Excellent experience with CATS Africa
5/5

It was an wonderfull 3 days in Masai mara along with Jack. We have enjoyed the over all trip and many thanks to Jack for showing us the big five. He is a nice, friendly person and have good knowledge over the forest. Also I will mention about Sekanani Camp where we stayed. Camp area designed very well. Accomodation, service and foods are perfect beyond expectations. We finished our program taking dinner Nairobi's best restaurant Carnivore that experince was totaly perfect. Finally, I appreciate Mrs joyce who always supported us through timely communications and advices to make it a successful trip. I will recommend to go ahead with this team to get the smell of Africa.

Amazing
5/5

We chose Wildlife Oasis Tours for a budget Safari made of 6 days and 5 nights. We have visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire and Lake Manyara. We booked before the arriving in Tanzania and we were in contact with Humprhey Who has been very kindly to explain us everything.
We spent 2 nights in Serengeti in the tent, one night in Ngorongoro in the tent as well and for the last two nights they gave us a very cut bedroom with toilette inside.
The camp in Serengeti was basic and toilette a bit uncomfortable but in ngorongoro more comfortable and the camp is wonderfull with an amazing view.
The ranger was a very good person and he made us to have a great safari. The cooker was amazing...he prepared ad a lot of good food for breakfast,a launchbox for the day and dinner.
At the end the balance quality/price has been perfect...it’s a very good choice for Who want spend a great safari in a wild way.

The overall balance was really good. In particular the great professionalism of the guide, Robert
5/5

I'm delighted with the way everything has been going on: easy and quick communications, very good services, good choice of accommodations (always close to the national parks and the animals), very good and safe driver/guide... as fine as we could expect. We´ll reccommend AVS for sure

An experience that exceeded expectations.
5/5

Exceeded expectations regarding guide/driver, accommodation, and most important the safari itself. Communication was good and helpful. An excellent rating although there are still grounds for improvement regarding timing/flexibility of safari options and payment mechanisms.

Perfect holiday with great drivers/guides and accommodations
5/5

I have now travelled twice with Kenya Expresso Tours, Once in October 2017 with my partner and in August 2018 in a group of 8 made up of family and friends. Paul was great in organising each trip. For the first trip I emailed several tour operators and KET quoted the most affordable price for the same itinerary. He even recommended a few small changes which turned out to be perfect. After the tour we sat down in his office and planned the two week tour for 2018 with my family. I had named each of the places we wanted to visit and with Pauls expert knowledge on the parks and accommodations he was able to recommend the order we visit each park, as well as the best accommodations in each park for our budget and needs.

We have just returned for the family trip and it was amazing. Everyone loved all 6 accommodations and is already wanting to return within the next three years. We saw all the animals we wanted to see including lion cubs, a leopard, lions hunt and make a kill, the great migration, chimpanzee sanctuary, the critically endangered Northern White Rhino, African fish eagles catching fish along side our boat in Lake Naivasha. We even saw some rare species such as a stripped hyena. We even saw lions, cheetahs, hyenas eating fresh kills on several occasions.

Our drivers Patrick and Cornelius where excellent. Both where very friendly, professional and had a high knowledge of all the animals we saw and where able to answer any questions we had. They were both also great at finding animals while driving even some that where well hidden.

I highly recommend if you want to travel across East Africa to go with Kenya Expresso Tours.

Otieno was great in all the tours he organised for us.
5/5

Otieno understood all we asked of him and communicated via email and phone with ease. He also give me confidence with the company i was dealing with overseas.
His drivers were very good especially David, he looked after us very well too.
The accommodations were all clean and good.
The only thing we had issues with was the Masai Mara Camp did not cater for the amount of people and did run out of food.
But this was very small for the travelling we did.
Thumbs up for Kenya Walking Survivors Safari.

Joke of a tour operator - Avoid at all cost!!! Complete lack of safety
1/5

Horrible experience - MG met us at the border between Zimbabwe and Botswana - took our money and luggage and then was supposed to pick us up at a certain time after we visited Victoria Falls. They were late in picking us up. Then we had a lovely time in Chobe National Park, which was the only positive experience with them. As soon as we started our camping safaris - one disaster after another. We rode in an open safari vehicle at high speed for 3-4h to get to the dirt road leading to Savuti. We then got to the game reserve gate 90 minutes after its closing time and then drove at night! (strictly forbidden) for another 5h to find our campsite - the guide could not find the camp - we were scared, tired, frustrated, cold and hungry. Second day, we were on a game drive and our driver went offroad and took us within 15m of a pride of lions. He stopped the engine and then the car would not start again. We were completely exposed and luckily another safari vehicle came and pulled our car out. The driver would never fill up the car’s gas tank so we were left without gas at one point in Kalahari, without water. Driver had to abandon the car and us to go in search of help - no cell phone signal. At no time we were told how long the drives would take to get from one place to the next and they notoriously underestimated the durations. We never made it in time to any of the game reserve gates. We were exposed to unsafe trip conditions on more than one occasion. Driver and his safari vehicle were subcontracted by MG and each one blamed the other for all the mishaps. Absolutely horrific.

We had a fantastic Safari with Saso company and our driver Ronnie. Murchinson Falls is really beautiful. the safari was also well organized. We were picked in our hotel in Kampala on time, and went straight up to the falls. Also the game drives were superb. Unfortunatly we had to cancel our boat trip, due to weather conditions. Saso Tours? Ever and ever again!
