Unforgettable 4-Day Safari
My experience with Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safaris was fantastic from start to finish. During the booking process, Bartho was very responsive and accommodating. My girlfriend and I flew from Kigali to Kilimanjaro because we couldn't find any direct flight to Arusha. Bartho kindly picked us up at Kilimanjaro International Airport. He was so friendly and welcoming that we felt comfortable right from the beginning. On the day of arrival, he helped us get a local SIM card and try nice local food.
Throughout the 4-day safari, we were accompanied by David, the guide/driver who goes by Simba, and Denis, the chef. They were also very friendly. David wasn't only knowledgeable about all the parks we visited - Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro - and the animals living there, but also extremely good at spotting animals kilometres away from our jeep. Thanks to him, we saw a lot of animals, including the Big Five. I must confess that I didn't expect much from the meals during the safari. However, Denis always provided us with quality food. I feel lucky to have had him on our safari adventure. I can easily say that it's my best safari experience to date.
After the end of our safari, Bartho took us safely back to Arusha and offered us a nice local dinner. We talked about random bits and bobs whilst enjoying the food. I'm really happy to have chosen Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safaris, and will choose it again when I come back to Tanzania for safaris. The people I got to know on this journey are more than a safari operator and fellow safari-goers. It felt like a group of good friends, which my girlfriend and I will never forget.

Fabulous camping safari experience
What a fantastic camping safari experience with Joseph Mushi as guide and Action as our personal chef. We saw the big five and so much more. The food was fabulous catering to our allergies and yet introducing us to a variety of new recipes!! A great time we would highly recommend!

Chris returned all my email questions within minutes even when sent late in the evening (UK time) or early hours of the morning (Tz time)
I have never experienced such efficiency before in over 25 trips to Africa over the last 33 years!
Advice to take a sedan chair for the Nkuringo trek was invaluable with both of us having knee problems. An unforgettable experience.

The summon of wildness
The decent arrangement of the whole experience was extremely impressed me. Not only the guide but also the cooks are very professional. Therefore, we could have a pleasant journey and procured an unforgettable memory. Everything was beyond my expectation. The food tasted scrumptious and the meal got better as the journey went on. In short, if you give me another chance, I would absolutely choose Kiliholiday again.

always keep the promise
first, I want to say that our drivers, Edward and Tony, are excellent. they are thoughtful, sincere and really good at finding wild animals.
They can both tell you so many things about animals during the whole trip, which is enriching. Also, the chefs, Dannel and Innocent, are adorable. Their meals are tasty and will definitely satisfy you. overall, kiliholidays takes really good care of us.

A well organized safari journey above our expectation.
The communication with Makasa / Selma was always good and our wishes for the safari were all included. The service was very good, even before and during the safari. Makasa is a very competent company with friendly staff, well maintained equipment and well trained tourguides. We were travelling with four persons, my wife, me and two girls. All the experience of Makasa together with the guide David has made our safari to an unforgettable journey. David was the best that could happen to us. His experience, coupled with the necessary serenity, made the safari always smooth. The selected lodges with the longer duration of the safari was a very good combination. Even the wishes of our two young girls for vegetarien food was always fulfilled, and this also for the daily lunchboxes! Also our guide in and around Moshi, Mattis, was a very friendly and attentive guide. If you are looking for a safari away from the crowd, we can fully recommend Makasa for anyone considering traveling to Tanzania.
