Unforgettable Safari tour with Exceptional Guide Christian
5/5

The real treasure of our safari tour was our amazing guide Christian. He went above and beyond to make it an unforgettable journey for us. Extremely knowledgeable & friendly at all times. His passion for wildlife and dedication to our experience were evident throughout the journey. We were in awe of his ability to spot elusive animals and share fascinating insights about them. Thanks to him, we not only encountered the BIG 5 but also delved into Tanzanian & the Maasai culture. He was undoubtedly the most amazing person we met during our entire stay in Africa and we highly recommend Christian to anyone who plans the safari with Migration Africa!

professional, client orientated, very friendly, reliable
5/5

We (family with 2 adult children) booked our trip locally with African Bug Cats. 4 days safari (Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti) and then 3 days in Zanzibar. We were looked after very well and very professionally right from the start – we had many questions that were answered quickly and satisfactorily. The selection of lodges was very good – we regularly left something 12 and then got it back again and again.
We were also very excited that everything went without delays or changes in plans. Starting from the pick-up at the airports, the reservations at the lodges, the flight to Arusha-Zanzibar, etc. It was as agreed in the offer of African Big Cats.
Our guide Khalid brought us closer to his country in a wonderful way. He had a lot of knowledge about the country and its people, which he used to shorten the time between game drives. Thanks to him, we were able to observe countless animals – he was familiar with the parks as well as the habits of the animals, so that we often stood alone without other jeeps in the immediate vicinity of cheetahs, leopards and elephants. It was absolutely impressive and we were very grateful that we were able to experience it that way. One more word about Khalid: he was not only our omniscient guide, but also a safe driver on the sometimes very narrow gravel roads – even after more than 10 hours of driving.
In the days on Zanzibar at Nungwi Dreams we were able to process our impressions and chill out – the hotel is great right on the beach, everyone is very friendly there, the food is good. Only the tour to the dolphins and snorkeling we could have saved, because there are simply too many boats/people there.

5/5

It was the first time I did the microflight, but WoW! What an experience! I did it in the morning so I could see from up there lot of animals: elephant and it’s baby, rhyno and it’s baby, a big crocodile in the water, hippos and also the Victoria falls with such a beautiful rainbow

5/5

What an adventure!

We got to see the big five and had a great time.

Our tour guide, John, always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

The company is great with communication and even made sure we got to our hotel safely at our next destination, Zanzibar.

I definitely recommend!

An amazing experience with Uwanda Tours and Safaris
5/5

We chose Uwanda Tours for our 4 day safari to Selous National Park because they responded quickly and it was good value for money. There was good communication before, during, and after the tour. We were told that our luggage on the flight wouldn't be a problem (and it wasn't) but I wish we were told how small the plane was beforehand! We carried all our belongings with us and ended up taking up the most space. Most other guests were only there for the day but we stayed for 3 nights. The staff were very well organized and our tour guide Alfa was really good also! Selous was an amazing experience and it was the picturesque view of Africa that I imagined it would be. I'd highly recommend spending more time here than just a day trip to really get the most out of it and explore the area more.

An astonishing and diversified Zimbabwe discovery tour from East to west, Harare to Victoria Falls
5/5

It was our first-time experience in Zimbabwe, the second in Austral Africa, 18 years after touring South Africa. We had three weeks to spend in Zimbabwe and wished to reconcile tourism in the country, cultural and professional activities in Harare. In order not to worry too much about our journey and to minimize hazards during such a tight period, we chose to mix a tour operator and more improvised activities. Among the five companies approached from our travel guide and the safaribookings website, Exec Africa travel and tours, the Vic Falls-based Sibanda small family business was the most responsive and the most profesional. For the preparation and composition of the tour, Hansel managed everything perfectly and was always attentive to last minute adaptations. For our trips, Likhwa, his brother, served as our driver and guide on the road, accompanied by Phinnias, a professional guide from Harare to Bulawayo. The Toyato Proace was clean and comfortable though a 4*4 would have been more suitable in some places. We spent unforgettable moments together and can only praise the skills, communication and kindness of these guys. We toured from the Nyangas (Mutarazi falls, Nyanga national park, Nyangani Moutain, Cecile Rhodes museum), the Vumbas (Vumba Botanic Garden), Great Zimbabwe (Masvingo), Bulawayo (Khami Ruins, the Matobos with a half-day rhino safari, san caves and Cecile Rhodes grave), Hwange (one full day safari in the parc) and Vic Falls (evening romantic cruise on Zambezi, walking and helicopter tour of Mosi-Oa-Tunya, the highlights of the trip). The accomodations were clean and comfortable (special mention to the bucolic setting of Samango Paradise in the Vumbas guest house and Gwango heritage resort). The services and prices were fair given the high inflation in the country and we never felt ripped off. Our journey will leave us with unforgettable memories. We are indebted of Ian, the guide in the Matobos and were impressed by his great knowledge and passion for his country. Zimbabwe is beautiful, very culturally rich and its people are incredibly kind and resilient. Our only regret is not being able to meet mamaG (Getrude Sibanda, the mother and business manager) as she toured Zimbabwe with other customers in the other way. Thank you Chiwoniso Maraire, Tony Chihota and friends for making us want to visit Zimbabwe. Thank you Hansel, Likhwa, Phinnias (and Mama G) for making this possible and unforgettable.
