About: Fede Tours
A tour operator taking good care of his customer
5/5

I had a great time on that tour. They tried to understand what I was looking for and tried to adapt the tour so it best fit my preferences. Also they replied fast to any questions I had before the tour started.

6 day safari in Kruger, Big 5++, excellent customer service
5/5

Right from the beginning Sonja and the Kruger Park Tours team were all over it when I was deciding which tour to do. After selecting a 6d/5n trip based at Skukuza rest camp in an ensuite chalet, Sonja and the KPT team very efficiently organised all the paperwork, including what was going to be for breakfast and dinner each day. There were options for a bush walk, sunset safari and panorama drive in the package. I pleasantly discovered that everything was covered in the one price paid upfront, including the park entry fee. Closer to the time I received detailed bus shuttle instructions and local numbers to call if there was a problem. Needless to say everything went smoothly and everyone was expecting me. Abrie was my guide and is supremely skilled at spotting animals and birds from a vehicle moving at speed (seriously) as well as knowledgable in the history of the locations and back roads we travelled through, having lived there for many, many years. KPT allowed us to vary activities as things unfolded and as a result we got the see the Big 5++ (no problem) and travel to locations wider than the other operators do, I am sure. At the end we were chasing sightings for cheetahs, wild dogs and unicorns. But hey, got to leave something for next time!

You can 100% trust these guys, Mambo Gorilla Safaris, for your magical Ugandan experience
5/5

I’ve just returned from a 9-day safari to western Uganda, including trekking for gorillas. At first I was very apprehensive about coming to Uganda, but Didan and his team made it a fantastic and unforgettable experience. It was amazing! Please be assured that when you choose and book a tour with Mambo Gorilla Safaris, you are truly making a big difference to the lives of the children attending Loving Hearts Primary School. Many thanks to our very safe driver, Agrey, who took great care of us. Thanks so much to you all for a wonderful trip

Awesome tour Experience with family and kids
5/5

Tanzania is a beautiful place with lovely people. I recommend people to go with family especially kids. You love it. Great Safari's Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tangerang, Lake Manyara, Mt Kilimanjaro and many more like Hot Spring Kikuletwa / Chemka ..

Our tour operator Fig Tree tours & travels. Mr. John made the tour so comfortable and much more than what we expect. Food and Accommodation and safari... amazing experience, and I highly recommend him for economical prices among all.
My 5 years Kid enjoyed a lot the tents in the camping. And the food they served hot and tasty.
We viewed a lot of animals like Elephants huge family, plenty of lion prides, wildebeest, gazelle, giraffe, birds, ostrich, bedfellows, hynah, leopard, Zebras, antelopes, what not. all. Masai Village visits too
and had a great relaxing experience at Kikuletwa Hotsprings swimming and jumping in the clear water. And visited coffee plantations and coffee factory and bought freshly roasted beans and coffee.
Really want to mention Mr. John, Who picked up from KIA airport and dropped at Airport after all 7 days Trips & Safaris. and made our tour very comfortable.
I really recommend him, because, of the hospitality, responsibility all around 24x7 and the best part is very economical price comparitive to any operator.
* all campsites have WiFi, safe and Dining Halls, great tents, sleeping bags.

Incredible trip - lifelong memoriesWe were incredibly impressed with our recent safari in Kenya.
5/5

