Safari Avventura han been amazing. We spent a great vacation thanks to their organization and quality of the service.
The list of the positive aspects is quite long actually: very good accomodations, excellent guide (Shunda) who was very well prepared and could speak Italian, great vehicle and definetly a great organization that could take care also of normal travel contingencies.

Another Great Adventure with Richard
The allure of the Serengeti - the silhouette of an Acacia tree against the persimmon streaked sky, the resonant growl of the lion, the whoops of the hyenas that are close to camp, the wildebeests amassing on the shoreline of the Mara River, waiting for instinct to trigger the crossing, leaping into the air and into the water, basculating to find the shoreline and greener pastures, the last migrateur becoming the herd’s sacrifice to a croc in this circle of life. We witnessed it all on this trip !
This is my third safari with Richard, and it only gets better each time. With patience, we witnessed a clash between two male elephants, a tussle for dominance between two giraffes, a pride of lions dining, en famille, on a zebra, and even spotted a shy Serval in the grass. And birds were all part of this fabulous trip, when the animals were hiding from us, we had birds to identify ! For some reason, the Secretary Bird kept appearing in our binoculars, and it was always a wonderful presentation to watch !!
I was very pleased with our accommodations, where we were always welcomed and made to feel at home.
I felt comfortable asking Richard questions in my outside classroom, he answered all of my questions, giving me a better understanding of animal and bird behavior in the Serengeti.

Amazing!

Great organisation and itinerary
Really great experience from start to finish. Excellent organisation and communication from Joy both when we booked and whilst on our safari. Our driver, Tim, was a great driver and had good knowledge of the animals. He spotted animals in the distance which we hadn’t! We were fortunate to see the Big 5. This has been an incredible holiday and we would really recommend Morning Star to book a safari through.

Axis safari was uncomplicated, quick, very reliable and super friendly
We had the greatest experience ever, our tourguide Yasin was very experienced and we got the chance to do so many different animals like lions, cheetah and elephants from a very close view but still keeping the respectful distance to not harass the animals and their babies. The nature was breathtaking. We had a very easy and fast communication and booking with axis safari. Everything was covered for a stressless trip from pick up from Nairobi to the booking of the hotel. Communication was very convenient through WhatsApp and phonecalls to answer all our questions and make the booking. We contacted axis safari and could start our trip the ne t day. Also the stuff at the office was super friendly and supportive. We would always book again with axis safaris

Amazing two day safari - cannot recommend highly enough
We chose Serengeti Savannah Adventures because they planned an exciting itinerary with great accommodation and helpful communication from the start. Erick was always happy to answer the smallest question and we felt that we had a really personal service.
Our guide, Gilbert, met us at the airport and was immediately helpful, flexible and full of interesting information about the animals and places we saw. The vehicle was extremely comfortable, with soft drinks and water on tap, and we were wowed by the range of wildlife we saw. A highlight has to be the lionesses and cubs who walked only a metre or so away from us.
Gilbert gave us great advice about how to make the most of our time on safari. We particularly appreciated how he prioritised looking for the animals we wanted to see, and his strategies meant that we saw lots more than we were expecting. It was easy chatting to Gilbert, and we benefited hugely from his expertise.
The food provided on the trip was delicious, and we loved Escarpment Luxury Lodge, where the staff were welcoming and the facilities delightful. We would recommend staying more than one night if you possibly can!
Overall this was an unforgettable introduction to safari for me, and I would strongly recommend Serengeti Savannah Adventures for your personalised tour. Make sure you ask for Gilbert as your guide - he really made the experience amazing for us.

An Unforgettable Safari – Ask for Gilbert!
We had the most incredible 2-day safari, made truly unforgettable by our guide, Gilbert. From the moment he collected us at Arusha Airport, we knew we were in the best hands. Our first day took us through Tarangire National Park, where Gilbert’s expertise and sharp eye meant we saw animals we would never have spotted ourselves—elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, hippos, rhino, and so much more.
After an epic day, Gilbert drove us to Escarpment Luxury Lodge. The name couldn’t be more fitting, every detail was impeccable. The staff were warm and relaxed, the service seamless, and the rooms both luxurious and comfortable. Waking up to those breathtaking views was a highlight in itself.
Day two began with a 5:30am start into the Ngorongoro Crater, and the experience was simply magical. Gilbert once again showed not only his deep knowledge and skill at finding the best vantage points but also his kindness and patience—always willing to stop, explain, or help others along the way. His professionalism and genuine care made the entire trip stress-free and so enjoyable. The safari vehicle itself was perfectly equipped, with water and soft drinks always available.
For us, Gilbert made this safari extraordinary. If you’re booking with this operator, I cannot recommend strongly enough that you ask for Gilbert, his experience, warmth, and professionalism set him apart.
