We had an unforgettable 7-day Big 5 Classic Safari with Golden Trips Tanzania, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we landed in Arusha to the final day at Lake Manyara, everything was well-organised and smoothly coordinated.
Our guide, Hardson, was simply fantastic – striking the perfect balance between sharing his deep knowledge and giving us space to enjoy the experience. Being a small group (just three of us) meant we had personalised attention and flexibility, which made the entire trip feel very special. Hardson made sure we saw all the animals up close – including all of the Big 5 – and his expertise truly made the safari unforgettable.
The accommodations were good value for money, with Karatu Village Lodge and Osinon Tented Camp standing out as our favourites for their comfort, service, and atmosphere. The only slight downside was the rooftop restaurant at Summit Safari Lodge, which was quite drafty and the dinner menu underwhelming (though breakfast was excellent). We shared this feedback with the operator.
With so many safari operators to choose from, we are very glad we picked Golden Trips Tanzania. The itinerary, attention to detail, and overall experience we received for the price was exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic, well-organised safari with a great guide and good mid-range lodges.

Best Safari Experience with Emanuel and Team!
After a fantastic experience with Almasi Africa, I can’t recommend Emanuel and his team enough for an unforgettable safari in Tanzania.
Our Ngorongoro tour was seamless from start to finish, with clear communication beforehand and helpful answers to all our questions. Our guide was knowledgeable, fun, and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable, safe, and well cared for with a clean vehicle, great lunch, and drinks.
We managed to see a wide range of animals, including lions, rhinos, elephants, and giraffes, all in one day because our guides knew the right locations to see the animals. The team’s passion and personal attention made the adventure truly special, offering excellent value and an authentic safari.
Our family is already planning a return : )

Amazing and magical🦁🦁
It was our first safari and Apodiformes made it unforgettable. Fredric was supportive and replied any time from the very beginning. Our guide and driver Francis was very helpful, knowledgable and patient with us when we wanted to see the cute dik-diks♥️ First we went to Masai Mara and already the second day we saw the big 5 🐃🦁🐘🐆🦏 and many other beautiful animals. Then we experienced the lakes (Nakuru and Naivasha), followed by Amboseli, where we saw Kilimanjaro🏔 At the end we could relax on the Diani beach🏝 We enjoyed our holiday in Kenya so much. Fantastic Zambia Safari through Off2Africa Travel
We booked a Zambia Safari through Off2Africa Travel for my wife's 50th Birthday in June this year. Chloe at Off2Africa Travel was so helpful from the initial contact, coordinating the itinerary and changes to providing the final itinerary via an app with all the details of the trip including area, lodge and travel details.
Chloe recommended an initial call to understand what we were looking for and how best to assist in designing our trip. Updates from there were provided quickly and clearly even managing to include one of the lodges we thought we couldn't afford and booking a honeymoon chalet at one Lodge all of which led to the perfect itinerary.
The ground handling on the trip was amazing. Our trip included a number short flights often via Lusaka and we were met each time and assisted to check in by the ground staff who carried our bags, helped with the checkin and provided hot towels and drinks at each transfer.
The trip itself was the best Safari we have had and I would have no hesitation in booking through Off2Africa Travel again and would highly recommend their personalised service.

Me and my girlfriend did a 5 day 4 night safari tour with Splendid Vacations and it was absolutely amazing. Best week of our lives seeing the big 5, staying in great accommodations and having the best service. Our tour guide was Augustine and he was the best person we could ask for showing us around these places and we miss him already. Couldn’t recommend Splendid Vacations enough and we just wish we could do it all over again already.

Honeymoon of a Lifetime
Our safari with Emmy Safaris & Tours was nothing short of incredible. From the very first moment, the team was amazing in helping us design and adapt the safari to create our dream honeymoon experience. They were professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire process, from planning to the very last day of our trip.
One of the highlights of our journey was our private chef, Omar. He blew us away with the most delicious, fresh meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — every single day was something new and exciting. Watching other safari groups unpack basic lunch boxes with sandwiches made us so happy that we chose the right company. Even other guests at the camps came over to tell us how incredible our meals looked — and they were right! 🍳🥘
Our guide and driver, Tony, was simply outstanding. His deep knowledge of the wildlife, incredible patience, and the way he always made us feel safe and cared for truly made our safari unforgettable. He answered all our endless questions with a smile and worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best possible experience and photos. I would recommend Tony to absolutely anyone looking to experience a once-in-a-lifetime safari — he genuinely went above and beyond for us.
The overall safari itself was breathtaking. We did a 6-day private safari covering Tarangire, Serengeti, North Serengeti (to witness the Great Migration crossing the Mara River), and Ngorongoro Crater. Each place was stunning in its own way, and it’s hard to put into words — you simply have to experience it yourself.
• Tarangire amazed us with its elephants and unique landscapes.
• Serengeti was probably our favorite, especially getting so close to lions — just 2 meters away! My wife was moved to tears three times: first by a lioness with her three cubs, then a majestic male lion, and finally a pair of lions together. Seeing such powerful animals up close is something you never forget.
• Ngorongoro Crater was like stepping into another world, though we didn’t spot the rhino this time — giving us the perfect excuse to return!
We saw 4 of the Big 5 and countless other animals. Even though we missed the rhino, we felt nothing but gratitude for what we did see.
I highly recommend going for a private safari rather than a shared one — it makes a huge difference in the experience. If you can, upgrade some of your stays so you can truly enjoy them by starting early and finishing early each day. Our upgraded stays were incredible, but even the standard accommodations arranged by Emmy Safaris were beautiful and close to nature.
Before booking, I spent a lot of time researching — comparing 50+ different safari companies. In the end, Emmy Safaris & Tours stood out not only for their excellent pricing but also because they genuinely listened and worked with my budget and expectations. They never pressured me to add extra days or upgrades but instead focused on creating the perfect trip for us.
Now, after seeing how other companies operated during our safari, I am 100,000% sure I made the right choice. Everything exceeded our expectations, and for that, we are truly grateful.
