An unforgettable, amazing experience Gorilla Trekking
Experience Uganda arranged the trip of a lifetime for me. The booking process was easy, the information provided was clear and Kevin dealt with my endless questions so efficiently.
As a lone female traveller I wanted to make sure everything was arranged in advance and Kevin, and the team, dealt with everything faultlessly.
The guest house and lodge were fantastic, and the staff so welcoming and friendly.
Kevins, suggestion of trekking two different areas was perfect. It meant i had two different and amazing experiences and saw two completely different areas of the forest plus two totally different Gorilla families.
I have memories, and photographs, I will cherish forever.
I can't recommend Experience Uganda enough.

Awesome Once in A Lifetime Experience
My husband and I recently did a 7day camping and lodge safari with East African Safari and Touring Company. The experience of camping with the sounds of wildlife close by and waking up in a tent under an acacia tree in the Serengeti was an amazing experience. This trip was far too short but it did give us a taste of Tanzania and its wildlife we will definitely be returning in the future for another safari with friends and will again travel with Eastco, they were the best. Boundary Hill Lodge with is view had one of the nicest views from a hotel we have seen or stayed in, sitting on the veranda for evening drinks around the fire created a great atmosphere, with the night sounds in the distance and hearing the occasional roar of a lion.
The camp we stayed at in the Serengeti called pure Tanzania luxury was also great, the area for tents was very large and our cook was able to place us in a private space. The toilets and showers can be busy at times and we were glad we stayed in a lodge at Ngorongoro. The Toyota couldn't have done the job better well driven over really rough roads and room to move around in. I would really recommend this type of trip to anybody who wants adventure and a bit of comfort, camping and lodges provide excellent variety on safari you can really experience the African bush. Our cook and guide were wonderful and did everything to make this trip amazing, thanks to Eastco and the team we will surely be back.

Bad travel agent in Africa
Me and my husband booked 6 days 5 nights safari tour in Kenya with this company. Ms.Regina and Jecton the driver were cheating people.
They changed our itinerary on spot. They tried to avoid to pay for the National Park to save the budget which makes us miss the morning and evening safari.
One day on our itinerary, we have to do evening safari in Amboseli National Park but the driver try to delay the drive to arrive late in hotel because he doesn't want us to visit the park and he can save at least 140 us dollars.
We paid money for safari but we miss two times Safari because of this bad people, Regina and Jecton
Don't use this company if you don't want to disappoint with your Safari experience..

Excellent service for our family trips, as well as those of two groups of friends.
SW Africa Destination Management has helped us with a number of our visits to South Africa. On our two most recent visits they arranged guided tours of Johannesburg for our group. They also booked hotels and vehicles for us at our four stops. In addition, they helped us select game parks to visit and made the reservations for us. All of our interactions with SWADM were cordial and efficient, and all the arrangements made by them were superbly executed. We enjoyed working with them and would recommend them highly.
We have referred two groups of friends to them, and they were also delighted with the service they received.

Wild kingdom exist!
Mostly our experiences are extraordinary and good in Kenya. Our game drive which was provided by Ewamanns Safaris should included drop off to our hotel, but we ended up to pay the fee to a driver. According to the driver and associates, Ewamanns Safaris
had not clear the payment to them, and I told them that I have nothing to do with their issue since I had pay the total due in advance. Well, it was totally upsetting.

Thanks to Derek and his team at Blue Crane Safaris who planned and organised a perfectly executed itinerary for our first Self-Drive in Namibia. What a beautiful country to experience with changes in the landscape around almost every corner!
Derek was always available to assist or advise, and went over and above our expectations to ensure our safety, comfort and overall enjoyment for a memorable journey.
We will be back for another trip and plan to travel with Blue Crane again!

Communications from first contact, making travel arrangements - ongoing during the vacation, as well as after our trip - were prompt and accommodating. Drivers organized by Paul were always on time and very friendly. Paul customized our African experience to suit our needs exactly as requested.
James, our Safari driver is the best in the business. He located and identified every species that we wanted to see and much, much more. His kind, thoughtful, respectful mannerism endeared us immensely. He always patiently waited while we photographed the wildlife that we saw, no matter how long it took to get the desired photo. He is a true professional.
We cannot express enough how much these 2 gentlemen went above and beyond our expectations to make our safari tour a cherished life-time memory.

Amazing, Informative , And An Incredible Experience.
A group of 6 of us went on the trip, starting in Nairobi and onto Masai Mara. It was amazing from start to finish with no problems throughout the trip. I have to write about our Safari tour guide and driver - James! It’s thanks to him, He made our trip to be amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help us to enjoy our trip- nothing was a problem to him :) He was informative throughout the trip , able to answer any questions we asked and always making sure we were all enjoying the safari! His communication with us was excellent and everything ran smoothly on our safari. It lived up to all of our expectations, we will be recommending to our friends.
