Mount Elgon Climbing : Company Rep did all to make savings and spoil AA clients
The operator representative made all possible savings on food, water, camping material, transfers.
On arrival the operator rep had no car and we assumed HIS transfer to the starting point when it's OUR transfer that was supposed included. On way back we got transfer after having hardly insisted. We also had to insist to have enough porters, the operator rep trying to save on them letting us transporting our bags when mail exchanges were clear on the subject : only a small walking bag per person and the rest (night and change) by porters.
During the trek was only planned 1.5 l of water per person and per day, rice, noodles, popatoes and .... meat once over 4 days (two of us were vegetarians but all of us have been turned to "carbohydrates-only" vegetarism).
Tents and sleeping bags were not adapted to cold conditions below 0 and nights were nightmares. Tents, ventilated like for savannah and had holes, jammed zips, an arch broken (we repared as we could). Peds and tensioners were missing and we had to fix it ourself. Sleeping bags were very thin and cold and one bag was even a commercial gift printed with a beer advertising !
After complain, the operator proposed that WE would promote them to friends who would benefit of a discount. No compensation for the bad service we received.

Our safari was exceeding our thought
It was very good organized. We could not complain anything. They took all details of our safari. We loved the parks and hotels we choose. My uncle is going with them with our itinerary also. We recommend them to everybody!

Great safari could not forget!
We had a wonderful safari. We saw everything we wanted to see. We saw lions many times, we saw leopard 3 times, we saw elephants, Buffalo and rhinos also. Hotels were high end and much exceeded your expectations! We would like to say thank you Jong and Solomon for your great service! We will remember you!

Spectacular & very informative
Deep end safaris was recommended to me by a friend that had used them previously that had visited Uganda in the summer but I met Samuel who was such a polite individual & very informative throughout the whole trip and very patient as we had kids with us

Outstanding service and communication
We were to visit Dar on a Holland American cruise ship with an overnight stay. Our ship would not be able to let passengers off until around 11am. Other tour operators would only start a tour earlier, around 7 or 8 am. Connect Africa accommodated our schedule. We started with a group of 2 and ended up with a group of over 20 from the ship for a 2 day one night safari. The schedule and value was too good for people to pass up.
The drive to the park was longer than expected but we were happy to see the country side and the villages along the highway. The vehicles were comfortable and spacious. Some of the group had been on longer safaris in the past and even they were happy with this one.
The lodging was excellent, much better than expected. The included meals were good. Anyone going to Tanzania should check this company out and book with them.

The Morningstar team, Tume and Dennis, were prompt and transparent in all their communication while coordinating our safari, and were great at ensuring all our desires were met. As people that are very used to organizing trips for ourselves, the team's frequent check-ins throughout the booking process helped put us at ease that we were in good hands and the details were being taken care of.
The safari itself reflected the agreed-upon itinerary and our guide, Alex M., was prompt, informative and energetic throughout the trip. This was our first safari experience and we witnessed more than we could have ever hoped for, including seeing the Big Five, multiple kills, and tons of adorable baby animals in three beautiful parks (Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and the Masai Mara). There's no way this would have been possible, had it not been for Morningstar and their vast knowledge of the parks and wildlife. Our accommodations and additional activities were top notch as well.
This trip was one for the books, and we would absolutely book with Morningstar again in the future. You're in great hands with them!

Superb from start to end
I would award more than 5 stars if that was possible! Go Kenya were superb in every respect in arranging my 10 day safari in Kenya during the 2022 Christmas holidays. Everything was first class, every step of the way. Highly recommended.