We were incredibly impressed with our recent safari in Kenya. As four females traveling together, we wanted to ensure we organised a safe and comfortable trip. After emailing a number of companies requesting information, we decided to use Genesis of Adventure because Jonathan was so helpful and prompt with responses to our queries. On arrival to Nairobi airport, Jonathan was there to greet us and we were able to hop straight in to our private jeep to begin our adventure.
The jeep was clean, spacious and in excellent condition. After introducing us to Noah, our guide and driver, Jonathon left us and we began our journey to Lake Nakuru. Noah was a brilliant driver and we felt very safe on board. He pointed out a lot of interesting things on our journey and was very polite, knowledgeable and engaging.
Our accommodation was basic - our request to keep overall costs down - but comfortable. We had proper beds, even in the tents, with mosquito nets so we were able to sleep well. We also had en suite western style flushing toilets and showers in our tents. The showers might have been basic inside the tents, but they were welcome after our long game drives. The food at the camps was delicious and there was plenty of it. Miti Mingi Eco Camp (Masai Mara) also had electricity and plug sockets inside the tents - perfect for the charging of cameras/phones.
The game drives were incredible. Noah managed to find the best spots to show us the animals. His ability to navigate round the National Parks was impressive. We saw all members of the Big 5, some more than once and in total 31 different species of animal. In one day inside the Masai Mara we saw: 7 cheetahs; 9 lions (male and female); a leopard; hippos, giraffes, buffalo and elephants galore...too many other animals to count! We saw thousands of wilderbeest due to the Great Migration from the Serengeti to Masai Mara, as well as zebra, impala, hyenas and warthogs. The memories of these animals and the stunning scenery will last a life-time. Again, Noah's knowledge about the animals was fantastic and he shared facts with us about them frequently.
We were pleased we added Lake Nakuru to the start of our trip. It was here we were treated to the rhinos. We saw 5 in total, both black and white, which was amazing!

This was an fabulous trip and we highly recommend it to others. Great value for money and great people at Genesis of Adventure. I would absolutely use this company again.

Amazing
5/5

The trip was amazing,
The allocated guide is a good person and very helpful
The accommodations were OK and each has its strong point, some of them were awesome as Lake Bunyonyi. Rock Resort
There they have prepare the arrangement for my wife's birthday, was a nice surprise

During the trip we were not able to spot the Leopards and to increase the possibility to see this amazing feline we have requested a change in our tour. After we have explained our wishes the tour operator did all the needed arrangements. And we saw the LEOPARD.

In my opinion the tour operators can propose some improvement at the customer proposal, we don't know all the nice places in Uganda

Excellent family holiday
5/5

The holiday was very well planned by Mr. Paul of Kets though we should have stayed in Nairobi on our day of arrival. The trip to Aberdare from the airport was too long and tiring. Rest of the trip was very good. Somehow this year the migration has started earlier and so we got to see many animals. Saw the great 5 and also the crossing by the zebras accross the Mara river with crocodiles and hippos. Clicked lots of pictures of the animals and also the birds. Some of the most beautiful birds are found in Kenya. The trip to Masai village was awesome with the Masai people preforming their traditional dances just for us. The trip ended with us going to a restaurant in Nairobi called Carnivore. It serves various types of grilled meat like lamb, chicken, crocodile and even Ostrich. It was something we had only heard about but never seen. It was a once in a lifetime experience. Patrick who was our tour guide cum driver was a wonderful person very knowledgeable about his country and also knew the names of almost all the birds. He made all the efforts to make sure we saw all the animals and reached all the locations on time.

Amazing safari experience and excellent value for money.
5/5

We had an incredible trip with APS. We were able to see all of the big 5 (and plenty more) on our 4 day safari to the Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Communication from John Peter was great. He answered all of my questions much more quickly than the other tour operators that I was speaking with. Our guide, John, was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The accommodation they booked for us was comfortable and clean. Aside from all of this, it was also great value for money. It worked out to be about $50 cheaper per person than the other companies we were looking at. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic experience lovely people and we'll organised
5/5

Communication was really great with Seth he helped us create a bespoke itinerary and gave us all the options we needed. The safari driver, Dickson, was amazing! The route we planned had us arrive into from London Nairobi late and spend the next day at the David Sheldrik elephant orphanage which was amazing! Early the following morning our driver met is at our Nairobi hotel in the 4x4 truck, I recommend upgrading to the 4x4, we then headed for Nakuru via lake Naivasha. We did an evening safari in the Nakuru national park and spent the nite at the Savora Lion hill lodge. From there we drove on to the masia mara for 3 nights staying in a tented lodge. We then went on to Tanzania for 5 Days and came back to Kenya in the Amboseli national park. I would thoroughly recommend TripAdvisor safari and the price is very reasonable and I am happy for Seth to pass my details on and talk to anyone who wants more info. The trip was more than we could imagine and just so spectacular, being into photography it kept on giving. Dickson knew everyone in all the reserves and knew exactly where to find animals and view their natural habitat and behaviours without disturbing them.
