Amazing safari with the best guide yunus!
We decided to do a 3 day Safari in Mikumi national park. Our driver was Yunus, a great guide. He is really kind and cares about your needs and wishes. We had a lot of fun and have seen many animals, even really close because he took the time if we spotted animal and he explained a lot about the animals and their behaviour and everything. All in all its worth every penny. Th place where we stayed was beautiful as well. They served delicious food and everyone had its own bungalow. The accommodation even had a large swimmingpool. You are going to enjoy if you book the tour.

To be honest, when we first booked our trip we were a bit concerned as we only got to know about your company through the internet, however, we were beyond impressed with your professionalism, flexibility and prompt responses we got from you which has all reassured us that we made the right choice.
We are also very grateful for our tour guide "Julius" AKA "Jassim" as we called him :) he was very caring and very punctual and he's the main reason we enjoyed our trip to the max.
Although we only had 1 and a half day, he made sure we got to see as many animals as possible and because of his experience we managed to witness 5 cheetah's hunt as well as the wildebeests river crossing, which was AMAZING!!!
Also, based on our observation of the other companies safari drivers, we are really happy with how polite he was with us and how considerate Julius was with the animals to ensure they weren't bothered while we had the maximum experience.

Great company and staff
When a couple of friends, my partner and I decided to go on a safari through Kenya, we found ourselves in the dilemma of trying to choose between one of the 872548765 companies that are dedicated to it. After analyzing several of them, we opted for Features Africa and ... what a good decision we made!
Karanja, the owner, was very quick when responding to our emails, provided us with as much information as we needed, gave us many facilities to formalize the reservation, etc. In addition, the day we started the safari he came early to our hotel to greet us personally and introduced us to our guide and driver, George, and he also came to meet us at the hotel the day we finished the safari to personally make sure that the experience had been as amazing as we expected.
On the other hand, George was, without a doubt, the best guide we could have. He was very polite, he cared about us, gave us good pieces of advice and he knew every corner of the national parks we visited. It was a joy to share those days with him and, if we ever repeat a safari in Kenya, we will expressly ask him to be the one who leads us again.
Finally, the accommodations. We did not know what to expect from them and, honestly, every time we arrived in one of them we were stunned to see how wonderful they were, the amount of details they had, the incredible attention from the staff ... wonderful in all aspects (and truth be told we are quite picky about these issues!).
Thank you Karanja and George ... meeting you has been a very pleasant surprise and the service you have offered us has been exceptional. We hope to see you again soon! Monica

Magical experience, amazing service
We had a magical safari for 5 days with our great driver and cook Mood and Meschek. The attention and the service given by them under the lead of Barto was really a good experience. The communication with them about what to expect and how does the safari works was always clear an honest.
We were on a budget camping safari, were was nothing luxurious but as close to the nature as possible and was totally worth it. I highly recommend wakand tours if you are planning to come to Tanzania.
They are a new, young company with great service.

Great Safari - exceeded expectations
This organization is very professional, but still very agile in the way they communicate and arrange things to your needs. From the beginning the communication was clear and fast. The safari (+ hotel, pick-up, etc) was all what it promised to be. If you go for a camping safari, bring some warm clothes as the altitude makes it chilly. Do not expect a lot of luxury on the campsite, which to us was only a plus as it was still very close to nature (zebra's directly behind our tents).
We can very much recommend this safari and Wakanda!

Unforgettable Safari
Booking - we got an offer straight after our inquiry. We contacted 3 different companies, but we felt this company is the right one (service, Programm, price)
Planning-we got plenty of information just day before our scheduled trip
Start- driver was waiting for us at the hotel and took us to the safari
On the way and back- Our driver NONDI was a great guy, he was very happy, helpful, kind and talkative. We asked so many questions and he was happy to respond to us.
Safari- first day we didn't see many animals but on our second day they were everywhere. Even our NONDI and another guy saved a gnu. It was a lifetime experience.
Only lions were hidding, maybe next time we will have better luck.
Hotel Vamos- a nice hotel, with great service.
After our safari - we got contacted if everything was fine.
We will definetely book with this company if we return to Tanzania.

Excellent trustworthy services
Simon helped us with airport transfer and organising camping safari experience in Chobe National park. He has been very punctual and very trustworthy organiser and helped us even with fixing some of our unexpected issues both in Botswana and Zimbabwe. Our luggage was due to be picked up from the lodge that we stayed but got stuck inside after hours. He helped us with all the logistics which wasn’t even his job but his mentality towards customer service is just exceptional and always made sure we were ok. He is also very flexible and also always gives very quick response as well so that we don’t need to worry about anything while we are on holiday. He has been always there for us.
The quality of the experiences is also fantastic. Boat cruise that we had in Chobe river and game drives were pretty much like a private tour and it was not in massive boat. So it made it easier to ask questions to knowledgeable guide, learned a lot about wildlife and we had great time there. Comparing with other boats we saw on the river, it was just perfect size to quietly be close to the wildlife and not scaring the animals off. Big boats are like 2 story ones but our one was for up to 11 people or so.
His business is relatively new but his professionalism is far more than exceptional even for me knowing the top level Japanese customer service.
I highly recommend him - and I definitely will come back and book with Africa Beast Safaris on other activities ! Thank you Simon for everything.

He was always punctual, patient, very professional yet friendly, and, most importantly, he genuinely cared about us. I have been to more than 80 countries and used so many agents/guides in my life but he is definitely one of the very best of all. You will be missing out a lot if you go for a big agency and get jammed in overcrowded car/boat.
