Great 3-day safari!
4/5

Overall, this was a great experience!
Selma communicated with us along the way and she was very responsive. We loved the diversity of the 3 parks that we visited (Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Tarangire) - each of them were very different and had a lot to offer! Our guide, Robert, was knowledgeable and kind. We stayed at Simba Karatu Lodge for the 2 nights and it was absolutely beautiful and the food was great.
The one thing we were disappointed in is the lunches. When you are paying thousands of dollars, we would expect better food, not just a piece of white bread with cheese and some fruit. I am not sure why we could not get leftovers from the previous dinner or a better quality lunch. We communicated with the lodge several times about our food restrictions, but they had no idea how to make a vegetarian lunch box and one without dairy. They messed up all 3 days, even after clarifying what we could and could not eat. We were especially disappointed because the food at the lodge for dinner was great! I am not sure why they could not have made more effort for the lunches. Overall, this is not a big deal, but I had much higher expectations given the price we were paying.

Out of this world
5/5

I recently returned from a 9 day safari in Tanzania. Oltesh Shange was my driver and guide and since there was no one else booked for this particular tour, I had personal attention from the moment he picked me up to the moment he dropped me back at the airport to return home to New York.
All of the accommodations were stellar, the food was stellar and the staff at every lodge/camp went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
Oltesh has been a guide for many years and he is extremely knowledgeable about the animals, their habits, their locations and the best places to scout them out.
He is personable, has a great sense of humor and very, very helpful. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is planning a trip to Tanzania.
He is also Maasai and knows how to communicate with the tribes, which made it helpful when I wanted to buy things or ask questions.
Oltesh definitely made a trip one I will never forget.

Absolutely fantastic! Highly recommended tour operator

I was very happy with the level of service Kiliholiday's offers. Mack was very flexible and helpful. He was very responsive from the very beginning. I know a lot of people may worry about paying the deposit in advance but this is crucial for Mack to prebook you lodges, or campsites. As well as organize your plane tickets as this is also possible.
I flew from Zanzibar - totally efficient check-in at the airport even though the terminal is operating 100% manually.
Guys were waiting for us at the airport already, even though the flight was 45 minutes ahead of schedule!
We have started our adventure with Bakar - our guide and driver. We have seen the big 5! Enjoyed every moment of our 4 days Safari Game. Seen so many animals, the real beauty of Africa. Tanzania is truly beautiful!
The night at Serengeti Central camp? Absolutely stunning! Need to do!
I will be back for sure, back to Kiliholiday's service too.
thank you Mack, thank you Bakar!

Wakanda safari was a very enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend.
5/5

Communication and service before and after the tour was very good. I was picked up at the airport (after midnight), free accommodation before and after safari, and shown the nice restaurants of Arusha, where to get money...

On the safari itself, we were lucky to see the big five... And lots of other animals (Girafe, zebras, Hippos, cheetahs, hyenas...). Isha the guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Meshak the cook one always a smile.

Incredible experience!
5/5

3 day trip with Encounter Africa Safaris from Kigali to Bwindi National Park in Uganda to see the Gorillas.

The accommodation was great, the food was good, the location was absolutely beautiful. For what you are getting (transport, accommodation, food, gorilla trekking), the package put together by Encounter Africa Safaris cannot be beaten for value!

Cannot recommend highly enough if you are planning to see the Gorillas!

These guys are amazing! Highly recommend to anyone
5/5

Natural Tour Safaris were amazing, and would recommend them to anyone going on safari in Kenya.

I would give them more that 5 stars if I could.

From the start Esther communicated with us over email, she was great. She worked with us to achieve exactly the trip we wanted at a great price. This was a once in a lifetime trip and Esther made sure to help us along the way.

We did a 6 day trip, 2.5 days in Amboseli and 3.5 days in Masai Mara.

The accommodation in Amboseli - Ol Tukai Lodge, had great views. We stayed on the water hole side and seen lots of buffalo and hippos from your room window. Careful of the baboons, they walk around freely. The food was really nice here too and we were lucky enough to see Kilimanjaro in its full glory.

We then flew from Amboseli to Masai Mara Serena Airstrip. What an amazing experience, it saves so much time and the views were amazing. You get to fly so low to the animals. We had a private plane almost when the other 10 people got off in North Masai Mara. So we got to speak with the pilots and sit right behind them.

When we arrived in Masai Mara we were picked up by George. I love George such a wonderful character and credit to the company. He did everything in his power to make our holiday the best!

I had huge troubles with Kenya Airways, they lost my partners bag for 2days and mine for 6days. They lied to us on several occasions saying that my bag would be delivered to Ol Tukai Lodge and then to Masai Mara.

