Avoid at all costs if you intend to go to zanzibar
We had a 12 days private tour organized with Serengeti Wildlife Safaris.
The first part of the tour was in mainland Tanzania, with a climb to Kilimanjaro and a safari to ngoro ngoro. The part was good, and close to what was advertised.
However, the leg of the trip to Zanzibar was an absolute nightmare.
They booked the wrong hotel, we paid for a 5 star resort on the beach and they booked for a three star in the middle of a village, which cost a fraction of the price. When we asked to immediately fixed the problem they could not as they had “liquidity issues” so we were left on the Christmas night in the wrong (awful) hotel and had to rebook a new one at our expenses and by ourselves. We were lucky enough to get find a nice bungalow on the beach in a close by hotel, but it was expensive and we had to pay for it and the food, which was supposed to be included in their all-inclusive offer.
On top of that, they were supposed to deliver boat trips that were not organized and never happened, despite them receiving the whole amount agreed upon.
We asked for a partial refund, a symbolic amount of 900 USD (compared to multiple thousands USD we incurred in because of their negligence), they agreed, but after one year we are still waiting for the money, and they constantly play with us saying that they’ll soon send a payment.
They have not behaved as a professional tour operator, absolutely avoid, especially if you intend to got Zanzibar.

Our safari in Kenya and Tanzania organized by Safari partners was a trip of a lifetime. The whole trip went very smoothly with all the different guides , transport and accommodation connecting without a hitch.
The guides and Accommodation were first rate and we found the combination of wildlife and cultural experience perfect for our needs.
We saw everything and more than we expected.

We spent three nights at Selous Kinga Lodge as part of a four-day safari, and it was truly an unforgettable experience—not only because of the stunning beauty of Nyerere National Park and the safari itself, but also thanks to the warm and caring service provided by the lodge.
We travelled from Dar es Salaam by car and returned by plane. After experiencing both options, we definitely recommend flying rather than driving in either direction. Flying is far more comfortable and saves a lot of time and energy, even if it comes at a higher cost.
My girlfriend and I felt incredibly comfortable at Selous Kinga Lodge. The lodge is nestled in nature, surrounded by monkeys (who don’t disturb you) and other wildlife. If you’re lucky, you may even see elephants passing nearby. Just imagine relaxing at your lodge and suddenly spotting these magnificent animals—it’s simply magical.
The food was perfect. My girlfriend is vegan, and she was really happy with the delicious and thoughtful plant-based options offered by the lodge.
A special thank you goes to our guides, Nick and Maliki, who accompanied us throughout all the safaris. They were knowledgeable, kind, and truly passionate about the park and its wildlife. The entire safari was conducted safely and respectfully, without disturbing the animals—we especially appreciated their choice not to get too close to them.
For us, it’s a 10 out of 10! We highly recommend Selous Kinga Lodge and will definitely return!

Genes was very reliable and did everything he could to make our trip go perfectly - he succeeded big
Yesterday we wrapped up our week in Tanzania, with the last few days spent in the Serengeti. It was truly an unforgettable holiday.
Together with our family and guided by Genes and Swazy, we spent days on game drives. Swazy always managed to get us incredibly close to the animals — it was absolutely breathtaking! 🤩
Genes is such a warm and friendly man; he was with us the entire week as our personal guide, and from the very first moment, it felt completely natural and comfortable.
This was our second trip to Africa, and we can only hope to return again someday.
The people, the nature, the wildlife… it has captivated me all over again! 😍
It was a journey we will never forget. 🫶🏻

Amazing Safari Experience
We had a great 6 day safari with Wakanda Tours all through Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro.
The communication upfront w. the office was very easy and we had quick responses taking our questions and wishes into account.
Once arrived in Tansania, all went pretty flawless.
Special thanks also to our guide Stanley, driving the "extra mile" to make sure we saw all the animals we wanted - mission accomplished - and on top sharing a bit about country and culture.

Great Safari experience
Great communication up front, easy adjustment of the tour to our preferences, good accomodations.

The vehicle was in good condition, especially the drive's kindness, sense, and skill. Safari costs were low, and the accommodation and meals provided were the best.

Everything was organized to our satisfaction.
We went on a short trip to the Simien Mountains near Gondar. Everything was excellently organized – the pickups were always on time, and our guide, Abebaw Tilahun, provided us with a lot of interesting background information about the country and its people. Our driver also got us safely through the sometimes impassable terrain despite the heavy rains. Overall, a thoroughly successful tour that we can highly recommend!
