He made us to see the Big Five! Breathtaking!
5/5

My best friend and I went on a five-day safari tour with Joagro Safari, and everything went smoothly.
We stayed at different locations along the way, and both the food and the accommodations were very good. The people we met were always very friendly, which made our experience even better.

We were extremely satisfied with our guide Peter. From the very beginning, he was punctual, friendly, and attentive. He was also very communicative and answered all our questions about the animals and nature. At all times, he made a great effort to spot wildlife for us, and he even made it possible for us to see the Big Five. We had a really fun and enjoyable time with Peter! We truly appreciate his efforts and want to thank him once again. It was simply breathtaking!

We highly recommend Joagro Safari and our guide Peter!

Amazing safari experience
5/5

Me and my friend went on the 5 day budget safari in june of 2025 and it was amazing. To start off, Lulu, the organiser of the safari is super helpful with any and all questions that we had about the safari. I was a little skeptical about doing a budget safari and staying in a tent overnight. Lulu assured that everything was well set up and safe to stay in. The safari itself was absolutely amazing (WE SAW THE BIG 5). The accomodation was better than what i was expecting for a budget safari. Comfy beds in the lodges and the mats and sleeping bags in the tents were suitable for the night. Food was unexpectedly very good. I unfortunately cannot remember the name of our guide but he was amazing, full of facts when we were curious about certain animals and the locals. Highly recommend this company. Thanks for an amazing experience :)

Tour operator was helpful
4/5

Tour operator was very much helpful , arranged to me an all inclusive group joining trip with decent price at a lodge of my choice..
The only point I was disappointed about is the time accuracy.

Careful Serious Breach of Contract Not Professional at all
1/5

I am witting to formally report a serious breach of contract regarding a reservation made through - African Bush Cats. The reservation was made for a Jambo Mara Safari camp fom august 7th to August 9th 2025. I paid 2200 USD For a single and a triple toom in top glass cottages, full board, transportation Go and return + one day game drive.
The Manager was supposed to pick us up on the 7th at 10.30am and no vehicule came pick us. I finally arranged to go by my own with my 3 kids to Jambo Mara safari camp when arrived I realize the full reservation was no paid. This was an extremely serious issue and I consider this situation to be NO professionnal misconduct bordering on fraud. I would like to report to you this information as i don't want other person have the same misadventure. You should not work with this Tour Operator I paid 100% of the amount I negociated and I am still waiting for a refund. I have made report to TPA and TPU, tourism & police regulatory office in Kenya.

About: SD Safaris
Untrustworthy Tour Company – Avoid SDSafaris at All Costs
1/5

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with SDSafaris. I trusted them with my travel plans, but unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver on what was promised.

The tour I paid for was either never provided or was drastically different from what was advertised.

Communication was poor or nonexistent once issues began to arise.

Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I was ignored or given the runaround.

I ended up losing $3000 and there was no accountability.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. It feels like a scam operation. If you're looking for a reliable and professional travel experience, look elsewhere.

Awesome time on Kilimanjaro
5/5

Many thanks to Patrick and your team at Tanzania Wildlife Adventures for organizing our wonderful trek up and down Kilimanjaro. The fees are reasonably priced, which is great for the top-class service we received from our guides, porters, and cook. Everything went according to plan, and we appreciated the hardworking and friendly team. Thank you for everything good people!

Once in a lifetime experience
5/5

Gasper organized my trip in a short period of time. The service was attentive and answers to messages were quick. The 4 day trip in the savanna was amazing. We managed to see 4/5 of Big 5 animals.

About: Santaviva
Ivan was brilliant!
5/5

The reason we wanted to come to Uganda was to see the Gorillas. However, we faced a problem as our younger child was below the mandatory age (15) for trekking. We found Ivan on the internet and he was super efficient at sorting our permits for us - with a special dispensation from UWA for our youngest to also trek. Without Ivan our trip wouldn't have got off the ground, and for that we are eternally grateful!
Dealing with an agent abroad provides a degree on uncertainty and insecurity, but I was quickly reassured through my dealings with Ivan that I wouldn't need to worry - he was extremely prompt and thorough in his responses and provided documentation and receipts every step of the way.
We organised the Gorilla trekking through Ivan as part of a bigger trip to Uganda that we had organised ourselves. Once we got to Kisoro, Ivan arranged to meet us and briefed us on what to expect from the trekking the following day. He then accompanied us on the trip, to and from Rushaga Gate.
(The trekking was of course amazing!!)
I would thoroughly recommend Ivan as trustworthy, attentive and a significant safe pair of hands - plus a very nice guy!
Thank you Ivan for helping provide a life memory for me and my family!