George, Esther and Prince went above and beyond for us. Between them they picked up my bag in Nairobi Airport, took it to Wilson Airport and organised for it to be on a flight the next morning. Without them I dread to think how long I would have been without my luggage if it wasn’t for them. They also didn’t charge for this, which was so lovely of them, I really appreciate everything they did for me. They put a smile back on my face

Our accommodation in Masai Mara was stunning, The Mara Engi. The rooms were huge, stunning views and lovely staff. There wasn’t a great choice of food but none the less we loved staying here. A A few times we ran straight out on safari and they would even pack a breakfast box for us.

We also organised our hot air balloon ride with Natural Tours, which again was easy to organise through them.

To finalise, George really made mine and my partners time special. He was so lovely to talk to and made a great effort. He let us change our plans when we wanted to, he got so close to all the animals for us. And we were lucky enough to see a huge lion fight followed by a herd of buffalo charging at all the lions. Just incredible.

My partner also decided to propose to me one night and George was there to record it and take photos. These photos I will cherish forever. Thank you everyone at Natural Tours.

Experience of a lifetime along with 7* service
5/5

When we started planning our trip to Africa, we had enquired with quite a few operators - but Natural World Kenya Safaris stood out from the very beginning with quick responses, direct answers, ideas and suggestions but also an excellent price for a bespoke itinerary.

From the start, Esther communicated fast and efficiently with us over email. Our trip was tailored to perfection. For us this was a trip we have wanted to do for years so had to be perfect. Unlike other operators, Natural World Kenya Safaris listened to what we wanted and did not push other locations on to us, which would have been easier and more cost effective to the tour operator. I would highly recommend internal flights for all aspects if doing several reserves…it saves a lot of time and also allows you to do more game drives.

Our trip was a 6-day trip (2.5 days in Amboseli and 3.5 days in Masai Mara).

On the ground, we were assigned James as our guide/driver for the first part of the trip to Amboseli. He was good and tried to communicate with us even though he was not fluent in English. He had good knowledge of the animals also.

Our second driver was George; he picked us up from the airstrip in Masai Mara and immediately took us on a game drive. He noticed we only had one case and we explained that Kenya Airways had lost our luggage but were sending us it on the next flight. He wanted to make sure as knew their history and without us asking he phoned them to make sure, it turned out it wasn’t coming.

George then phoned the head office and asked Esther to support so it would not ruin our day. Within 24hrs, Esther had another employee called Prince to directly collect the luggage from Nairobi airport take it to Wilson airport and then fly it to us to the airstrip in Masai Mara!! Natural World Kenya Safaris paid for this service and did not even ask us for the money it cost them to do so for me this is going beyond any level of service!! Without them, I dread to think how long I would have been without my partner’s luggage. I cannot thank them enough for this!!

George has excellent knowledge of the game, the layout of Mara reserve, has excellent tracking and spotting are amazing…he had vision like a giraffe! Our Games drives were excellent – and more importantly let us have the time to see and do what we wanted without questioning! He went out of his way to make sure we would see everything on our drives Above all that, his personality, engaging attitude and more importantly his motivation made it a memorable trip for us even with what we experienced from Kenya Airways. He was the by far the best host we have experienced in our travels anywhere.

I cannot recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris for your trip to Kenya. Every single moment on the trip was memorable, and I would not hesitate to use them again should we return.

Flexible, professional and friendly contact, from start to finish!
5/5

Me & my friend finished our amazing tour in Uganda on the 31st of December 2018. The reason we picked Matoke Tours is that we felt very comfortable as soon as the correspondence started. Ann at Matoke were very keen to listen to our wished and to make the best possible experience for us. Together we came up with a program that would suit our needs and interests. And everything worked out really perfect :) On top of this we were also so grateful with our guide Alfred. The three of us got along very well. He is such a sweetheart and we enjoyed having interesting conversations with him, as well as silent moments. He was always polite, humble and patient. We could not have wished for a better guide/driver.
As for the tour itself. Wow, we were not prepared for the beauty that Uganda has to offer! We enjoyed every second. The only thing we might have done different if we would do it all over is to go to Murchison Falls NP instead of QE NP. Our driver kept telling us that it is so amazing there and that there is more animals in that park as well. And I think we would also have skipped Lake Bunyonyi and instead stayed a day extra at Lake Mutanda. Lake Mutanda and the sceneries around it is among the most spectacular we have ever witnessed. It left us speechless! And of course the Gorilla experience was a highlight, which was done close to Lake Mutanda. Not only seeing the Gorillas was extraordinary but the whole trek itself and the mountains and greenery.
Thank you Ann and Matoke for really good arrangements. We are so happy for this trip which will for sure be a memory for life.
Finally, if someone asks for an experience with an orphanage, I suggest to contact Masaka Kids. They are based in Masaka and can be followed on Instagram. When we came they performed for us and we danced with them on stage. So sweet and talented kids :).
