What a fantastic experience!
From the first connecting e.mail with Daniel until being dropped off for our return flight with a heartfelt hug from James, we were treated like VIPs.
I was wary about booking with an agency outwith my own country - no need to be - we paid much less and had the same or maybe better experience than if I'd booked from home.
My friend and I had James and a 9 seater van to ourselves for a 13 day Kenyan safari. James was friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable and did his very best to find every possible animal. We saw them all!! His job was to keep us well looked after and happy and he certainly did that - and always with a smile too!
We opted for economical lodging and some were much nicer than we expected. Others were fine but you'd have the option to upgrade. Daniel stuck to our budget and we were thrilled with our trip. Hopefully this wasn't our last trip - if not, we'll be going with Meektrails again!

I booked this trip on line and was holding my breath that everything promised was devlivered..... and it was! From information provided on who would be picking us up to take us from our Nairobi hotel to Wilson airport, to being promptly picked-up at our destination, an excellent guide, great logding and food at Sweetwater Serena Camp, to a surprise stop at the Equator. Mwanje Athuman patiently answered all of our questions during and after the booking process.

Went on a gorilla trek in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest with Freka. Was such a special trip! Freka was professional, responsive, reliable, and fair. Our guide, Jared, was very kind and helpful. The accommodation was fine for the price (we chose the budget option) and everything ran smoothly. I recommend this outfit to anyone looking for an affordable, spectacular mountain gorilla trek.

Great Safari experience
We got the recommandation through friends and we were still stunned by how good the service was. They were super reactive and friendly, from the sales team through the logistic team and last but not least the safari guides. We did not have to worry about anything. The safari guide, Ozzie, was exceptionnal. He made us see the big 5 in 1 day! He taught us so many interesting things about swahili terms, the culture, the flora and fauna. He was always respectful of the other vehicules and of the animals (which was not the case for everyone unfortunately).

Great Safari Experience with first class service and organisation by Telly Africa Safaris
We had a wonderful safari experience in The Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Despite a couple of setbacks, Mohamed at Telly Africa sorted everything out for us perfectly, including finding a replacement guide and vehicle when ours broke down on the way to pick us up, to changing the hotel at the end of our trip as we were not happy where we were! Nothing was too much trouble so everything went smoothly.
Our guide Gaza was brilliant, with a great knowledge of the animals and where to find them. The scenery and the animals were amazing, and we had plenty of time on the game drives giving us the best chance to see the most animals. The food provided for lunch was very good and plentiful so there was no chance of going hungry!
The lodges we stayed in were first class; the Matawi tented camp in the Serengeti was a real experience, especially listening to the hyenas and lions during the night! The Serena lodge at the Ngorongoro crater was also excellent with fabulous views of the crater from the room and the bar, great food and a huge boxed breakfast which we had in a beautiful setting in the crater.
I would highly recommend both this trip and Telly Africa Safaris for an unforgettable experience.
