Communications were speedy and efficient. Service was excellent. We had a named agent, Allison, who took our requirements and made them into a brilliant trip with local knowledge and understanding of the regions we wanted to visit. The organisation exceeded our expectations and we had very good accommodation booked for us, very suitable vehicle for self drive, and were given good local advice to enhance the trip.
It was a great way to see a fascinating country.

Amazing scenery and animals
Tim was so easy to work with and easy to communicate. We did a 4 day excursion including a rhino trek, chimpanzee trek, 2 game drives and 2 river cruises. Emma was our driver and guide. He was fantastic. We were able to find lots of animals (lions, giraffe, elephants, hippos, etc...). Absolutely zero stress for the whole trip. Emma took care of everything. Rhino and chimpanzee trek were spectacular to be that close to these amazing creatures. Lodging was such a relaxing part of trip. Amuka Lodge for one night and Bakers Lodge for 3. Bakers lodge was so, so nice. The staff were incredible. Right on the Nile, hippos just in front of our cabin in the water. The food was first rate. All in all a wonderful experience. Tim and his team do it Right!!!

Another Amazing Safari Experience!
Twaha and his group of drivers/safari guides are truly the best. They are very nice, safe, always on time and accommodating. This is the fifth safari I've taken to Murchison Falls with a very large group and I wouldn’t trust anyone except Twaha and his tour group. We stayed at Paraa Safari Lodge which is very nice with amazing food and the game drives are spectacular. The guides can spot wildlife from so far away and truly cater to your requests as far as what animals the groups want to see. I fully recommend this group and will book again in the future!

Exceeded All Expectations
I had never been on safari before -- never dreamed I'd be able to, actually -- and recently had the good fortune of taking a 3-day safari with John at Allure African Safaris. It was an incredible experience; I learned a ton about E. Africa and its wildlife in a very short time, and I enjoyed far more comfort than I was expecting. We visited Tarangire, Lake Manyara, and Ngorongoro Crater -- 3 very different parks with different wildlife in each. We saw all of the Big 5 as well as zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, baboons, countless fascinating birds, and even a monitor lizard. We also learned a lot about Maasai people and culture in the area, and John was patient with all of our questions. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also attentive to our needs (we were fully stocked with bottled water, and he always found us a pit stop when nature called) and just really enjoyable to be with. He has an easy sense of humor and quickly formed relationships with each of us and our particular requests to take certain photos or see certain animals (when possible, of course). I noticed that he has a strong rapport with other safari guides who clearly respect him and his experience, and they all seem to cooperate with each other to share information so that their guests have the best experiences possible. The lodge we stayed at in the evenings, Olea, was an oasis -- attentive service, delicious food, comfy beds, and great showers. If I'm lucky enough to go on safari again, I will definitely go with John and try for the Serengeti next time. Truly, you will not be disappointed!

Surreal experience! Would do it all over again, with Wildlife Oasis Tours!
What a fantastic 4 days we had - My husband and I chose the 4 days 3 night (Tarangire - Serengeti - Ngorongoro) package and I still have this warm, excited feeling thinking back to our experience. We caught the Big 5 in 4 days, with many close encounters with lions! We were in a great group as well - with 2 other couples in the car, which made it fun! Our guide Ben was fantastic. He did his best to show us as much as possible and was very knowledgable about the different species of animals we saw. We're big fans of the animal planet - so we were living the dream! Getting all these cool animal facts was super cool - I saw a lot, and learnt a lot :) We didn't expect such good food during the camping trip as well so that was definitely a pleasant surprise and a great plus! I was also blown away by the landscapes - there was always something new from one day to the next as we moved to different locations. Talking and arranging things with Humphrey before the trip was also very efficient. (I have never been camping before and had a million questions for him - but he always replied to all my queries, so it was amazing service prior to the safari on their end as well). My husband also had a malaria scare the morning of our safari expedition and Wildlife Oasis Tours was very helpful and quick - we got to the doctor, and got a test for it in the span of 30 minutes. (It was not Malaria luckily!). Reasonably priced, outstanding customer service and a professionally organised and unforgettable Safari experience - I hope I can do this again sometime in the future. I highly recommend Wildlife Oasis Tours.

Excellent planning for a family with a 10y child
Journeys Discovering Africa tailor-made a safari tour (6 nights) in northern Botswana for our family. The agency was very good in responding to our various questions and demands during the planning phase and was able to put together a great tour suitable for travelling with a child. All our wishes were catered for and the service they provided when some trouble with flights later occurred was more than helpful.
We had a lovely tour and saw a lot of animals plus made a tour to Tsodilo Hills. We were all excited!

Success is in the details!
For my wife's 50th Birthday, she wanted to do an African Safari. I've always booked our vacations in the past, but for this 20 hour flight from the United States to Cape Town I reached out to many Travel agents to support this trip for us and another couple. From initial contact to final decision, Ker and Downey (Sarah and KayLeigh) stood out as proud South African's who wanted to show off their Amazing Country. The Vacation and the sights were great, but what made it amazing was the detail and care in which Ker and Downey planned our Trip. Our first room was perfectly chosen to face the sunrise the next morning. And since we arrived so late, Sarah ensured there was a plate of snacks left in our room since all the local restaurants were closed. The next morning our new driver and Tour Expert (Wayne from Island Tours) arrived on-time and ushered us down Route 62 to Sanbona Private Reserve. The ride was amazing and Wayne spoke excellent English so there were no communication problems. Sanbona was off the charts. Based on my description of what we wanted, Sarah recommended the Tilney Manor Lodge. (Combination of Luxury and convenience and an awesome view of the Sunset - PERFECT).
I not going to describe our entire 11 day trip in detail, but what I must convey is that every step of this vacation was meticulously planned. All the transports showed up on time with specific plans for the day and when those plans did not match the weather for that day, they were willing to change them based on our needs. South Africa was amazing, but I must also sincerely thank Sarah, Kayleigh and Pippa for guiding us through our DREAM VACATION (HOLIDAY)!!
