Safari met all our expectations and more
Safari was everything we expected it to be and more. Ivory Moon Lodge was excellent and Chef Forward was top notch. Animal viewing was brilliant but guests should know to be prepared for long days for optimal animal experiences. We had 2 days where we were in the vehicle at 5 AM and not back to the lodge until 5 PM. Next safari, we will schedule more time to enjoy the lodge.

Unlike anywhere you have visited (in a good way)
[Wildlife] We were exposed to the nature for the whole days, and we were even able to get really close to the wildlife for a few times — once only 2 meters away from a lion.
[Accommodation] The highlight was the camping. We have camped in Serengeti and Ngorongoro for a few days, and it was amazing. We were living around some animals such as zebras, giraffes, gazelles, and impalas. At night, we were covered with the starry sky. We got acceptable (although not luxurious — that would be a bit unrealistic there, at least for us) restroom and shower room there.
[Food] The Tanzanians surely know how to cook. We have enjoyed the local cuisine, and we especially appreciated their use of spices.

Hermosa Life Tours Truly Lives Up to Its Name – More Than a Safari, a Life Changing Experience
Hermosa Life Tours live up to their name - they really do deliver a tour that is a once in a lifetime adventure! Over the course of 8 days we toured magnificent Rwanda, a place of beauty, humanity, inspiration, and future thinking. We started off with a guide, and finished with a friend. Abou was more like a travelling companion than an employee, and offered us his knowledge, heart, care, intellect, stories, philosophies, ears and eyes. We were so blessed to be accompanied by this amazing human. He steered us through Akagera National Park where we found lions and lionesses lazing under trees, rhinos closer than you might imagine, hippos galore, giraffes, zebra, buffalo, crocodiles, all manner of antelope, and birds aplenty. The King's Palace was a treat. In Nwungwe we ziplined, went for a canopy walk, found chimpanzees, vervet monkeys and mountain monkeys. We joined the traditional fisherman on the lake for an incredible experience netting sambaza. We travelled north visiting a tea plantation, joining the pickers and making a traditional brew, and replicated this experience with coffee and Arabica beans the next day, Abou ensured we were expertly looked after when we ventured into the Virunga Mountains, spending an hour with a Silverback gorilla, his wives and babies. My husband looked at me in the midst of this experience and asked, "Is this real?" The following day we trekked through potato fields to join the golden monkeys amongst the bamboos, and then joined the villagers where we were treated to our own personalised wedding re-enactment which was such a rich experience. Rwanda is now our favourite destination amongst many previously visited, and Abou our favourite companion. At every stage our comfort and experience was considered, the communication between Abou, Oreste and Yvonne was exceptional, as was Abou's communication with all the various guides that supported us. This was more than a holiday, more than a safari - it was an immersion with the Rwandan people, their country, their history, their way of life, their animals, and most importantly their future. This was a once in a life time experience, and we're so eternally grateful for it. This guy doesn't he was good - Lucas to the right position for any event that occur in the Safari.
For improvement – I expect the tour guide to provide more information and be active and proactive, and not just answer questions like a passive tour guide.
The tour guide Rahim is an excellent driver, drives safely, and his main advantage is that he made great efforts to bring us to active and interesting points within the safari. When we reached an interesting and active point, he made sure to take us to an interesting location where you can see a lot of things compared to other vehicles

Incredible and unforgettable experience
An unforgettable experience with African Bush Lovers! Our trip was in late April/ early May, and we spent 8 days in the mobile tent camp, traveling from Maun to Kasane, and then a day trip to Victoria Falls. We got to experience Khwai, Savuti and Chobe, and we saw absolutely everything there was to see. Our guide TT was incredible. He is knowledgeable, experienced, has the eyes of a hawk, and gave us an unforgettable experience in the bush. He is also unmatched when it comes to navigating the bush and rough roads, we felt safe the entire time. Our amazing camp team, Amos, Big Ben and Hakeem made camp-life relaxing and full of fun and new experiences. Great food, lovely atmosphere, we felt very taken care of.
Thank you so much to ABL for an incredible and unforgettable experience. Cannot recommend these guys enough, they are professionals with a real passion for their work. Botswana is beautiful, and we are so grateful we got to experience it. If we ever get the chance to go back, this team will be our first choice.

Awesome 🤩
We booked a 3-day safari with Kyooma Gorilla Safaris. From the very beginning, everything was organized perfectly. As agreed, we were picked up right on time in Kigali, Rwanda, by our guide Edgar. We highly recommend Edgar – he speaks excellent English, is always punctual, and is great company. We shared many laughs during the trip!
The accommodations we stayed in fully met our expectations, as did the Golden Monkey Trekking and the Gorilla Trekking experiences 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻.
After these three days, we took advantage of the opportunity to rent the 4x4 and continue exploring Rwanda on our own. Once again, everything was arranged perfectly, including the border crossing from Uganda back into Rwanda.
