A perfect 6 night safari trip!
We had a fantastic experience booking our dream safari trip with this company. Just for reference, we booked the 6 night safari tour in a private safari van and chose mid-range-luxury accommodation.
Communication with Johann, the tour operator was easy through WhatsApp and he was responsive. He was helpful with changing the itinerary to suite our trip plans and offered the best alternatives when I wanted to upgrade one of the lodges.
Our driver, Joseff, was really great. He was calm and accommodating; for example when I got food poisoning and was unable to do the planned afternoon boat safari, he kindly drove my husband to the nearest pharmacy for supplies and adjusted our itinerary so that we could still do the activity the next morning. He was in close communication with the rangers in the parks so helped get very close to the Big 5 multiple times!
The itinerary we were provided was very accurate, and there were no unexpected changes or surprises during our trip.
I would highly recommend booking with explorers wild adventures if you are planning a safari trip.
**As a tip, the safari van was very comfortable for the 2 of us and the van is well equipped for some of the more difficult roads. If you are travelling as group larger than 4, consider requesting the jeep as this will be more comfortable

We had 7 days safari with Tales of Tanzania and everything was beautiful. From the first contact in August till the departure in Arusha at the last day, we was very good maintained. We made an enquiry to 4 companies with our ideas for the safari and Pendo was the only one, who gives us the quote that custom-made for us. The answers to all our questions comes shortly afterwards and everything was like we had discussed. We had a very good german speaking guide. We was in Tarangire - Serengeti- Ngorongoro and all of this NP are absolutely unique. We saw a lot of elephants in Tarangire, thousand of Zebras in Serengeti, we saw lions there and the fantastic Retima hippopool. And at last the unbelievably Ngorongoro Crater with so many animals all over the area. We had such a luck to see a group of lions with the hunted zebra of the last night. All lodges were good but the nights and days in Suenos de Africa Camp will be unforgettable. Buffalos and elephants next to us. Wonderful. Another fantastic place isRhino lodge on Ngorongoro rim.

I've used this company for 2 group trips in recent years to Botswana and nothing is too much trouble for them. They arranged cross border airport pick ups and transfers and even followed up on our behalf for delayed luggage! Their vehicles and equipment are up to date and their local knowledge to guide the river trips and safaris is excellent. Cheerful and helpful staff. Always on time and flexible with their programme to meet our needs I highly recommend this company.

We saw sooooo much in just a two night stay it was mind blowing. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff, all levels, was superb.

Beautiful experience, visited Serengeti, Ngoro ngoro and Tarangire. We have seen, up close, all possible animals (except the leopard which, apparently, is very shy). We found ourselves in the middle of a herd of elephants very close to the matriarch and the cubs. Also seen up close are the lions with their cubs. Our driver was Marc, a very kind and helpful person who speaks excellent Italian even if he prefers English for longer explanations. It is an experience that I recommend to everyone.

We booked with Jackson at Topy Tours for a five day safari trip to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Jackson arrived promptly to collect us from the Nairobi to Arusha shuttle and took us to the perfectly acceptable Arusha Tourist Inn for the night before we set off from there the next morning with our guide, wildlife expert and driver Godfrey. Tarangire was amazing, loads of elephants and other animals but Godfrey took us to a secluded part of the park where we saw a cheetah chase and kill a small gazelle. Overnight was in a pleasant lodge in Manyara where we met our excellent chef Dennis before we drove to the Serengeti. Our time there was extraordinary, seeing so many big cats, including having a pride of lions around our vehicle just after they had killed three zebras, leopards and more cheetahs. Added to this was huge numbers of zebras, and very many other species. We camped two nights there, with feasts provided by Dennis who also made delicious lunches every day. We visited the river with its extraordinary numbers of hippos on the last morning in Serengeti before driving to our camp on the rim of Ngorongoro caldera to camp again, descending into the caldera the next day. It is a beautiful paradise and in addition to all the very many other animals we had seen we saw rhinos and flamingos before returning to Arusha. Overall we had seen an astounding 55 lions, six cheetahs, three leopards and thousands of zebras plus so much more, thanks to Godfrey's skill and knowledge, had feasted three times a day on the best meals we had in Tanzania thanks to Dennis and the five of us on the trip had lots of laughs with our two experts as well. Upon our return I had a problem with my bank card being taken inside an ATM. While we went on a lovely day trip to Lake Manyara also with Topy Tours Jackson was kind enough to make great efforts to retrieve it but sadly the bank was not as helpful. In all Topy Tours did us proud and it was a fabulous trip with wonderful people.

Value tour but very good
This is one of the cheapest safari tours I found out. But the service quality is very good. If you are someone who is not interested in too many comfortable rooms and instead focuses on exploring the wild, this is a great choice.

Excellent in every way!
We were so happy to have booked by Safari. The communication was perfect, we did a stunning dinercruise and gamedrive including braai with a nice group and our excellent guide. He brought us to so many lovely places and were especially surprised the rhinos that suddenly appeared in front of us. The Victoria Falls were really amazing and impressive. The hotels were excellent. All these days our guide Simon was giving us all his knowledge, advice and he was such a pleasant person. A trip never to forget.
