We had an amazing time in Uganda, it was incredible!
Thanks to Gatatu and Reward our guide we lived an authentic African experience. They were very flexible and thoughtful. The places we went and the animals we saw were incredible. We felt like home the days we were there. We love Uganda, a country where you can find amazing experiences.

Help yourself, choose others
We booked one thing and we received a totally different service, starting from the camping that was not the one agreed and of lower qualities where we could not sleep since tents and sleeping bag were in awful conditions, to the number of people in the tour (maximum should be 6 and we were 7) and we had to share the same seat on the jeep in two. Not really comfortable.
We discovered we paid much more than the rest of the group. When we pointed out all these things the only answer was we are sorry. Not enough. Absolutely to avoid.
Not serious, only a lot of chit-chat without facts.

Comfortable, lovely experience. Reliable operator!
We had a fantastic time with Africa Tours Adventure. Extremely professional and responsive. We had booked a 4 night itinerary -- 2 nights in Bwindi with Gorilla Mist camp and 2 nights in Lake Bunyonyi with Birdnest.
- Bookings: Very smooth. We always got detailed and SUPER-QUICK responses from Nicholas. We had contacted a number of tour operators but Nicholas ability to provide us gorilla trekking passes for a particular day as well as his responsiveness, made us choose him for the trip. I was also very particular about the hotels we stay. In spite of a lot of to and fro, Nicholas was very patient to accommodate the best possible stay options for us. He was ready to give us what we wanted and was very honest about the prices for the same too. They provide you the band for your buck!
- Accommodation: Stay was very comfortable in both the places with UNBELIEVABLE views. Gorilla Mist camp and Bird-nest - both were second choices but were perfect for us. (Our first choices had some big group bookings in both the places exactly for our dates. Nicholas also offered to switch the dates to accommodate but we wanted to stick to itinerary and hence went with 2nd choices instead.)
- Tour & Guide: There are long drives in this trip which I was prepared for. Our guide, Rogers, was a very sweet person. He was polite, helpful, punctual, professional and always answered our questions. He also helped us change currency and gave honest view of the exchange rates. (He also helped in advance of the drink prices so that we knew how much to convert as the rest of the trip was paid for.)
Overall, a fantastic country with beautiful people. Would love to come back to Uganda to see more wildlife next time.
Nice holidays with Orongai Africa company
Tanzania was a fantasy location for me quite a while. The wild beasts are so impressively astounding to pull in me.
Our visit guide Asseri was exceptionally proficient and knowledgeable about all that we encountered. Likewise, He also takes us deliberately, treat us like a genuine family. We sensed that this trip was amazing and had a great experience in viewing passionate Africa. On the whole, it was an unforgettable trip with Orongai Africa Tours.

Tour of Kenya, August 2018.
We traveled through the parks of Kenya by a small group of 4 people. The company was chosen thanks to Elena, the Russian-speaking manager. After much discussion, the route was approved: Samburu-Solio-Bogoria-Naivasha-Masai Mara. The trip was organized at a good level, but there are a few comments. In Masai Mara we were replaced with a samp and settled in the ENCHOROW WILDLIFE samp Masai Mara. They greeted us cordially, but this was all wrong. We had 2 houses, in one the toilet was in disassembled condition and the water was flowing with a river, and all three days we were trying to fix it, but it was not possible. There were also problems with light. Burning wood and firewood burned next to the other house, it was impossible to breathe. But we made an advance payment, so that we booked everything in advance. The firm promised that we will have a cook, but right on the day of departure, they said that he was sick and only appeared in Masai Mar, but we do not think that it was our cook, since we ate our own table. We travel a lot and we know what our chef is, by the way there were groups with his cook.
I would like to say a big thank you to Elena for the prompt resolution of all the questions that arose, if her trip had not been spoiled for her help.
Thank you to the wonderful guide of the driver of Kagum, his skill and knowledge allowed us to see everything that we wanted.
And the company wants to wish that it clearly fulfilled its promises and carefully chose partners.

Awesome Experience
My wife and I spent 5 weeks in Tanzania in August 2018 and it was a last minute decision to go on a motorbike tour as we had a few days available at the end of our trip. So we booked a tour with Karanga Tours for my 55th birthday with both my wife and I to ride on separate bikes. Alpha made a huge effort to accommodate our needs by lowering the bike twice for Steph but as she wasn’t confident, she decided not to ride and instead take the 4 x 4. This was also a last minute decision, but it was no problem for Karanga to organise a 4 x 4 and guide on short notice. As we hadn’t planned on riding motorbikes, I’d brought none of my gear with me and they kitted me up with all the gear that I would use at home in Australia.
We left Arusha weaving our way through traffic to fuel up for the first day’s ride. We soon made our way from the bitumen onto undulating dirt tracks. My guide Alphi was very helpful and took me on the best tracks over the Monduli mountains and down into the rift valley. The bikes are old school XR 250’s, easy to ride but required running repairs along the way. This only added to the experience as it gave us some time to stop and chat and take in this part of remote Tanzania. We had time to deviate up mountain trails for views and get close up to wildlife. We caught up with Steph at Lake Natron as she travelled via Manyara National Park. While we both had different journeys, we were given a fantastic exposure to the best of Tanzania. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Karanga Adventure Tours if you want a great motorbike riding experience.

Reviewed 1 week ago Everything was very well planned
Communication with Sarah was fantastic beginning many months before the trip. He and his wonderful staff have answered all my interrogations via e-mail and that was the main reason why my wife and I chose Dallago Tours . Pick-up at the hotel was on-time. The Safari tents at Elanagata Olerai Camp was much better than during my first safari in the Masai-mara a few years back. They were equipped with a hot water shower and a toilet. Beds were very comfortable. Visiting a Masai village is a must. I strongly recommend it. They were very welcoming. Many thanks to Joshua who brought us there. During the 3-day Safari, We saw the big 4 (excluding the Rhino which has become so rare to spot - haven't seen any during my first Safari either) and a lot of other animals, too numerous to mention here. The stop at Narok was a bit too long with our driver Joshua, over an hour and a 40 minutes, I am sure there is a possibility to accelarate things at Narok in order to spend more time on a Safari. Having mentioned that, we really appreciated our safari with our driver Joshua and we strongly recommend Dallago Tours.

Cancelled trip on the day of the Safari. Please avoid.
Was looking for a Tsavo 3 day trip and booked with World Escape.
Response usually was slow, but would get a reply to queries eventually.
The day of the safari, I call the number and am told that there was a problem with the safari van, and they will update me.
Am told an hour later, the van can't be fixed, and hiring one from another partner will vost more. They offerred to refund my money. I asked them to defer the trip to another date. They said they'll try, and post that the person I was speaking to stopped answering my calls and messages.
Got my money back thankfully.
No apology.
Had to pay to change my flight dates, and had a stressful morning trying to make alternate arrangements.
Please avoid them at all costs.
