We were very pleased with the company and especially with the staff that we had direct contact with. The itinerary that Lisa put together for us as well as the hotels and special touches, like a quieter hotel away from the aircraft flight route, made our African safari and vacation a wonderful and memorable experience. We appreciated her attention to detail and quick replies across the 5 hour time difference. Our guides were all top notch, well informed and very pleasant to be around. After 2 missed flights in transit to Cape Town our first guide, Noel, suggested moving our half day morning tour to the afternoon to give us time to rest and the opportunity to shop because our suitcases were delayed for 24 hours. He was eager to show us his city and we delighted in the unique spots that he took us to for morning coffee and lunch. We also followed his recommendations for dinner and were not disappointed. The four places that we stayed at (from luxury apartment to safari lodge) were exceptional in quality and staffing. We felt cared for and comfortable in all places. Giltedge Africa exceeded our expectations and we will be recommending this company to our friends who will want to replicate our amazing journey from Cape Town to Livingstone.

Amazing tour with great guides!
We were in constant contact with Richard, the company owner, during our planning process of the trip. He was beyond helpful and quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had about traveling across the world to Uganda. We were also able to look at all of the different tours and Richard tailored a tour based on all of the sights and experiences that we wanted to do while in Uganda. Upon arrival at the airport in Entebbe, we were greeted warmly by our guide, Joan, and our driver for the trip, John. Everything from then on was close to perfect, making it the trip of a lifetime. We had excellent luck spotting many animals, from lions and giraffes to so many elephants we couldn't keep track. Joan and John were excellent at answering many of the questions that we had about the country and their culture, as well as their unbelievable animal spotting skills. All of the accommodations were wonderful, especially the Bush Lodge. Our trip ended with the gorilla tracking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. That was by far one of the most extraordinary things that we were able to experience. I highly recommend Mukisa Safaris.

The company organized a wonderful trip for us; all tailored for our needs and according to the dates that we were available. Sandy, our travel designer was always willing to help, providing the requested information on a timely manner.
Specially we would like to highlight the extraordinary work from our guide in Tanzania, Sadat.
He has been an extraordinary guide to us, very knowledgeable of the field and the wildlife all together. He has been very caring and patient during the entire trip, always willing to help and to make the most of our trip in terms of tracking animals; he has also been very diligent in driving safely even in the rough conditions of the roads; respectful, kind and a very warm person that has won our affection even after the trip is over, remembering him and our trip very dearly.

Super fun trip
We had an amazing trip, expertly planned by Clara and guided by Saidi. The excursion couldn't have been better. We had been so impressed with all of the Lodging, which was offered to us at a special price. We're in love with Tanzania its friendly people and vibrant culture. We came back with a ton of Tanzanian gifts from the cool art market in Arusha. All six of us intend to come back, and We'll spread the news to our friends and other family members about Tanzania

A very professional company which provided us with a fantastic high quality holiday.
This was the holiday of a life time that delivered in every respect.
The staff at Experience Uganda were efficient and well organized throughout. The holiday went exactly to plan throughout and they delivered everything they had planned for us and so much more. The staff were all efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and the level of service was excellent.
The safaris and other activities all surpassed our expectations. We saw more wildlife than we expected and we saw most of it much closer than we thought possible. The guides on the safaris were very knowledgeable and gave us some wonderful experiences. We saw everything we hoped for, even the rarer birds and animals that we thought were unlikely. A tremendous effort. The accommodation and facilities were excellent throughout. High quality meals and friendly efficient service throughout.
We had no concerns about any aspect of the trip. Excellent throughout.

This was our first trip to South Africa and I contacted 3 companies for itineraries and quotations. Throughout our trip and beyond Discover Africa were outstanding.
