Reasonably priced, good service, memorable trip
I would thoroughly reccommend Kenya Day Tours & Trips for a budget visit to Masai Mara. Our driver was very pleasant, the camp was basic but conveniently located and served its purpose, and the activities are as communicated

Unforgettable 3 day Safari
Stop here if you’re looking for an amazing 3 day safari. Did not disappoint and exceeded expectations. From start to finish Hilary and his staff catered to our needs including picking us up at the Kilimanjaro airport at 1am. Understand that this is a budget safari and you will be sleeping in standard size tents in public campgrounds. With that being said, the food was great and sleeping out in the Wild was an unforgettable experience no fancy lodge can ever duplicate. Our driver Mandela was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we saw the big five.... highly recommend.

Safari adventure
I thought overall this was an amazing experience and Benson helped to make it so. Taking the animals we saw out of the picture as you can never guarantee what you will or will not see, I was very very pleased. Benson customized our trip to what we wanted to do which was see animals. Richard our guide for the whole trip, stopped when we saw animals and allowed us all the time we wanted before moving on. He explained to us about the animals we were seeing and also answered many questions as we drove through each park. We asked for mid-level lodges and we could not imagine how there could be anything better as our lodges were clean, the beds were nice and we had a private bathroom. There was bottled water in each lodge for us to use. The food was outstanding. I definitely did not lose weight on this trip. Richard did a great job of finding the right location to park our Cruiser for the best view of the animals. We were amazed by the number of animals and how close they came to the Cruiser. Richard handled all of the paper work for entering the parks and the lodges and it was seamless for us. I would recommend using Benson to any of my friends or family.

The office service and food were great!
My partner and I had a five-day safaris tour (Serengeti, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Tarangire) in June 2019 with Bestday Safaris. The office of Bestday Safaris was very responsive to many tiring questions that we had before booking. Before the tour in Arusha the office staff took time to brief the tour, which was helpful and reassuring. The office also sought our feedback after the tour and we appreciated the opportunity. Even after the tour, the office offered some assistance to accommodate our needs, which we did not expect as they were not related to the tour. We much appreciated their services. We particularly appreciated our chef, Emanuel. His food was so good and we enjoyed every meal during the tour. It was nice to have good food during the safaris tour, which can be tiring at times. He was friendly and very helpful wherever we had questions and needed some help.
Overall, we had a great tour. We'd recommend Bestday Safaris for others.

MAGICAL SAFARI EXPERIENCE
My mother and I spent two nights at the Kruger Adventure Lodge.
We were made to feel so welcome and loved every moment of our stay.
The staff always went out of their way for you, nothing was too much for them, for example, my mother is vegan, so the cook who made the amazing breakfast and dinners for us was amazing in how she made meals especially for mum. The staff who were with us at meal times were so friendly and always made us feel welcome. The reception staff were so kind and were up so early on the day of our safari to provide us with rusks and hot drinks, which were well needed before the safari which was cold that time in the morning. All food tasted delicious!
Mikel, our safari jeep driver and tour guide was amazing. We saw most of the Big 5 apart from the cats, but he did everything he possibly could for us to look for them. He was very informative about the park and you could feel he was passionate for the Kruger park. We were very lucky that it was just the two of us in a jeep with Mikel. We saw other jeeps that were full of people, so lucky to have the personal experience.
The lodge we stayed in was so spacious. We weren't expecting the size of the lodge at all. With private bathroom in the lodge too. Very clean and provided a great place to rest our heads before the safari game drives.
We'd recommend The Mzansi Experience to anybody and wouldn't hesitiate to use them again.
Thank you!!!

A safari with a friend
Again and again we are impressed by the fauna of Tanzania. So we were already 3 times with Allan Kamaro on safari. Whether Tranquire - National Park or Norongoro - Crater always, he led us to the best places, so that we could admire the variety of animals. During this time Allan became our friend. I hope that the safari in November 2018 was not our last. We are already looking forward to the next one.

