Perfect safari with best rates
It was our first time visiting Africa and Kenya to be specific. We opted for Safari Update Travels because of the great reviews and experience in the tourism industry. We communicated via email with Silas who helped us come up with the perfect itinerary for our 5 day safari. I was very confident from our conversation that he'll deliver the perfect safari and it did not come as a surprise when he did. When we arrived at the airport Silas was on time and present to pick us up. We immediately embarked on our safari to the Mara. Upon arriving we were taken to Sopa Lodge where we would spend our night. George our guide was the best thing we could ask for. We went for the afternoon game drive where we spotted several animals including a pride of lions and zebras. We went back to our hotel to have dinner. The food there was amazing prepared by the best chefs. The staff at the hotel were also very warm and kind making sure we were having a good time. During the safari George explained everything to us in details and located the animals before anyone else, he is an expert in knowing where to look. He has been a guide for the past two decades and is well known around the park. The cruiser we used was perfect, very comfortable and spacious. The camp we stayed in was incredible. It is in a serene environment surrounded by plenty of nature. The beds are clean and comfortable, with utmost level of hygiene. In short, we had the best safari thanks to Safari Update Travels with the best rates. The very best in the game.

James is honestly, the best tour operator I've ever had.
We booked the 3-day Masai Mara tour with James and it was spectacular. He really knew his way around, all the facts about the animals, was very friendly and eager to help us in any way. We saw and learned so much, and owed it all to him. All three days were different and a lot of fun. It really was the adventure of a lifetime.

Great price, communication and service
We booked a 3 day masai mara safari and had a blast. Our guide James was amazing, he worked very hard to find tons of animals for us while respecting the animals. Great communication, explaining the various animals, stopped whenever someone wanted a closer look or photos. The Lenchada company was very good in arranging exactly what we were looking for, tailor making us a safari at a great price. Highly recommended.

To date this has been my best holiday in years and I can’t thank our tour guide Denis enough for his incredible experience with the safari and his amazing experience with wildlife guides. He made this trip a memorable one for me and my cousin personally and I would say if you are looking to visit the safari ask for Denis. He went beyond his call of duty to make sure our experience was like no other. We owe him every gratitude and for the support he gave us all along the safari route. Friendly, correct and flexible!
We did a one day safari, which meant many hours on the road (pretty exhausting, nevertheless a great opportunity to experience the towns/rural areas as well as the surrounding nature on the way!) as well as beautiful encounters in the national park, as nature did not disappoint!
The drive from Dar es Salaam was way longer than announced, which leads to the one aspect that could be improved - providing snacks and/or previously communicating that the included lunch ain't enough for what in the end were ~20h altogether would be great!
Other than that the communication regarding the booking etc. was easy and correct, the pick up punctual.
We have felt very safe despite the crazy traffic and we've been making stops whenever we've expressed needing one! A much appreciated flexibility!
The value for money was decent, we'd wish for a bit more input regarding the animals but in the aftermath it seems that our initiative was asked for, sth our tired brains missed - so if you wanna know more - ask! :)
The tour in the park was great, we were being given enough time to enjoy whatever has caught our eye so we've enjoyed every minute of it and it felt very satisfying!
All in all an enriching experience we are thankful for and would recommend!
