Memorable Kenya trip with Wildtouch Africa
We found Jacob of Wildtouch through Safari Bookings. From the time we first connected, Jacob has been most responsive and forthcoming. It was his speed of response, openesss to adjust to our schedule and requirements and overall transparency, that made us decide to do our safari with him. He also booked really spectacular hotels for us, which enhanced our travel experience manifold.
Kenya wildlife is spectacular. The trip organised for us made sure we went to the best of parks and were able to see all the animals up close. Our guide, Ben, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
The kids loved the food and the hotels that were booked and all of us enjoyed the trip immensely.
I think the trip would not have been half as enjoyable if it were not for Jacob and his entire team at Wildtouch. For that, thanks a lot. I have not stopped referring him to all my friends ever since we came back.

My best Safari ever !!!
I want to thank Humphrey and Ally for the great organization of our Tour Safari departing from Arusha and visiting Serengeti and Ngorongoro (3 days/2 nights).
Since I contacted them for the first time, they answered me quickly and efficiently every question I asked.
Everything pacted was fulfilled above our expectations!.
At the Parks we saw the Big Fives, apart from many Zebras, Ñues, Hienas, Jiraffs, etc.
I would say that if you have a low budget you must choose Wildlife Oasis Safari to enjoy the wonders of Tanzania!.
I recommend them 100%.
Thank Humphrey and Ally so much!.

We would definitely recommend travelling with Blue Crane Safaris Namibia!
We are just back from a family 12 nights tour in Namibia, which we liked a lot. From the start, the communication with Derek was smooth, quick and clear. The description of the itinerary on their interactive website is very user-friendly and pleasant to go through, and accurate: while there, we thought that indeed the descriptions reflected well reality.
We appreciated our guide Sammy a lot, very nice person, helpful, resourceful, flexible, smiling, knowledgeable about Namibia, the places, nature, animals. He is a very good and careful driver as well. We felt fully confident and relaxed every minute of the trip.
We found most accommodations fantastic and very charming - actually all of them but Okaukuejo which we were a bit disappointed with: very large place and no direct view on the waterhole from our small bedrooms-waterhole chalets, contrary to our expectations.
Small recommendations: in Etosha, we stayed for two nights in the East (beautiful Mushara Bush Camp) and two nights in the south (Okaukuejo), and went on to Twyfelfontein where we stayed for one night. We would rather recommend two nights in Mushara, one in Okaukuejo and two nights in Twyfelfontein Country Lodge. Two reasons: three nights altogether in Etosha seems enough for us and Twyfelfontein Country Lodge is absolutely stunning, in the middle of the desert - in particular those rooms with the wide view on the desert rather than those looking to the rocks behind the hotel. Also, we would recommend considering walking or cycling wherever it is possible, just great.
The driving was well balanced during the trip.
To summarise, we enjoyed every minute of the trip and would definitely recommend Blue Crane and Sammy.

