Very interesting place to visit.
We traveled to Uganda in January to make a tour for two weeks with Maraka Tours and Safaris. We visited seven national parks and saw lots of interesting animals, especially birds, and plants. One of the highlights was watching shoebills in Mabamba swamp. We saw two of them and many other birds. Gorilla trekking was also quite an experience even though it was very hard to walk up and down in the muddy environment. Chimpanzees were also exciting to see in their own environment. All the birds: hornbills, turacoos, kingfishers, bee-eaters, storks, egrets, herons and many others were also breathtaking. In the last day of our safari we visited Rhino Sanctuary which was also a great experience. And wonderful butterflies in many places. The lodges we stayed in were mostly very nice and clean and the personnel very friendly and helpful. Weather was in Southern Uganda quite pleasant, in Northern part very hot. We were taked good care of and felt safe in all places.

amazing trip!
we did a 3 day safari in three different parks: Lake Manyara, Taranguire and Ngorongoro Crater. the three parks are very different and you can see a lot of animals and beautiful landscapes! very impressive! we slept in tents with real beds! very comfortable! with a cook just for us! very good value for money! I recommend!

The guide, Dickson, showed us a lot of animals. He know all the ways of the sabana It's incredible!
Lenchada Safaris organized all the tour perfectly. Also they helped us with some problems that we had with our baggage in the airport. The people were so friendly. A 10 for them, only positive things.

Great five day safari
We did the five day safari with our guide Lewis and the chef Pius. The safari was great, we got to see all the animals also thanks to lewis' insane vision and he explained to us all about them. Pius made some incredible food in very copious amounts, so we had a feast for each meal. We stayed in the basic campsites which made for a great experience especially when it was inside the parks. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money!

GeeMan for the big 5!!
GeeMan is the Man. He showed us the BIG 5 in one morning. He just knew his way around the reserve. We could also make use of his vast knowledge of the animals. Topped with some great sense of humor this 3 day trip was simple memorable. Way to go GeeMan.
