Nice experience
Driver Ruben was so nice and well educated we had lot of fun in the car. He was professional even though we had some problems on the road - he always fixed everything. Also our cook Joseph was so professional and always cooked for us delicious meals. I recommended this company

Reliable, well-organized and truly dedicated to delivering memorable Ugandan adventures!
A Journey of a Lifetime in Uganda
Jackal Adventures gave us an unforgettable safari that blended primates, wildlife, and culture. The highlight was gorilla trekking in Bwindi, where we spent an hour observing a family of gorillas in their tranquil forest home. Chimpanzee tracking in Kibale was equally thrilling, while game drives in Murchison Falls National Park provided breathtaking sightings of giraffes, lions, and elephants. Cultural experiences included visiting a local coffee plantation and learning about the Batwa people. Our guide, Patrick, was knowledgeable and friendly, making every moment enjoyable. The accommodations were superb, offering luxury and comfort after long days of exploration. This safari was an incredible adventure, and Jackal Adventures made it flawless.

Review about Lake Nakuru National Park by Nuri
Extremely beautiful and well protected. Only putting 4 stars as the rules about driving around are extremely strict, unlike some of the other parks, but it’s still extremely worth a visit. We had a lovely time!

Wonderful experience, organization a bit chaotic
We had the best time climbing Kilimanjaro for 5 Days through Marangu Route. 9 people in total supported us. We had two great guys (especially Elly was wonderful in explaining the nature to us). The nicest waiter Ashraf, and overall we had a good time with the team. After that we spent one night in Arusha to then have 2 days in Serengeti and 1 day in Ngorogoro crater. The Safari was well organized and we saw fascinating animals. Some things for improvement:
The packing list was incomplete. We did not know that we should bring a duffle bag, multiple gloves, that our bags were carried etc. At the Safari we were told sleeping bags were provided, however they were not washed and therefore we would have loved our own. Also we were told on Kilimanjaro that we had double rooms but had to share rooms two nights. Pick up times were communicated on very short notice and we had to remind the tour operator that he owed us one more night that we had paid for. Again, tour was amazing but organization needs improvement.

Supportive
Overall I am satisfied with this tour, that included game drives and Maasai village. Our guide Steve was very enthusiastic and took us to many places during Safari. When we checked later some people did not see the scenes that we saw. We saw all animals of Big Five and more. He was very friendly, cheerful and knew the area pretty well. He was also very helpful to other colleagues during Safari ride... three trucks were stuck in the mud and he did not hesitate to help them as well as he stopped and helped the driver with the flat tire. I think that such support in the middle of the nowhere is very important. I will recommend him as a good guide and driver. The company itself provided several options and I stayed at the Tented Camp and I knew what to expect, but the company did not warn us that there will be no Internet and it was quite challenging, food was below average and it also was challenging because there were no eateries close to this camp. So I would recommend to plan wisely where to stay.

Value for money
We had some miscomunication about level of the hotel. The hotel was changed next day as we wrote a complaint. The guide Libe was super helpfull, good driver and reliable.

The taste of South Africa
Thomas was really nice. He was helpful and provided us very interesting insights about South Africa’s history, economic and social life. I would recommend him this tour with Thomas without hesitation.

An enjoyable trip...
Our Tanzania vacation was great. We enjoyed seeing the Big 5 and many other animals. Wilda beasts and Zebras galore during migration. We saw 2 animals when we were on the hot air balloon. It was a fun experience. The landings are bumpy! The problem we had was that there were controlled burns while we were on safari. Many areas were filled with smoke which made sighting more difficult. The accommodations were superior but there was a lot of backtracking from parks to hotel. I would recommend a fly in safari or staying on site in the parks if possible. The tour guides were exceptional; Chris, Eric, Enoch, and Christian. Enoch was exceptionally kind, helping mom (83 years old) climb up Mt. Kilimanjaro! On our extra day we went to Serval Wildlife Rescue Park. A hands on experience; touch, pet and feed giraffes, impalas, an adult male lion, and many other animals.

Review about Serengeti National Park by Linda Koenig
Beautiful. Controlled burns across the Serengeti made it more difficult to see the animals. Migration of Wildabeasts and zebras was great.

Well organised tours which emphasise traveller comfort and safety
Rashid our tour guide was knowledgable, a cautious and very skilled driver who was very concerned about our comfort and safety, throughout the tour. His knowledge of the terrain, combined with his driving skills and conscientious service needs special mention as it made a world of difference to our Safari experience.
We saw each of the big five and more during our 7 day tour and learnt about the culture and people of Tanzania in addition to learning about its varied wildlife, flora and fauna.
