Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru safari was exciting and full of once in a lifetime moments
5/5

The 4 Days Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru safari was the perfect way to experience Kenya. It sure is an amazing and unique country. The itinerary was exciting and full of once in a lifetime moments. My tour guide Peter took care of everything and was knowledgeable, and informative. The hotels we were booked into were amazing including the meals which was my favorite part. There were a few stops along the way at local curio shops that I liked, which am happy they were all included in the safari.

Amazing Safari Adventure arranged by Intent on Safari
5/5

Laura from Intent on Safari planned the Best Safari Adventure for our group of 6!!! She included everything we asked for from great lodging including some tent glamping to a fabulous balloon ride over the Serengeti Valley. The guides we had were simply the Best! We saw the absolute most amazing animals and our guide provided the best positioning always for our up close viewing. We were blessed by Laura’s connection to Tanzania and Kenya as she has lived there and has the respect of so many locals. She was always in communication with our group and assisted with my lost luggage situation from the airline! That was above and beyond!!! Laura also assisted with our continued extension to Cape Town South Africa. Everything was Amazing! I highly recommend Intent on Safari! Simply the Best. I have the most fantastic memories!

Our safari with Serengeti Clarity was simply outstanding.
5/5

Our safari with Serengeti Clarity was truly unforgettable. From the very first interaction, the team impressed us with their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care for every detail of our trip. Everything was seamlessly organized, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience.

The itinerary was perfectly balanced — breathtaking landscapes, abundant wildlife, and moments of pure wonder from the Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Crater. Every lodge and camp exceeded our expectations, offering both comfort and a real sense of connection with nature.

We couldn’t have dreamed of a better safari experience. Serengeti Clarity delivered excellence in every aspect — a journey we will cherish forever.

First time on safari - so many animals - basic accommodation
4/5

Communication with Joshua went smoothly (apart from the politically motivated internet block).

For the price, we couldn't find anything that included Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Norongoro Crater – four days packed with experiences. (We saw an incredible number of animals.) It's important to be aware that the drive to the Serengeti takes a good half day each way.

And the accommodations are basic/modest, as expected for the price. Our first night was in a simple tent with a private bathroom that met the minimum hygiene standards (including a pool). The second night was in a small tent with sleeping bags and mats provided by the tour operator. The sanitary facilities were quite dirty, no light, no toilet paper... If you love adventure, then this is the perfect place for you, right in the middle of the Serengeti, unfenced and with less than the bare necessities. The last night was in the same tents, but with good sanitary facilities.
... The food was absolutely delicious every single day, and the kitchen staff went to great lengths to prepare it (they seemed to be cooking all night long), so we were even able to enjoy a hearty meal while out in the national park. Only one evening was there a bit of chaos with setting up the tent late and having dinner at 11:00 PM. :) The driver was very experienced and happy to provide detailed information about the animals and the region when asked. (We saw pretty much all the well-known animals of the area... and often several times... rhinos only from a distance.)

It's so wonderful to be able to see so many different animals.
4/5

It was a fantastic experience seeing so many animals and driving through the diverse landscapes. The food was delicious! The second night was quite an adventure. We were in the middle of nowhere in the Serengeti, where we could hear the lions from our tent. A crazy experience, but you have to be comfortable with the basic sanitary facilities.

Incredible Guides, Unforgettable Memories!
5/5

Our experience with High Neck Safaris was absolutely unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was organized with care, professionalism, and genuine warmth.

We had Daniel as our guide in Moshi, for our trek to the first camp on Kilimanjaro and our visit to Chemka Hot Springs. He made us feel so safe and comfortable the entire time. Daniel went out of his way to make the tour personalized to us, and by the end of our trip, we truly felt like family. His knowledge of the area’s history, culture, and nature was incredible — we learned so much from him and really appreciated his enthusiasm and kindness. We hope to see him again one day!

For our safari and tribe visits, we were guided by Edward, who was equally amazing. His safari truck was top of the line, and his experience and expertise really showed. He always knew the best spots and timing to see wildlife, and his deep knowledge about the animals and environment made every moment exciting and educational. Edward was friendly, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make our safari perfectly tailored to what we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide!

A huge thank you as well to Zakaria, who helped us plan everything. She was responsive, professional, and made us feel completely confident heading into our trip. She checked in throughout our journey to make sure everything was going smoothly, and we could feel how much she genuinely cared about our experience.

We highly recommend High Neck Safaris to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in Tanzania. The entire team made our trip so special — we can’t wait to come back one day!

Never thought the safari would be this amazing!
5/5

Never thought the safari would be this amazing!

What we saw on the very first day was absolutely incredible. Our guide, Pius, made sure we got the most out of our three-day safari. Thanks to him, we experienced unforgettable moments and captured stunning photos that we’ll cherish forever.

We even saw the Big Five — not just one rhino, not two, but eight rhinos in total! 🦏🦁🐃🐆🐘 That’s incredibly rare, and we feel so lucky to have witnessed it.

We’re beyond happy and want to thank everyone we were in contact with: Albert, Eliad, and especially Pius, for giving us such a wonderful and successful holiday.

If we ever come back, we’ll definitely book another trip with you — and we’ll make sure to ask for Pius again!

We’ve truly lost our hearts here. ❤️🦒
