Everything was great, both service and tour
I did a 4 day safari in Mikumi and Nyerere NP with Asantebibitours, and everything was amazing, from the service provided before and after to the actual tour. They provided full support with airport pickup and helped me during my stay in Tanzania even once the tour was finished. Plus my guide, Abel, was amazing. Really knowledgeable and ready to solve any problem occurred. I will definitely call them again when I'll be back visiting. Thanks to everyone

A fantastic tailored experience!
We would like to thank you fantasy Safari fantastic experience 18 of november 2024. We can say we had the specialy designed program for 6 of us. From pickup from our Zanzibar hotel early morning until delivery at train station on Dar all was well timed and well organisrd. Safari experience at Mikumi National Park was one dat experience where we have sin a lot of animals such as hipopotamus, lions, elephants, impalas, jiraffs, zebras, birds in in their natural environment. We have traveled around the park in open car designed to travel even off-road. Our guides were very helpful and they were telling us about animals and their habits. We could observe from very short distance and make beautiful pictures without disruption to animals. Our driver tried hard and even extended our trip so we would see all animals as expected. We had a lunch break with good food (buffet) and time to relax and refresh accompanied by monkeys😊. At the end we have changed into comfortable car and went to Morongoro to rest in a nice hotel for the night. Before going to the train station we could walk around town and view mountains from a distance. The trip by train was also nice experience as it was very comfortable (businesses clas and the views were amazing going through another National park where we could see more animals along the way. We were accompanied by our guide, Mohamed, who at the end gave us a film he was preparing all the way during our safari. The film was impressive and got a lit attention on social media. We highly recommend this company as good organiser and value for money. We felt safe and well cared for even when the car engine could not start at one moment.

Fantastic
I chose the Phine Safaris and it was the best choice! They have a very professional communication skills with a client. Quick response and understanding of needs. The creative with them a private tour in 4 parks in Kenya. Kelvin (manager) helped with a hotel choices. Julia’s was ours driver everywhere. He knows all parks by heart. Highly recommended to have a trip with him! 4x4 Jeep was a right choice to have because of the Kenya roads and parks roads too. I’m really happy to have a deal with tris company.

Great Safari
Our safari experience was great! The staff was well organized, and all communication, handled via WhatsApp, was smooth and efficient. The tour guide was fantastic—knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly passionate about the animals and the parks.
We chose a camping safari and visited Ngorongoro, Tarangire, and Serengeti. The sights were incredible, and we were lucky enough to see the Big 5 along with so many other animals. The food provided was excellent, and the camping logistics were good managed.
The company collaborates with smaller operators, but this did not affect the quality at all. In fact, the partner company we encountered had top reviews, and their service matched our expectations. Overall, the experience offered exceptional value for money, and I would highly recommend booking with this company for your safari adventure!

Amazing Safari
9 day private tour Kenya/Tanzania Girls trip of a lifetime completed in December 2024 with 2 of my cousins and one friend.
Silas helped plan this trip every step of the way, answering all our questions, making adjustments as needed. He was a lifesaver to me as the person trying to bring this all together for 4, very different, female travelers.
Our first driver/guide (Kenya) was Sebastian. He had good English (and Spanish), he was a careful, aggressive driver and he made it possible to see 4 of the 'big five' during our first few days on Safari. He communicated with other drivers well and got us to the viewing sites quickly and efficiently. He also explained why no one was seeing the elusive leopards so, though we were disappointed, we understood. He was great!
Our second driver/guide (Tanzania) was Jovan who was soft spoken and polite. His English was heavily accented, so often we had difficulty understanding him and vice versa. He was a careful driver and not aggressive, so he was very apologetic when he hit a hard bump and we all went flying. He was good at giving advise about buying souvenirs and would subtly shake his head when something was overpriced. I liked that he had a book with pictures and names of the birds we were seeing, so that when we didn't understand what he was saying, he would show us the picture and spell the name. We saw some of the most endangered birds in Kenya and Tanzania. He was a very good guide/driver.
This safari tour started out as the Golden memories 12-day tour and was pared down to a 9 day custom tour for our group. I personally would have preferred to spend more time in the Masai Mara and the Serengeti but in order to accommodate the most people in the group the 9 Day tour was chosen. I'd say, all in all, this was an excellent Safari and we could not have done it without Sebastian, Jovan and Silas!

