Great Service - Personal attention and Good value for money
5/5

Since 2012 November I have been a customer of Skylax Safaris. Staff at Skylax give that personal attention and recommendation that always has turned out to be good value for money without compromising on safari experience. Tour guide, vehicle and services from the booking office till you are dropped back at your doorstep is amazing. Unlike some operators working with random pool of guides and vehicle; Skylax has a set team who are committed in giving the best of Kenya when you visit and take safari with them. I strongly recommend Skylax and wish good luck in their endeavors.

The greatest adventure in my life
5/5

I spent 5 days on a private safari organised by Marco Polo. I had been searching for the best offer and finally I found it. The guide Michael was excellent, he knew everything about all animals and plants as well. He was also very puntual and very kind and friendly. My son and me stayed in Saltlick Sarova, AA lodge in Amboseli, Ngulia in Tsavo West and Voi safari lodge in Tsavo East. Must see parks

Great company to travel Uganda and Rwanda
5/5

Thanks to Teresa for organizing our trip through Uganda - we had a great time! She was very responsive and accommodating, finally putting together a comprehensive program for us. We enjoyed spending our time with our guide Donna, who is professional, knowledgeable and a good driver. The lodges chosen were great (apart of point 1 below), with the food being one of the highlights - all of it very delicious! Thanks also to Donna for showing us local food on the drives between National Parks. Our Safari Land-cruiser was in great condition and clean. We did not encounter any issues with permits and reservations (unlike fellow travelers we met on the trip with other companies) and everything was handled to the highest service standards.

We can recommend Wild Jungle Trails Safaris - very professional and reliable!

Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe) Experience
5/5

We were in Vic Falls on a business trip and while having some time off we decided to do some sightseeing. The hotel recommended that we contact Simon, the owner of Africa Beast Safaris. Simon was very knowledgeable in listening to our requests and recommending what he thought would fit our schedule and suit our likes. We ended up booking a sunset cruise and he picked us up in person from the hotel, having us at the boat ahead of time to book the best seats in the house. We had a wonderful experience and wouldn't think twice about booking another trip with Simon when visiting Vic Falls next time.
Africa Beast Safaris comes highly recommended, thank you Simon.

Three weeks in Tanzania and Zambia
5/5

My wife and I have just completed a three-week custom trip arranged by Roho Ya Chui with a central focus on Tanzania and the migration.
Everything was arranged directly with Ute at Roho Ya Chui with the greatest efficiency despite there being some complexities in relation to the scheduling and other issues.
The principal focus of the trip was the Serengeti and Ngorogoro Crater. The other locations selected for us were all different and provided a wonderful variety.
On the ground, the service of the various providers was excellent and lived up to expectations. All drivers and guides were punctual, courteous and helpful.
We had one guide and driver for 10 days by the name of Jeffrey. He was delightful company and a superb guide. He was relaxed and flexible with scheduling, always had helpful suggestions, and had an uncanny ability to spot animals.
While the various places that we stayed varied slightly in quality of accommodation, the common feature of all of them was excellent service, good wholesome food and a willingness to be perfect hosts.
We would not hesitate to recommend Roho Ya Chui.

Excellent Safari operator full stop. Even better that they specialize in Halal Safaris
5/5

We had a trip of a lifetime experience with Wild Secret Safaris.

We spent five full days in both the Tarangire and Serengeti national parks as well as the Ngorongoro Conservation area getting up close to countless numbers of elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes as well as two leopards and one elusive rhinoceros that we were able to find in the end. Our nine-year-old daughter was thrilled to see all the "big five."

A lot of the credit goes to our excellent guide Mr. Nathan who ensured that all our needs were met and never made us feel rushed. We also appreciated his deep knowledge of flora and fauna as well as his evident respect for the environment and the welfare of the Maasai tribes and all the creatures that lived in the National parks.

All itinerary arrangements were exceptionally coordinated by Mr. Musa and Mr. Rashid who met us in Arusha at the beginning of our trip and sent us off to our lodge near the Kilimanjaro airport at the end.

We stayed in more "luxury" style accommodations that were fantastic and fully met our requirements for Halal meals throughout. Even so, Wild Secret provided us with better prices and value for money than other Safari operators who were providing lower range accommodations in their quotes.

We are happy to recommend Wild Secret Safaris to everyone, but especially to those who are looking for Halal options.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
5/5

Me and my friends went on a one night safari to Amboseli and we had an amazing experience. We visited Kenya for one week with my friends and we were looking for a safari that met our needs budget wise and organization wise too. We came across Mufasa Tours and met our needs perfectly. Gave us prompt replies to all our queries and made us feel at home. Accommodation provided at Amboseli Serena Lodge was excellent. When we come back i will travel with them again and i also will recommend them to my friends. Thank you and Asante!

Excellent and efficient service
5/5

Falcon safaris have given my the correct advice with excellent service. The only suggestion will be to work closer with the lodges to confirm bookings as soon as possible. We have booked and pay our deposit a year in advance. We have only receive our final convermation from Chobe Safari lodge a week before departure. I do realize its not within your controle but with limit alternatives and a group of 14 people it becomes an issue to find alternative accomodation if the booking was cancelled

Amazing and Flexible Safari Experience
5/5

Soul of Tanzania provides amazing value and flexibility. It's easy to become overwhelmed with all the choices and Soul of Tanzania provided great guidance, from the planning with Manel, to the day to day safari support we received from our amazing guide, Steve. I truly appreciated how my questions were answered clearly and quickly and also that I had a lot of choice in lodging. Unlike other companies, we could go budget one night and luxury another....it was all available and could be pieced together to match our budget and expectations. From the initial pick up, everything went smoothly and we saw so much more than we anticipated. Our guide was knowledgable and kind, and really talented at spotting animals and getting us to some amazing spots (see pics). We were out for 4 days to Tarangire, Manyara, the Crater, and Arusha National Park (which we found especially magical), and each day we had a hot lunch with wine and coffee that our guide pressed and poured. I'm not sure we could have had a better experience. Even beyond the safari, the company provided great customer service. When KLM lost my bag, the safari company stayed on top of it and had it delivered to our camp. Our guide even took me to buy some clothes to tide me over. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their help with this situation. I highly recommend this company!

Review about South Luangwa National Park by Graeme
Overall rating
5/5

Game density and diversity are both excellent in the park, with four of the Big Five present as well as hippos, giraffes, greater kudu, spotted hyenas and many other incredible species. The park's vistas over the river are beautiful, however it is scrubbier woodland further into the park, presenting a more complicated backdrop for photography. The bush vibe is largely great, however it was slightly undermined at times by self-drive vehicles crowding into view or ignoring the etiquette that drivers and guides overwhelmingly adhere to. Birding is similarly excellent- I spotted around 90 species while I was in the park, including stars like martial eagles, grey-crowned cranes and so many more.