Reasonable price for awesome day tour in Mzuzu
We had awesome day tour with this tour company on the Beach in Nkhata-bay. I and my boyfriend we arrived in Mzuzu town without any plan of activities. We called this agency if they can organize something for us. Really the recommend us to have the Day tour to this lake shore. We booked with them and we had awesome day. Our package included Lunch box, Bottled water and boat tour and transport from Mzuzu to Nkhata-bay and way back too. Pick up and drop off from the hotel we overnight in Mzuzu city was just in time. The tour guide we had “Ackim” were so friendly, informative, professional and well skilled. His is perfect to his job too.
We’re here to recommend Taste Of Malawi Safaris to solo travelers, families, students and all groups to book your trip in Malawi with this travel agency because we had good services on our day tour at good price and they’re profesional.
Looking forward to meet and book our next safari with you next year.
Thanks,
Carlo from Germany

Expert service, easy communications
Sandi Elkington of Pulse Africa did an excellent job booking our two week trip to South Africa and Botswana. Here are the highlights:
- Bookings. Our trip involved 14 flights, 10 of which were within Africa and booked by Sandi. Every flight was on time. We had zero problems with any of our bookings. Pick ups arrived on time and in the location expected. Camps greeted us, knowing we were coming.
- Flexibility. When we decided to make a change a month before our trip, Sandi made the change happily without making us feel badly for asking.
- Expert Advice. All of Sandi's advice was spot on. While we knew we wanted to go to two particular camps, we did not know where we wanted to stay in Capetown or the Delta. In Capetown, Sandi gave us four options. All looked beautiful so we asked her to pick. She picked Cape Grace Hotel by the marina, which was an excellent decision as it allowed us to walk around the harbor shops and listen to street musicians after long days of touring rather than having to pile our family into another car to go somewhere. In the Delta, Sandi recommended two camps that looked beautiful and were part of chains that we had heard were wonderful (e.g. And Beyond). When those camps were booked (as we were booking the trip just 9 monhts in advance), Sandi recommended a camp that had very mixed reviews on Tripadvisor. It was very expensive, so I was really concerned that we would be super disappointed with the camp, asked for another recommendation and contemplated skipping the Delta all together. Sandi strongly encouraged us to go with the camp she had found as any other (according to Sandi) would be a disappointing end to an otherwise fabulous trip, and we had to see the Delta. She also told me that the camp was due to rennovate the rooms. While I have no way of knowing whether any other camp in our price point would have been disappointing, I was thrilled with the camp Sandi selected and agreed that the Delta was worth the effort to see. It was everything she had promised, and we had a terrific time.
- Responsiveness: Sandi at least was tremendously responsive. When she was on vacation, an associate covered and was also very responsive.
- 24/7 Help Line: Pulse has a help line available during your entire trip so that you have someone to call if something goes wrong. We never needed to call, but I really liked this feature.
- Printed Booklet: In additoin to the gorgeous virtual itinerary, Pulse provided on our arrival in Africa a spiral bound book with all of our travel information in it. I loved this because it was so much easier to carry and read than my printouts from the virtual iternary and because it's a great keepsake from our trip; I know exactly where to go when friends ask me 10 years from now where we stayed!
- Clear Instructions/Warning: Sandi repeated on several occasions (at time of booking and multiple times before we left) that we needed birth certificates to get our kids in and out of Botswana. Incredibly, another family who had paid a private guide to take them everywhere and book their trip did not know about this requirement and were stuck in Botswana immigration trying to wake up family members half way around the world to get copies sent! Sandi also gave us plenty of warning about luggage weight restrictions, although not a single plane checked.
- Nonprofit donation and gifts. Pulse made a donation to a nonprofit in our name and gave each of our kids and us gifts upon our arrival. While unnecessary, I was actually thrilled with these gifts as they became meaningful souvenirs from our trip.