Highly recommended
I had an amazing experience with this safari company! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, and the communication via WhatsApp made the planning seamless. The team was professional and friendly, and our tour guide was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about the wildlife.
We visited the Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and Serengeti National Parks on a camping safari and saw the Big 5 along with countless other animals. The food was delicious, and the camping experience was well-arranged and comfortable.
Although the company collaborates with smaller safari operators, this was absolutely no issue. The partner company we interacted with also had great reviews and met the same high standards. Overall, the price-performance ratio was excellent, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari in Tanzania!

Excellent 10d tour in Uganda
My wife and I did a 10d tour through Uganda. The itinerary was well planned and Elvis, our contact at Lulu Safaris before the tour, kindly included our additional requests, i.e. the inclusion of a boat tour in Mabamba and a night at Lake Mburo NP.
Elvis has also offered us lots of optional activities in addition to the regular ones. Generally, we enjoyed the diversity of all activities which includes game drives (also night game drives), boat tours and trekking. However, we were not informed about all optional activities, unfortunately. Particularly, in Kibale and Bwindi it is possible to do habituation tours which allow you to spend even more time with the primates, which we would have loved to do but we only found out about that later. The experience that we had with the mountain gorillas in Bwindi was magical nonetheless.
Our guide Charles has been a great companion through the entire journey. He is very knowledgeable about the various flora and fauna in each region that we visited. Furthermore, he excelled in spotting wildlife!
Overall we had a great time in Uganda and we recommend Lulu Safaris.

Buyer beware - you might not get what you paid for from Africa Kenya Safaris
We booked a 7-day private safari for two people with Africa Kenya Safaris, Nairobi. It covered Masai Mara (2 days), Lake nakuru/Lake Naivasha (2 days) and Samburu (2 days). It cost more than 4,000 USD and included all accommodations, food, transportation, Game drives, and park fees.
When we got to Masai Mara we were refused entry because the Park fees had not been paid. We were made to wait at the gate for more than 2 hours. When the park fees finally came through we were still not allowed in because the company had not paid the full fees. I had to pay the shortfall out of my own pocket. I have still not been reimbursed for this added cost. All attempts to contact the company went unanswered.
On the second day our guide was able to convince the Park Warden that the fees would be paid by 11 am that day. On this assurance we were admitted to the park. During our Game drive (around lunch time) our guide told us that we had been ordered back to the Park gate by the Warden because the fees had still not been paid. We returned to the gate and were made to wait more than two hours. The warden threatened to confiscate our vehicle and detain our driver. This would have left us stranded at the Park gate with no means to get back to the hotel. I desperately tried to contact Africa Kenya Safaris but got know response. Finally the park fees came through after 4 pm but again the company did not pay the full amount and our driver paid the shortfall this time so that we could continue our game drive. During this episode over two days multiple attempts were made to contact company management by phone, email and text messaging but all went unanswered. Our driver was also unable to contact his bosses. Bottom line was that lost about half our game drive time over the twp days at Maasai Mara- the most prominent park in Kenya.
Unbelievably, the same thing happened again when we got to Lake Nakuru - the Park fees were not paid. We again had to wait at the park gate till well after 2 pm - about 3 hours. We could not even access our lodge to eat lunch because the lodge was located inside the Park. We were finally able to do a severely shortened game drive that afternoon. At Lake Naivasha our activities were also shortened because the fees had not been paid on time.
Multiple attempts were made to contact the company management daily for four days but there was no response. In all we lost more than half the game viewing time over the FOUR days due to the their incompetence. No explanation for their acts of negligence has been provided by the Africa Kenya Safaris.

Great experience and value for money, communication could be improved
We had a great experience on safari. Our guide Burton was great; a very safe driver, nice person and he also helpfully pointed out wildlife to us, explaining animal behaviours and species. Our chef David made us lovely food even in the middle of the Serengeti! He catered to my husband’s wheat allergy incredibly well. We enjoyed our night camping and the other accommodation was of a good standard too. We saw the big five over our 5 day safari trip to the Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara and Tarangire NP. Overall it was incredible value for money. Communication with Psalms Adventures was poor whilst we were on safari, our queries often being ignored. We were also told we’d have a driver and a guide and ended up with 2-in-1, although he did a good job. Overall would recommend this company and the safari experience!
