Great safari, honest & fun people
I loved this safari adventure! It is amazing when you see all of the animals (and so many) up close! But you have to remember this is real and not Disney. You have to work to find the animals sometimes. Sunrise Travel helped us see all of the “big 5” ... we got up close and they were also aware of our safety at all times. You need to know you can trust the tour operator, and these guys were so great. Plus, they took care of all of our tent camping and making delicious food. I made long time friends with one of the operators, Issa, and I hope you have the pleasure of booking your trip with him!
Climbing kili was amazing, doing it safely, even better
Now it is very popular to climb kili. It makes it seem easy and in some ways it is because it is not a technical climb. But you have to realize you are going to 20,000 feet! Next time you are in an airplane, realize how high you are. I was excited but a little afraid because I have asthma. African Sunrise Travel made me very comfortable. We all took it slow “pole pole” and on some times when I needed extra help, they helped me but didn’t make me feel like I was Standing out. I also paid a small amount of extra money (around $80 USD I recall) to have a porter to just help me with my backpack and water. It does help a lot to know you don’t have to carry 20 lbs all day! My guide was Issa and we still stay in touch today. I know the people who work for this company are trustworthy and will do their absolute best to create an amazing and safe experience for you! I have been on all 7 continents and this was the most memorable exceptional experience of them all!

Glad we chose them!
Our safari booking was a little last minute. We still got the best price and had an amazing time on the safari. The tukaone lodges we were set up in were nice, clean, safe and super pretty. The food amazing. Our safari guide Ashley did a tremendous job explaining, teaching and showing us the culture the animals and the park. We were never rushed. We got to see all the big 5 thanks to him. The only thing i would say needs a little work are the packed lunch boxes. The food seemed stale. other than that I don't have any complains or regrets. The car provided was neat and clean. Godson was always there if we needed anything making sure everything was fine, always in contact and only a message away on whatsapp or call. The safari still remains our best experience in Tanzania. Thank you for the amazing experiences Godson Adventures.

Exceeded our Expectations in Every Way. Way better prices than other operators we compared
I am stationed in Tanzania for a few months , and I still did a LOT of research before I committed to one operator. I wanted the best price for the best safari....is VALUE. It came down to FACE OF AFRICA ADVENTURES. They must have some awesome relationships with the lodges and camps that they use because the prices to include some of these lodges on our tour beat the competition often by hundreds of dollars per night for the same. We did a budget lodge and tented camp safari and it was perfect and a once in a life time experience for us. We did Safari drives every single day and thanks to the driver/guide, it just never got boring. He found so many animals, lots of lions doing the things lions do...and always seem to have his truck in the best position for photography. He really seem to have eagle eyes for finding animals...We saw the Big Five over and over again, and every other animal known to man! Face of Africa provided service second to none, and went over and above any promises made, threefold! The vehicle is perfect...and the staff is friendly and helpful with endless enthusiasm and knowledge! I recommend them heartily!
If you check our YouTube channel https://youtu.be/rtd-thZLq1M, by March 15, 2019 we will have a video on there about the Safari...what we saw, where we stayed etc. A picture is worth a thousand words, right? There are other videos about Tanzania in general too.

Best experience ever and I do mean the absolute BEST!!
I have a hard time putting into words the experience I had with Hekima safari. Arriving in Africa for my first time I had booked through a different agency who told me they would find me a safari that would work with my schedule. And how lucky I was!
I saw more animals in 4 days than I had seen in my entire life leading up to this, and yes every one of the big 5 was spotted.
Knowing nobody when I was picked up right on time at my hotel I was placed in a group of strangers for 4 days. Immediately everything clicked. The driver had such a great friendly personality with a wide knowledge of the area and the animals. And the food, EXCELLENT!
One of the owners of the company joined us just for fun which made the experience that much better. I left having made friends, seeing sights that seemed like I was dreaming and having an experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
I recommend this company more than the 5 stars I was limited too. I almost want to quit my job and work for them they are that good.

