Best Safari
It was our first safari in Kenya and we relied on Steve, what can I say? He was a wonderful and very knowledgeable guide, we visited both Tsavo East and West in two days starting from Diani, thank you Steve for the passion you put into it and for the ability you had to introduce us to the nature and animals of Kenya's parks, I absolutely recommend him to anyone who wants to have a unique experience in this wonderful country
Extremely professional, easy to communicate with and reliable
Our safari with Gemfinders was amazing! From start to finish they were very easy to communicate with. Over WhatsApp and email they were very attentive to any requests, providing a lot of options and catering to all of our needs anytime we mentioned specific requirements such as hotels, activities and food. Once the booking was made, we didn’t have to worry about anything. Everything was seamlessly organised. Once we were picked up on day one by our driver Samson we had nothing to worry about. One negative was the seatbelts weren’t in great shape. Once that was communicated to Gemfinders they were extremely quick to rectify that and service the belts by the next morning. Given we spent so much time in the car (more than half the safari was spent in the car, travelling) it didn’t feel like that at all as we were very comfortable. Every single day was planned so throughly and we were told at the start and end of each day the plan. We managed to see the big 5 and every day was so magical. Value for money was great, I reached out to many providers and I found them to be well priced compared to others. The tour was well organised and so much fun. Would definitely go with Gemfinders again on a safari.
Reliable , good value too
This was the third time I have used this company for a two day trip to the Meru National park staying in Ikweta lodge . The Guides were very friendly and reliable and adapted to our schedule. We had the park to ourselves on both game drives the lodge is also very good value for money and absolutely gorgeous.
The only thing to note was that the seatbelt didn’t work in one of the seats, so I would just make sure that they check it next time before setting off

The best 5 days safari tour
The communication was the fastest among many companies and the price was reasonable, so I chose Jocky tour. I saw all big 5 animals and amazing wildbeast and zebra's river crossing/migration. The guide, Jimmy, was very professional and the best driver, so our tour group could see all animals that we wanted to see. 5 day was perfect to see Rhinos at Nakuru lake and climd the cliff which was inspired by the movie Lion King at Hell's gate. I highly recommand Jocky tour.

Exceeded our expectations
We were very satisfied with our tour operator notably Ana and her daughter Irene. Communication and organization was flawless. They even provided us with their own personal jackets when they saw that ours would nor be sufficiently warm in Ngorongoro at night. After the tour they still cared for us although the tour and the contract officially finished. In the end we said good bye to each other as friends. Thank you very much for helping us with everything!

GREAT!!
We were on an 8 day Safari from Victoria Falls to Maun. There were some great acitivities in Vic Falls, after that we continued to Chobe and the Okavango Delta via Mobile Safari. It was such a great adventure! The tour was organised extremly well, we had an experienced guide who could show us all the animals, the entire staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. Can highly recommend this tour and this operator!

Well Plan tour that meet most of my wish list
Adelle and team had plan my Africa trip according to what we discuss. They are professional and plan in detail the itinerary. We had a very good time in Africa travelling from Johannesburg, Victoria Falls, Botswana and end at Cape Town. The transfers are arrange properly such that we do not have to worry.
