10-day Safari in Kenya and Tanzania
We (my husband and I) did a 10-day safari through Kenya and Tanzania with Like a Local Safaris. Maurice provided us with information before our trip and regularly checked whether we had questions or needed more information. When we arrived in Kenya he picked us up from the airport because it was too early for the driver. He told us about our itinerary again to make sure that we would be content with our safari. This was a very clear story. He recommended us a private safari for the first seven days and that was definitely the best decision we could have made! The next day our driver Boniface picked us up for a tour in Nairobi, which Maurice arranged for us to do before the start of our safari. Boniface was a great guide, very knowledgeable about Kenya and especially the animals in Kenya. We had a wonderful safari. Boniface listened very well to our wishes and he taught us so much about all types of animals (especially also about birds). We communicated with Maurice throughout our safari to update him on how we experienced our safari. The accommodation was as we expected: comfortable and clean. Some accommodations were a bit more luxurious than others, as near some parks only camping is affordable. We felt that Maurice made sure to prepare us for the more basic campsites, and there was a balanced alternation between more luxurious and basic accommodations. Food was generally good, although you should not expect incredible culinary experiences (you will mainly have buffets with rice, potatoes, meat, ugali, etc.) The game drives were absolutely amazing!! Boniface made sure we went to the parks on time to see many animals. In 10 days, we saw the big five, over 70 lions, and just generally many animals living in their natural habitats. A truly unforgettable experience, and with Like A Local Safaris you truly get great value for money.

Devine African Safaris was the best decision I made
Choosing Devine African Safaris was the best decision I made. Boaz, my guide, picked me up from the Kigali international airport and transferred me to my Lemigo hotel. The actual safari started the following day with our drive towards Bwindi forest- home to some of the last remaining mountain gorillas. Boaz was knowledgeable about the culture, flora and fauna in East Africa. He was so easy to talk to that we became friends. He also could not stop talking about his country, Uganda. He told me about the people there, and the best sites to visit while I was there.
We also visited Queen Elizabeth and Kibale National Parks which are lovely attractions with a wide variety of land & water animals as well as birds.
During our trip we stayed at lovely hotels booked by Devine African Safaris. The hotels were comfortable and provided breakfast. We were always on time, because of Boaz’s excellent professionalism. I couldn’t be happier with the company’s choice of hiring Boaz.
I highly recommend Devine African Safaris for any trip that you want to make.

Superb Safari to Samburu & Masai Mara
Our friend in Finland recommended this company to us based in Kenya since they had always had a pleasant experience with Shoor Safaris in Nairobi. I am happy to have booked our 5 day Safari with them as all was well planned and most of all their pricing was fair and reasonable, not trying to overcharge us as tourists from overseas [ as some other operators had tried to do so when we had contacted them during the planning stage].
Excellent and friendly Driver-guide also that we were give for our Safari - Peter.

We had an amazing Time.. really help me with everything.
Everything was super Awesome.
Only problem we faced was the Driver did not switch on AC when the dust road starts on the way to MARA from Nairobi, and keep on driving with open windows which was really hard. But on the way back driver was kind enough to switch on AC. Actually their fault as i saw so many others do the same.. but some I saw they switch on the AC.

Cold experience but special
My husband and I were travelling for our honeymoon and we booked the one day private tour in Cape Town. It was a rainy and windy day so the temperature in Cape town was quite low. Despite the cold weather, we enjoyed our time with the African penguins in Boulder's Bay. The scene at the Cape Point was extremely breath taking and became one of the most memorable moments of our trip in Cape Town. The driver was friendly and professional. We are satisfied.

Second trip of a lifetime in Africa!
This was our second trip in Africa arranged by Kerry from Pembury Tours. In 2016, we went to South Africa (Cape Town, Hermanus, Kruger), Victoria Falls and Chobe. It was so wonderful that we have no hesitation to have Kerry help us again on this second trip to Africa. This time, we did a self drive tour of Namibia for 12 days and the last 4 nights in Okavango Delta. We did not disappoint and more.
The highlights are self driving in Etosha, desert elephant tour in northern Damaraland, living desert tour from Swakopmund, Sandwich Harbour tour from Walvis Bay, Sossusvlei and of course the Delta. All the lodges that we stayed are great overall. We stayed at Kadizora Camp in the Delta and it is absolutely fantastic experience. I believe it is also one of the more affordable places to stay in the Delta.
I always do lots of research and plan my own vacation and this is what I really appreciate working with Kerry. She listens to what we want and give us options and recommendations which could be very detailed. We have been talking for several months to a year to get everything we really want. During the trip, she was very prompt in any support we need which you will need traveling in Africa. We received a short notice on flight delay and she helped to sort it out and even gave us a complimentary 5 hours driver services in Johannesburg on our stopover.
I highly recommend Kerry from Pembury Tours planning your vacation in Africa.
