals. Sam our cook was also great. The food was insanely good, varied and plentiful - even my request for vegan food was fulfilled without complications. We felt very well looked after.
The overnight stay in the tent was a great experience. The tents are big, equipped with mattresses, pillows and sleeping bags and the teams in the camps are very supportive. What we also really liked is the atmosphere among the guides/cooks of the different safari providers - there is a lot of laughing and joking and we had a great time with everyone.
After the safari, Daudi met us and asked us for our feedback and then personally drove us to our hotel in Arusha, which was not very centrally located!
It is very important to Mejio Safari that the safari is a great experience and this is guaranteed! Thank you for everything! We recommend Mejio 100%!

Don't look any further
If you're looking for a company to use for our Serengeti safari look no further. First of all - they are a locally owned and run company which means all profits stay in country which was important to us #shoplocal. Bartho was who we initially dealt with via WhatsApp. He answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and gave us all the info we needed. Also - tailored the trip to meet exactly what we were looking for. Then Felix - our guide - is UNREAL. He is calm, organized and you can tell he loves what he does. He knows the animals and the parks so well. We saw all the big 5 numerous times and he even found us the illustrious Black Rhino. Accommodations were all great. Food was good. Got to have a visit at a local Maasi tribe village which was wonderful. I highly recommend these guys and this organization. They arranged and supported us with everything from packing, visas, airport pickup/drop off/hotels - you name it - they helped us.

Extremely knowledgeable and super fun!
My trip to Uganda was a memorable one thanks to Deep End Safari’s personalized attention to my needs. As my trip was a mix between work and pleasure, Sam ensured I arrived to every event with time to spare; when I had free time he took me to some of the most beautiful places- including a wildlife reserve and to ride horses along the Nile River in Jinja. (As he knows I’m an animal lover) made such an effort for me to enjoy Uganda not only on a professional level, but personal one. Cannot wait to get back! Thank you Deep End Safaris- could not have been better!

Mount Elgon Climbing : Company Rep did all to make savings and spoil AA clients
The operator representative made all possible savings on food, water, camping material, transfers.
On arrival the operator rep had no car and we assumed HIS transfer to the starting point when it's OUR transfer that was supposed included. On way back we got transfer after having hardly insisted. We also had to insist to have enough porters, the operator rep trying to save on them letting us transporting our bags when mail exchanges were clear on the subject : only a small walking bag per person and the rest (night and change) by porters.
During the trek was only planned 1.5 l of water per person and per day, rice, noodles, popatoes and .... meat once over 4 days (two of us were vegetarians but all of us have been turned to "carbohydrates-only" vegetarism).
Tents and sleeping bags were not adapted to cold conditions below 0 and nights were nightmares. Tents, ventilated like for savannah and had holes, jammed zips, an arch broken (we repared as we could). Peds and tensioners were missing and we had to fix it ourself. Sleeping bags were very thin and cold and one bag was even a commercial gift printed with a beer advertising !
After complain, the operator proposed that WE would promote them to friends who would benefit of a discount. No compensation for the bad service we received.
