Efficient and trustworthy
We were late booking our safari to Masai Mara, and worried that it would not be possible to go on such short notice and in peak season. We called them and it was very easy to book. They sent an email with a link to pay the deposit via credit card, the balance we paid in MPESA. Pick up was on time. The driver was very skilled. We saw all the animals we were hoping to see, even rhino (we were told we were very lucky but we think it was thanks to the guide who was always listening on the radio and communicating with the other drivers. The accommodation was simple but adequate. Food was good. It was great value for money - this safari was quite a bit cheaper than the alternatives but in our opinion better. The company was easy to reach and they replied quickly to our questions. The tour was amazing and so much better than we were hoping for!

My girlfriend and I did the 5 day safari with our amazing local guide Rocky. He was able to show us the BIG 5! The tour, accommodation and food was all 10/10. |recommend this safari to anyone coming to Tanzania and wants a trip of a lifetime!

We found out about ZOHAR through internet and we finally booked our safari with them because they had great reviews. I want now to comment about our experience so we can hopefully be of help to you reader. We had a great experience with ZOHAR team, Lilian was perfect since the very first minute, she gave us all the information that we needed, all her suggestions were perfect and our guide Solomon was passionate and very professional! On top of that, I want to share with you that due to a technical problem, our QATAR AIRWAYS plane from Madrid was delayed, we could't fly and we lost our Doha connection to Kilimanjaro. From the airport, we called Lilian and even it was not her responsibility, she arranged everything we had booked and already paid through ZOHAR, hotels, transfers, everything was arranged for us in a few hours, we finally travelled with QATAR two days after and we successfully completed our original ZOHAR safari program with NO COST at all for us, thank you very much to Lilian, Solo & ZOHAR to make Tanzania one of our best trips ever!

Amazing experience
When we decided to make a safari, I explore the different possibilities we have and request several budgets, indicating clearly what we wanted to the 4 companies selected. African Big Cats was between them and the chosen as they offer good accomodations at a correct price.
From the beginning the communications with them, in my case Justice Justine, was easy and I found answers to my questions in a very short time, even I could send my doubts through Whatsapp.
Everything flows properly, we made the payment in the way requested and they confirmed the reception of the money as soon as they receive it.
The safari ran as it was programmed and it exceeded our expectations
