A wonderful and safe experience!
I had a wonderful experience with Tanzania Horizon Safaris on a climb of Kili using the Lemosho Route followed by an incredible experience in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater! My guide Jonas was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy, expertly guiding me up the mountain and making sure I was feeling well and hydrated all the way up! The food was very good on both the climb and the safari and everything was organized well. Thank you so much Tanzania Horizon Safaris!

Good service, we are really satified
I went several times in Africa when I was young and in Kenya it was my 4th time, usully I travelled with tent and my sleeping bag but this time I went with my kids (and I am a little bit older!) and I decided to have a more comfortable trip. So I asked several Agents, also the ones I've tried in the past and, after long thinkings, I decided to try KWSS. Mr Otieno was very patient in replying to all my questions and to send me several different options in order to "built" the final package. At the end we decided: 1 night in NBO Airport + 2 in Amboseli + 1 in Nakuru + 3 in Masai Mara. In order to keep the rate very cheap, Otieno suggested me some very basic accommodations, but, after having read the reviews on different websites, I decided to change 2 of them. He was always so quick in replying on all my requests and efficient on everything. After the trip I would have changed also the Mara accommodation but, at the end, it went. Regarding the driver, I had some unlucky experiences in the past with unprofessional drivers, lazy, not interested either in the customer nor in the animals and this conditionate a lot the quality of your trip, so I was worried about this possibility!. Instead we had John, very funny guy, good driver in the traffic, always on time, so patient with the kids and, although he does not have a huge knowledge of the animals from a zoological point of view, he really does all his best to look for all of them, he is always on the right place at the right moment, he really does all his best to put the van in a perfect position for great pictures and to let you see the animals at the best possible. He also let you take all the time you need to admire them. Really I would recommend this Agency.

Okoa is reliable touroperator.
Second time safari to Masai Mara game reserve. Communication went smoothly. Me and my daughter did a joining safari. What I like about Okoa is that they are doing everything to comfort you. I chose for Okoa because for me it's important that what I paid for safari, goes directly into Kenian economy for a fair price.
Rates are lower then traveling with the bigger companies, but service is better. So I hope more people choose Okoa for an outstanding experience.

safari and beach tour
Me and my husband made a private safari tour and beach leisure with Spot Kenya Safari in June 2019.
Maurice was so kind to answer all our questions during the preparation of the offer and the proposal and in the end he offered us exactly what we wanted: a tailor made tour.
We did three parks (Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East) in a private bus, with the nice driver William. He knew where to go and always ready to stop when he spotted an animal or if we wanted to take some more pictures.
The accomodations choose by Maurice where perfect, except for the one in Amboseli, they were in the middle of the parks, with some beautiful scenaries and always close to animals.
For the days at the beach Maurice booked a perfect resort in Diani Beach, as we asked.
I can only reccomend Spot Kenya Safari for a tour in Kenya.

We dealt with Heidi at Pembury Tours and could not have experienced better service. She was amazingly prompt in her replies to all of our requests for follow up information during the planning process.
Once we had "booked" our tour she continued to provide great follow up. Especially when we had to change our flights over to Africa!
Each place we stayed exceeded our expectations. Every camp was a different style of accommodations and facility. The game drives were spectacular.
The many in country airport meet and greets as well as our ground transportation to and from camps were perfect. No delays, friendly drivers and clean vehicles.
All of the in country flights were arranged by Heidi and we experienced no problems with our reservations and ticketing.
The informational packet she sent detailed every item of information regarding our tour. No bad surprises!
This was our 12th or 13th trip to Africa since 1990 (we've lost track) and thanks to Heidi, our best ever!
I would recommend Heidi to all of my friends thinking of planning a trip to Africa.

Excellent tour through Kenyan national parks
Spirit of Kenya was excellent from planning stages through the trip. I was in contact with Tiago and he was very clear about the price breakdown and I could even come up with my own itinerary and calculate the price myself (Many companies give you quotes when you ask for an itinerary but you don't know how they're calculating the total price).
Our itinerary was: Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara, and Lake Nakuru.
Franco was our guide. Franco was an excellent driver and we felt very safe even when some other cars near us in the Mara were getting stuck in the mud. He also had excellent vision and communication with other guides in order to find sightings and we saw literally everything we were hoping to see and much more. Franco was also very flexible and take us to a doctor in Nairobi on our way back from Nairobi when one of us was feeling a little unwell (turned out to be nothing and he was able to do make up the lost time the next morning so we didn't miss a beat of our itinerary. Franco was also very kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth and fulfilling journey.
Highly recommend booking via Spirit of Kenya and asking for Franco as your guide (although I'm sure all of the guides are great); you will definitely have a great experience.

Excellent and very personal client service
I had a number of interactions with different people of their team, and all very both competent and very pleasant. The tour I booked was the Fish River Canyon Trail ("Klipspringer Trail") and it was a fantastic experience - one of the best in a full year in Namibia. I can fully recommend Cardboard Box travel and their products.

Seven day tour with Uzuri was outstanding!
My son works in Kampala, and he chose Uzuri for our customized tour. In seven days we hit Murchison, then Bwindi, then Queen Elizabeth. We chose 'mid-level' lodges and all met expectations. And some had almost gourmet level dining! In Murchison, even an amateur photographer can look like a hero because the wildlife was so abundant. Really though, the key to our great trip was our super guide from Uzuri, Vincent M. Knowledgeable, super friendly, spirited, and extremely competent, he made all the difference. Some of the roads were difficult, but Vincent knew them all and drove us safely and efficiently through the mud and the detours. He was often in contact with other guides to give us the best experience available at the time. He didn't miss any detail of our trip. I highly recommend Vincent M and Uzuri Uganda Safaris. Entire experience was one for a lifetime!

6 days of Amazing Zanzibar Culture and Relaxation
My brother and I went to holiday in Zanzibar last month and had the time of our lives. We arrived at the Abeid Amani Karume Airport in Zanzibar and were met by a representative from Wild Secret Safaris who transferred us to the Zanzibar Serena Hotel where we booked for 2 days. The following morning after breakfast Omar came for us and took us on a boat to Prison Island, explored the island with a dark past but now inhabited by giant turtles. Omar then returned us to Stone Town where we had lunch and and proceeded for a walking tour around Stone Town interesting points before retiring back at Serena. After our time in Stone Town Omar drove us to Kendwa Beach where we were booked at the Kendwa Rocks Beach Resort. We had 3 amazing days of absolute bliss; swimming, snorkeling, sun bathing and just enjoying the white sand on the beaches of Kendwa.
