We realized our honeymoon in Tanzania and Rwanda with Gosheni and had Erasto was as our guide during the entire trip in Tanzania.
Our experience overall was great - would strongly recommend the Tour Operator and Erasto as a tour guide.
- Gosheni / Cindy were very responsive to support us designing the best itinerary and selecting the hotels, quickly accommodating many different requests
- Gosheni / Cindy / Erasto were very responsive to support us dealing with Kenya Airways, when our bags were lost (arriving in Tanzania) - after two days our bags were found and brought to us (Erasto very early in the morning), without impacting the itinerary
- Erasto was an excellent guide: Punctual, flexible, knowledgeable and friendly. Erasto was always on-time, able to propose / adjust plans according to the situation (e.g., lost in luggage), deep in explanations of the local culture, wildlife, food and others, knowledgeable of the best spots / always in touch with other guides to find the wildlife, and a great photographer (helping us to take picture with our phone using the binocular). Finally, the fact that Erasto is fluent in Spanish was also very helpful for better communication (especially for my wife, who is Colombian)
Overall feel that we received what we hired, without any negative surprises. Would recommend Gosheni and Erasto for anyone travelling to Tanzania.

First safari experience for my friend and I which was personalised according to our availability and limited time in Tanzania.
From day 1 our guide was personable and keen to share his knowledge of the various national parks and wildlife alike. Our game drives were exhilarating and unpredictable, seeing the exotic animals in their habitats and we were fortunate to encounter 4 of the big 5!!
Communication and professionalism was good with detailed info about our itinerary ahead of the day. The Serengeti National park was our highlight with the Ngorongoro close 2nd… it really is a surreal experience experience.

Well-composed, imaginative programs from a friendly and reliable team
The hiking to the Materuni waterfall was very nice, the coffee tour we found interesting and funny.
Accommodation and meal were also fine.

It was an extraordinary experience.
The management was able to make visiting arrangements in time as it was during the festive season. We were well received and explained to about the areas and places of visit. During the tour, the guides were well versed with the area and one could just feel free and comfortable.
During the visit we learned many things of a different culture and the foods were awesome.
The charges were pocket friendly and I recommend Kisambi Tours to those who need a quiet, hospitable and worth visiting areas.
Would wish to visit again in the near future with more of my friends.

Professional, safe, enjoyable
We had a 3-day safari in Amboseli, 2 persons.
Booking: extremely fast in responding, giving all details and informations. They organize every detail, no need to worry. After the payment we received the voucher of the lodge reservation, and tha guide was waiting for us at the arrivals at the airport: everything was very smooth.
Safari: our guide, Stephen, was extremely professional, helpful and polite, and made everything smooth and pleasant. He gave us a lot of knowledge on nature facts, with a focus on our specific interests. He showed to be really expert in navigating the park, knowing how to catch the major highlights of the day, thanks to his knowledge of the place characteristics and of animal behaviours.
Logistics: The vehicle was properly prepared, clean and very comfortable. The guide was careful in driving, and we felt safe during all the journey. Timing was perfectly organized, and we felt that the guide cared for us and was really willing to make us enjoying the experience.
In summary: High quality, higly recommended.

A group of 4 spent an incredible 15 days with Heaven as our guide. Heaven is so passionate knowledgeable and personable he makes you fall in love with Tanzania as soon as he picks you up. Absolutely recommend Heaven as your guide.

Reliable and professional.
A fantastic experience on every level.
Starting with communication, straight fwd and fast email response on every question I could come up with when starting my trip planning.
This safari exceeded my expectations by far.
You do not only need luck for that, but also a great guide, who knows where to go, for upping the chances being lucky.
Our guide Khalifa is for sure one of those. He relentlessly sought out every corner he could, to find as many animals possible on the wishlist. Great energy and a real sport too.
We've seen at least 60 lions plus, inclusive cubs, we've seen leopard, cheetah, rhino (yes) and all elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos and what not you could ever wish for.
The whole big five.
Of course, ultimately it's up to the animals if they want to show themselves. But Axis certainly gives you a great chance being lucky with that, and we were.
I can't see any reason going with the super expensive luxury type of safaris, if the animals are what's important to you.
A great guide is what you really need, and Khalifa is one of a kind for sure.