Amazing safari experience with SafariBook Evolution!
It took us long hours of research and hundreds of emails exchanged before we have decide for tour operator so I would love to give you my opinion and recommendation for SafariBook Evolution. Hope this will help you out!
Firstly, why have we decided to go on Safari with SafariBook Evolution?
Friendly and prompt communication with Steve (owner), flexibility and willingness to meet our needs and kind of gut feeling ;)
Booking process was very easy and at the end we put a trust in Steve and sent 75% of the payment - we were travelling to Zanzibar before and we did not want to carry that much cash.
My 2 friends and I, we went for 9 days safari with following itinerary: Tanzania starting in Arusha - Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara with walk, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Empakai Crater, Kenya - Amboseli with walk. We had amazing guides, I could not wish for better company, we had a lot of fun and I learnt so much about animal, Masai culture and life of African people. In Tanzania our guide was Godlove Goodluck and in Kenya - Onesmus. We had also cook named Alifa - cooking is really his passion and food was tasty. Much better than in any African restaurant we had been :D
Everything was organized and yeah, sure, things did go sideway, as our car got broken, but what I appreciate is how the things were handled and what Steve did to make sure our trip is untouched (new car was sent, meantime rescue car camet to not lose any game drive etc). And to make it up Steve made us amazing surprise. We were flying out of Nairobi at 6 am so he arranged for us home stay at lovely Kenyan family. We had wonderful last night in Africa with his friends. We could not wish for more. Ah, one more great surprise from Steve! We had budget safari with basic accommodation to keep cost as lower as possible, and is like Steve would know us better, he booked for our last 2 nights amazing lodge with swimming pool and view on Kilimanjaro. After diving and 9 days in the car on bumpy roads this was like a dream!
I can honestly recommend SafariBook Evolution, Steve and his team for organization of your Safari. Steve - thank you so much for amazing experience and providing us great guides, this made all difference.

An excellent service giving you an adventure of a lifetime
I spoke with many safari tour companies before i came across Suricatasafaris via safari bookings, i was excited to see so many positive reviews from people who had booked their safari with them. I didn’t stop my search there and carried on looking around for other tour operators, but i always found myself coming back to them, i decided to contact the company directly through their website and i was advised by Hilary who was very helpful, informative and he answered any questions I had; i had so many questions, especialy as this would be my first ever safari and as a solo female traveller i was quite anxious about booking. I tried to find out as much as i could about the tour operator, mainly via social media, after much research and consideration I made the decision to book with Suricatasafaris and i’m so glad that i did, i opted for the lodge safari as i was not too sure how i would handle camping as i've never camped before. Communication was made very easy via whatsapp/email and all queries quickly responded to.
I anxiously arrived at kilmanjaro solo, i had been assured by Hilary that my airport transfer had been arranged, gladly i wasnt made to wait and met with a very welcoming nice driver on arrival who then drove me straight to the Hotel in Arusha, bed and breakfast was inclusive before and at the end of the tour. The hotel is quite standard but nice, very clean, homely and has a restaurant where fresh meals are prepared daily, the hotel also has wifi. I later met with Hilary who came to the hotel where we sat down to go over the itinerary, as he briefed me the anxiety i had dissapeared as i immediately felt safe and knew i would be well looked after and as a solo female traveller that is how you want to feel.
When confirming my booking i paid 20% of the total and the remaining was paid in usa dollars cash. My tour started on the following day of my arrival, i had booked a 5 day tour where i would visit Serengeti | Ngorongoro | Tarangire | Lake Manayra. All my accommodation was well arranged and booked by Hilary and i was not at all dispointed and it exceeded all my expectations. I had the option of a private safari or group, i decided to join a group where we made up a number of 6, it was a fun group which added to the experience. Our tour guide was Frederick(freddy) and he was fantastic and not to mention a very skilled driver, a good tour guide is key when going on any safari.
We made our way to Serengeti early morning, we stopped off for a spot of lunch prepared by our amazing chef Saleem. I'm a vegetarian and this was not a problem for him, all meals and bottles of water were included.
During our long drive we enjoyed the impressing scenic views, soon after entering serengeti we saw a kill which was pretty amazing, it felt like a wildlife documentary unfolding before me and was already a major highlight of the trip. I would suggest at least 3 days in Serengeti, its a very big area to cover so you may like more time there. On the next day we started off with an early game drive in the serengeti. Freddy; our guide made sure we saw as much as we could possibly see, we saw the Cheetah, lions and cub, hyenas and the Leopard sitting up in the tree, it's definitely a sight for sore eyes. We then headed to Ngorongoro and the crater the following morning where we saw Hippos, rhinos, buffalos, lions and elephants. We were happy and felt very fortunate to have seen all the big5 within a short time of being on the safari. Viewing animals in the wild is the highlight of any safari, so everyday and pretty much every minute was a highlight. We saw many other animals on our travels; giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, antelope, gazelles, jackal and also some big birds too.
We visited Tarangire park; the home to elephants, it's amazing to see these beautiful animals from up close. If you are an elephant lover you just cant get enough of the place, getting so close to the animals was definitely a special moment. This is thanks to our brilliant guide who knew exactly where to go, to see what we all wanted to see. The entire experience from booking, transfers and safari was perfectly planned. We ended the trip at Lake Manyara, it was a nice quiet way to end an amazing adventure of a lifetime and I thank Suricatasafaris for that, i have no regrets booking with this tour operator and i highly recommend them to anyone looking to go on a safari; a great price and a great service.
If you are a solo traveller, especially if you're female i strongly recommend you to book with Suricatasafaris.
