Organized, thoughtful, and very responsive
Everything with Silver Spark was perfect! From the inquiry to the drop off at the end was perfect! The booking process was easy and Silver Spark was very responsive to any questions. One of the accommodations was fully booked and Silver Spark had a new accommodation within a few days. Our guide, John, was amazing!!!!!!! Some roads in the Mara were blocked off but John didn’t give up and go us to the Mara River to see the great migration. John took care of my friend and I until the airport drop off at the end.This was my second safari and highly recommend Silver Spark!

Amazing Safaris experience in Rwanda!
We have google tour company in Rwanda and we saw Hermosa tour and others but we reached to them they responded and was very quick, we couldn’t get Gorilla Permits in Visit Rwanda but this company managed to secure our Permits and our trip was amazing, we cannot say enough about this company and our Guide Justin! If you are planning to visit Rwanda kindly dont hesitate to contact them.

Terrible and unprofessional
Feel like going on safari and having a great vacation? Then DO NOT use this company. Douglas took our money and then demanded we pay him more throughout the entire 4 days we were trying to enjoy our vacation.He used our money elsewhere and then asked us to keep paying for services he was suppose to have paid for.We ended up forking over $2000 usd after paying him over $5000. He was unprofessional and didn’t even pay the driver, we had to!?! Go elsewhere and find a more reputable company, save yourself a lot of stress.

Amazing time
I booked a 6 day climb of Kilimanjaro by the machame route and had an incredible time. It was my first time solo travelling and the whole team made me feel incredibly welcome. Tuliza was an absolutely incredible guide, helping me reach my goals - arrive at the top of the mountain first!! - and kept me smiling the whole trip. Masanja was the chef and every day the food was amazing - pancakes, pizza the lot. Also special thanks to Omary Juma the waiter who was incredibly funny and friendly. Rose was very patient and responsive throughout the planning of our trip. We were looking for something unique and exclusive that had to meet quite high standards and satisfy a family of 8 with differing interests. Rose offered a solution to every new challenge that came up. We settled for Zambia in the end, combining a stay near the Victoria Falls with a few days Safari in South Luangwa. The trip was just amazing! The activities were very varied and each more breathtaking than the next!
Sungani, our lodge in South Luangwa was absolutely stunning, with the friendliest and most attentive staff as well as the best food ever!! Incredible location and beautiful rooms in a very secluded area of the park, with the best surprises and sunsets! Highly recommend this lodge for the ultimate luxury Safari experience. We had three great days in Akagera NP with Makario.
The organisation, emailing, burocracy went well from the Makario side, quick replies, adapting the program to our requests, ideas. We were transfered from Kigali airport to Akagera, then in the NP to various sites. Drivers drove as we requested, not at a usual speed, stopping at all small creatures. What I may note is the age of the cars - one even went wrong - weak engine and some problem with the roof of it to keep open.
