I would easily rate EXCELLENT to Lians Travel as they perfectly organised my Tour pretty well. I did a 4D & 3N at Kenya. Everything was pre- organised and briefed to us. Like what to carry what to wear etc . We were picked up from airport NBO and as per ittenary and Lian herself came to airport to receive us . We got our Ride with driver Mr Peter . Amazing guy with 15 years experiences on safaris. We started our journey ( AMBOSELI - NAIVASHA - MASAIMARA) . We had 5 game drives all together and perfect stay at all the places . I strongly recommend Lian's Travel.

Magical maasai maara
Thank you, Leadwood Expeditions (very gentle, attentive, efficient and keen-eyed guide and driver)!!! You gave us an amazing experience during our 3-day safari to Masai Mara. Everything was right and worked fine. Since the initial information, payments, pick-up, accommodation (I was impressed how equipped can a tent be!!! private hot shower, sink and WC), to the wonderful game drives. Stephen is the man!!! We saw so many lions, elephants, giraffes and even cheetahs. My friends thought the pictures were from a National Geographic article, it was hard to make them believe how close we were to the wild animals. Unbelievable. thank you again, guys. We do recommend Leadwood Expeditions. If you can, take the private safaris, we were 3 and we had a very good time.

Best experience ever!
Michael was our advisor, and helped a lot with all details! The safari and accomodations was really nice, confortable, and we had a really good driver and ranger at gomo gomo lodge! We loved the experience of all days at kruger, all the staff was really gentles! Certaintly i will recomend Michael for friends, as i received a recomendation of a friend.

Professional,kind and secure guide services. We felt like their guest, not customer.
Lukaye is a nice guide. He was so kind, tried and managed to do all of our requests during the road to safari, in the safari and after safari. He acted like we were his guest, not like a customer.

Amazing tour
What more could you wish for? Expert driver, Italian speaking guide always friendly and helpful. Places and animals that leave speechless. An unforgettable experience in the real savannah. Comfortable accommodation solutions, impeccable cuisine with many proposals suitable for us as we are vegetarians. A trip that I would recommend to everyone: both children and adults to experience timeless emotions.

Very disappointing service
I was dealing with Mary a Bonfire Agent who from the start barely provided me with information and later hiked prices & made excuses to cover herself. Bonfire has lost its quality service and I will never use them again

We don’t recommend orongai at all!
The safari itselfs was fine, because Frankly, the guide is amazing! But we had many problems with Orongai. When we arrived to arusha they changed the payment method, ALL the hotels and the itinerary without asking or inform us. The last day we spoke with the manager and he said that was unusual, but reading the reviews we think that they usually work in that way. We don’t recommend work with orongai because you can’t trust them if they are changing everything without inform you in advance and you can’t do anything. We had the feeling that they were cheating us all the time!

Thanks for the Safari and the climb. All very much. Emilias accompanied us throughout our stay in Tanzania, from a meeting at the airport to farewell there. Therefore, we did not worry about anything and only rested :) Emilias has the best prices and quality. Definitely recommend!

Left stranded in Capetown when Owner Chris No-Showed-Terrifying Experience
I will get straight to the important points.
1) I booked this tour as a single, middle aged women traveling alone. I booked and paid nine months ahead. Twenty one days prior to depature I called about my flight and tour arrangements. Chris stated "I am sorry but your tour has been cancelled. You will have to leave five days earlier or you can't go with us. We can still make it happen, but not with us." I made arrangements, at great inconvenience, to leave 5 days earlier.
2) Hotel for Capetown is TWENTY FIVE MILES FROM CAPETOWN.
3) Chris dropped me off at V&A for a shopping trip, at my request. I confirmed, three times, that he would pick me
up at the designated stop at 5 p.m. HE NO SHOWED. PERIOD. LEFT ME TOTALLY ALONE AFTER DARK. TOOK A TAXI BACK TO HOTEL WITH THE HELP OF V&A security. I was terrified, but made it back to the hotel.
4) I was dumped so Chris could assist a dentist who had booked his family of ten. There were numerous adults supervising all children at this time, on that night. There were no children left alone. I was left alone.
5) Chris called me the morning we were to depart for Sabi Sabi, and asked me to meet him alone in a hotel conference room, prior to our group departure that morning. I WAS MET WITH THIS THREAT:
"If you say anything negative about our company, I will take legal action against you."
Great trip otherwise.