A HUGE disappointment. Don't waste your money on this tour!
While looking in to this tour I was excited about the advertised "We shall be on the lookout for the endangered Sable Antelope, Elephants, Giraffe, maybe Leopard, civet cat, monkeys, shrews."Unfortunately this was far from reality of the situation. After further talk with locals we realized that there have not really been animals in the park for over 5 years or more. I felt like I was taken advantage of with this "tour" for $300 USD for two people.
The planned itinerary: "At the Shimba Hills National Reserve proceed for a morning game viewing drive. We shall be on the lookout for the endangered Sable Antelope, Elephants, Giraffe, maybe Leopard, civet cat, monkeys, shrews. For the bird watchers, more that 100 bird species have been recorded including Ostrich, Eagle, African Hawk and Honey Guide. We shall further explore the Shimba hills on foot where accompanied by our guide, we shall walk on the Shedrick Falls on a 1/2 hour hike as we marvel at the water cascade. We shall later stop for lunch at the Shimba lodge where we may have an option to take a nature walk around the tree lodge or simply enjoy the surrounding views from the balconies of the lodge."
What actually happened:
We were picked up on time by our kind guide Ali. He was very nice and did a wonderful job all day. He was basically the highlight of this poor tour. The morning game drive was very telling of the lack of animals present in Shimba Hills. Once entering the park we drove for about an hour to the walking destination and literally saw only warthogs. No monkeys, antelope, or even birds really. Our driver pulled over because he thought he saw a chameleon, thats how desperate he was to find animals for us to see. This was the first sign that the day was not going to go as planned.
Once we arrived to the walking destination, we were talked to by the Park Rangers and informed that this was was very strenuous walk and be prepared to be walking for about 2 hours (not 1/2 hour as advertised). The walk was beautiful and scenic of trees and water, but of no animals. Also, as a tour company, you should be more upfront with your customers of the type of walk that is going to happen. There were so many stairs and even walking on small slippery stones up a hill at one point. While this was fine for my husband and I, we had no idea that this was the type of activity that we should have expected, not to mention the vast difference in walking time.
Then on to the lunch destination. Another huge red flag in the state of Shimba Hills. Once arriving to Shimba Lodge we were met with no electricity in the ENTIRE lodge. While this was not a huge deal, when it came time to pay it was. My husband had to walk out of the lodge and hope to get service to pay the pill. The only person working at the Lodge was our waiter and he had informed us that there were no other guests at the Lodge at all. There were no other people in the restaurant either. It was literally silent. It was honestly creepy, and not the place I'd like to have lunch on a tour. The food was deceit, but not great.
We decided to cut our "tour" short after lunch. It made more sense to us to go enjoy the beach that drive around in an EMPTY park for another few hours. I was honestly so incredibly disappointed in this "safari." I feel as though I was scammed. We were promised a lot in the description of the tour and the experience fell very short. There were no animals. Literally we saw more monkeys and birds outside the park than in. I feel you as a company should EXTREMELY revise the description of this tour as well as the price. I was lead to believe by your website and Lilian that this tour would be something very different that what it actually is.
As someone that has been to many safaris/tours in Kenya, this was by far the WORSE experience. Sadly because of this experience I will not be using this tour company again as well as warning my friends. What a waste of $300 USD as well as a full day of my vacation.

Best Trip ever
I'm now back in Australia the land down under. I just wanted to thank you for the great Bwindi Gorilla Safari which went very smoothly in the able hands of your guide James. He was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about animals and plants, so it was a privilege to travel with him.
We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit to magnificent Bwindi rain forest, warm and particularly friendly Uganda and look forward to returning before long.
I will certainly recommend your services to any friend traveling to Uganda in the future.
And finally, please give our warmest thanks to James for making our Safari a truly memorable experience!

This tour operator made our experience in Namibia so welcoming and enriching.!
The tour was so smooth and our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the environment and culture. Our trip was seamless and relaxing as all of our accommodations were arranged ahead of time by our guide. Our guide was friendly, fun and personable, which added to the fun of our 7- day trip. I have recommended this tour operator to many people on my return home.

Unbelievable time with Paul, just as fun hanging out with him off the safari as on the safari.
I didnt communicate much with Paul before the safari, but the service of Paul and the staff members at the camps was unbeatable. Super attentive, friendly, and protective. Lived up to all my expectations of the animals, and blew away my expectations of the housing. Paul and the drivers he works with are extremely knowledgeable on the areas and really fun to be around during the safari. We were lucky enough to see every major animal we wanted up close and personal, especially Lions.

Our 3 week African Safari was perfect, for a reasonable price, and Permbury Tours is awesome!
Heidi did an amazing job organizing everything we needed for 3 weeks across 4 countries.
Having traveled extensively, I assumed something would go wrong, but everything was seamless - we had more transfers than I can count, numerous flights, several tours, and
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT - everyone showed up on time, everyone was professional, it was almost hard to believe. All of our safari guides were knowledgeable and a real pleasure to spend time with, and the accommodations were all breathtakingly beautiful.
Also, we paid a fair price. We looked at a British tour company, but they wanted significantly more money and offered less service.
I strongly recommend booking with an African company because if something does go wrong, they’re on hand to deal with it directly.
I chose Pembury based on their stellar reviews, and I can confirm that they truly are amazing.
I am amazed by the professionalism, it was a magical trip of a lifetime.
We hope to return within two years.

Very special holiday in Uganda organized by Grassrootz
We very much enjoyed our special holiday in Uganda organized by Grassrootz. There was a varied program of safaris by car, boat and on foot. In between we enjoyed the car trips throughout a beautiful country with a big variety of landscapes. The Uganda people are very friendly and show great hospitality without being intrusive. The organization by Grassrootz was excellent, and the guide told us a lot about the country, customs and history. The accommodation and food, at our chosen service level, were of good quality. All in all highly recommended!
