Great customer service
We booked 2-day Amboseli safari tour from Nairobi. The customer service during the arrangement of the tour was amazing. Their responses were always prompt and very kind.The arranged accommodation of Kibo safari was also very comfortable. Nice food, friendly staff, exciting Maasai dance and beautiful stars made the tour unforgettable one. Needless to say, we were totally satisfied with wild animals in Amboseli. Elephant, in particular, were so lovely. I strongly recommend Flash McTours and Amboseli.

Hans is amassing guide, Knowledgeable, honest, nice, smart, good person, cares for his customer etc.
Hans is great Great communicator and and has high values. His behavior is outstanding. He made our Safari unforgeable for good.

We were 6 family members and he knew how to communicate with all of us and make sure we all are happy. Never talked about addition costs or so. Was mainly focusing on high service level.

Amazing experience and exceptional service
The communication was on spot, the service was amazing, lived up to our expectations and the Safari tour was amazing. Joseph was always online answering our inquiries and tailored the Safari according to our needs. We had a very safe and exiting Safari. On the day back from Masai Mara, we had to face bad road situation as it was raining the previous night, but Paul was so good at what he did, they stayed calm and we had a smooth trip back to Nairobi. They were always on time and very patient. During the Safari, we were really lucky to spot the Leopard and Cheetah. Junior (guide for one of the days) went out of the way to give us our best experience to spot the Leopard. All the drivers/guides were connected well through their walkie-talkies enabling us to spot more adventures on our Safari. Thumbs up to the team and I am glad I chose Mufasa Travels for our first time Safari experience.

Awesome!
Everything is perfect! we did have had a wonderful journey and create a beautiful memories there. Our driver is a very kind person whom work very hard with great patience. I would come back with my daughter decades later.

Fraud
We booked a 4 day safari with Mr Otieno on May. It was supposed to start on August 4 at 8:30.
We kept contact with him throught email until August 31. On August 2 we tried to contact him without success. The website was off. All the telephones off. We read coments on trip advisor and safari bookings that he disappeared since August 1.
Today he didn’t show up to pick us up. We are going to the tourists police.

Safari and game drives was very new adventure for us!
Jacob the organizer put all our needs and wishes in to a same package. Arrival and departure hotel, tented camp accommodation, transportations and safari game drives. Thanks for that! Everything went just how discussed and communication before and during the trip was fast. Tented camp was great, with those silly staff people and our driver Isack many thanks for him for teaching us a lot about animals and their life but also telling about local people life, culture and history. Isack was just right guide for us, although he learned Finnish very slowly :) Arrival and departure hotels was B&B so they were what they were.
One star we have to take away, the reason really is the cost. Safari is quite expensive. And we never really got a clear idea of what the sum consists of. Afterwards, I wondered if I had paid too much, too little or just right. Well, usually you can't make new adventures without money.

Fantastic 3 days safari in Selous
Me and my family had an excellent communication with this company before deciding to go on safari. This clear communication was key for us to secure the expectation alignment on forehand. We had a detailed description of all 3 days: First day, river boat safari, second full day of private game drive and third day walking safari with a bushman.
The trip fullfilled all our expectations.
We saw a lot of animals, and our driver, William, made sure our safari trip already started from Dar Es Salaam and ended here, spiced up with all his knowledge about Tanzania. The villages and the landscape driving to the nationalpark was spectacular.
Ngalawa camp is basic, but beautiful, as we had hoped. Clean tents with toilet and shower. The camp will soon be equipped with a swimmingpool, but this was not ready yet.
Food was local and delicious, “far better than what what we expected” - qoute by our kids, 17 and 8 years old.
We will recommend this tour to everyone.

Wonderful 4-days family tour with Hans!
Just came back from the best family trip trip I ever had. Hans was the best guide you can dream of. Knowledge, care, organized, trustable and more... The most nice guy we met in Tanzania. Was worth every dollar we paid.
