10 day Kenya and Tanzania Safari
I booked a 10 day safari through Charity at Adventure 360 in July 2019.
I never write reviews, but am definitely honored to do so on this occasion. Booking a safari was pretty overwhelming with so many options, tour operators, countries, etc. I found Safaribookings.com to be a pretty helpful resource for narrowing down the places and animals I wanted to see. From there I found a tour from Adevnture 360 that offered exactly what I was looking for at a great price relative to other tour operators. I eventually customized that itinerary from 11 days to 10 days to fit my exact needs.
Charity was my main point of contact and I couldn't have been any luckier! I reached out to multiple tour operators but Charity was consistently the most prompt and the most thorough. I asked Charity about a million questions and she was super helpful and patient in answering any and all questions I had. During my Safari one of my drivers was running 30 minutes late for a game drive so I sent Charity an email early in the morning and she immediately contacted the driver and sent me an update ASAP. She was on it!
I was a little concerned living in America and dealing with a local operator all the way in Nairobi, Kenya so I did all my transactions by credit card for which there is a 4% transaction charge. But after dealing with Charity and the 360 team I can say with full confidence that they operate with high integrity and customer service. I wouldn't mind paying in cash on my next safari with them.
Adventure 360 also had a great network of drivers that they use. Its partly luck on who you get, but my driver in the Masai Mara, Bernard, was absolutely the best driver of all time! Thanks to Bernard we got into a prime position to see the wildebeast river crossing! It's a once in a lifetime experience and Bernard pulled through when it counted most! He literally jumped ahead of every single car there and got us into the #1 spot. Some other cars completely missed the crossing or didn't have a great view - they should've had a Bernard with them. I also gave him a nice tip at the end, but honestly, the level of service Bernard gave us is an experience worth way more than money can possibly buy.
Overall I was extremely happy with Charity, the 360 team, and all the drivers involved. Africa is a once in a lifetime experience and I consider myself absolutely lucky to have found Charity and the Adventure 360 team. Thank you guys so much for the amazing experience!

An incredible experience!
My mom and I travelled with Eagle Eye Safaris to South Africa, Rwanda and Uganda. What an incredible experience! I got some absolutely amazing wildlife shots and a better understanding of my camera. We even did an impromptu night time Milky Way shoot. Karen and Ernest took care great care of us and had some nice suggestions on how to spend the couple of days we were on our own in Johannesburg.

Fraud!
Our honeymoon trip is in 3 days and we just received an email that the company has technical problems and therefore cannot give the required services. You will receive the funds between 45-90 working days. I'm really panicking

9 awesome days filled with animals and culture
My bf and I were on Safari on July for 9 days (of actual safari, or 11 days if you count the arrival and leaving days). It included Tarangire, Serengeti (both north for the crossing and central) and Ngorongoro as well as getting in contact with some of the tribes that live in Tanzania and whose reality is so different from ours. It was a truly awesome and fulfilling experience.
We booked everything with Mussa. He was always very quick to respond (maximum 1 day) and was always very attentive to our needs both before and after we booked the Safari. He always promptly responded to all our questions and always did his best to ensure we had the best experience possible. When we got to Tanzania we found out he wasn't going to be our guide (he had hurt his back and so he couldn't be driving around) but he assigned Lyimo to be our safari guide. He assured us he would take good care of us and that was absolutely true.
Lyimo was a great driver and great guide. Always in a good mood, very knowledgeable and very thoughtful. We managed to see all the Ugly 5 up close and we only missed the Rhino from the Big 5 (to compensate we saw Leopards both on a tree and walking and we saw lions not farther than 1m from us, which was thrilling to say the least).
All the accommodations we got were great and the experience of sleeping in a tent knowing there's nothing separating you from the wild is something hard to describe.
A part of this trip (that was suggested by Mussa) and that we loved was also the culture part. We visited some tribes near Lake Manyara and near Lake Eyasi. We feared it would be just something too touristy (like a performance or something) but we found the people to be really truthful and really proud of their traditions. It was an honest and enriching opportunity.
While there we asked if there would be time to visit Olduvai Gorge (it wasn't scheduled) and Lyimo made it possible (and we loved it).
One of the things that made us decide to go with Roam (besides all the awesome reviews and the great quality-price relation) was the fact that this is a locally owned business so we knew we'd be bringing our money to Tanzanian families instead of giving it to European companies.
If you want to do a Safari in Tanzania, go with Roam and you'll have the time of your life.

Safari ventures provided a magical tour of Tanzania
Traveling internationally for business and pleasure, this was by far the best experience with a tour company. They provide excellent pre-trip information and advice. Communications during the trip were clear. Every aspect from driver guides to accommodations were first rate. I will be using this company again in the future!

The most devoted Guide-Driber
We spend 6 days of Safari with Elemes, he surely is a very devoted guide - driver who enjoys exploring wildlife as much as we do.
He really goes for the extra mile to please his customers and does not limit himself to the beaten tracks.
Our target was.(as many others do so) to be able to see the full big 5.
Has luck anythîng to do with it or not, I don't know, but elemes fulfilled our dream !
Our contact with Elemes already started months before when planning the whole vacation and more specifically which lodge to stay.
After some scrutiny of the budget and wishes, we quickly came to an agreement. With one exception, all of these turned out to be gems. And then again, that exception only because we set our expectations very high after the previous places where we stayed. All in all a very memorable vacation thanks to Tanzania Travel & Safari, at a very acceptable price

Ask for Benson - He is the best!
We had an awesome safari through Hekima. We went on a five day trip starting in Tarangire with a day of Game driving, then we went to the Serengeti (quite a long drive there, but that's how it is) where we went for an evening Drive after arriving, finding plenty of Lions and a lot of other cool animals. The day after we did a full day of Game driving where our Guide and Driver (Benson, Great guy) found us all of the big five before we had lunch. the Day after he said he'd try to find us some Cheetahs, and he did. He had a great reaction aswell as he was very quick to follow alongside the Cheetahs when they suddenly started running. The last day we did a morning Drive around Ngorongoro where we tried to find the Rhinos, but they hide quite well in the bushes there. (Which i didn't know they could seeing as they are so huge). To make the day end on a high note Benson brought us to the Hippo pool in Ngorongoro, which looked a lot nicer for the hippos than the one on the Serengeti (they actually had space to frolic in the water).
Also, the Chef Marcus made some great meals for us, and was just full of cheer.
Overall we had an amazing safari and would love to go to another park in Tanzania, with Benson as our Guide.

Amazing!
Extremely good service! We had two guys, Reagan and Robert, and they made such an effort to make us enjoy the whole trip. With solid knowledge about the animals, they managed to show us some of the amazing animals and the nature that this country has to offer. We can recommend their service strongly!
