It was a beautiful experience, everyone was so kind and helpful. We would have never made it to the top of Kilimanjaro without the positive vibes from the guides and porters! Paul is a fantastic operator, with an amazingly friendly and helpful team helping make dreams come true. Benjamin on Safari was incredible at getting us unbelievable views of everything we wanted to see and very knowledgeable on plants and animals. The team on Kilimanjaro quickly became our family, catering to our dietary needs easily and cooking amazing food. Every staff always had a smile and spread joy and made us feel very comfortable even at over 4500m. Special mention to Joshua, Sadam, Daniel, Benji, Phillip and Victor, unfortunately unable to remember the other names but will never forget their hard work and big smiles. Visited Nyungwe and Volcanoes National Parks in Rwanda with three grandchildren. An exhilarating and wonderful wildlife experience. Absolutely brilliant
We had an excellent safari from start to finish. The communication beforehand was really good and kept us at ease to know that all was organised and planned.
The pick up from the hotel and drop off at another location was no problem. It was our anniversary and we were presented with a beautiful bunch of roses.
The accommodation we stayed at we outstanding and the food was above any expectations we had.
The safari days were never a disappointment. We saw every animal possible. Our guide Kelvin was a true gentleman and somehow always managed to get as close to the animals as he possibly could. His knowledge and interaction with us was excellent.
We had a trips of a lifetime and have come away with so many memories that will never leave us. We will definitely recommend your company to others

My partner and I traveled from Kigali to Bwindi Forest for a gorilla trek with Richard from Zamunda Travels, and the experience exceeded every expectation. From our very first communication, Richard was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took care of every detail of the trip — visa guidance, border crossing logistics, park permits, accommodation, transportation, and even making sure we received our gorilla trekking certificates. Michael was fun, knowledgeable and showed us ALL the animals!
We learned about Kenya and some of its history, and Michael was also able to share great information about the animals as he drove us around the park. We laughed a lot (especially at the opportunistic baboons who pulled off a heist), and got up close to so many animals. The zebras were my personal favorite!

Amazing trip and unforgettable wildlife encounters
We had an incredible safari experience from start to finish. The itinerary was well organized, the lodges met our expectations, and everything ran smoothly throughout the trip.
A special mention goes to our driver, Libe, and our guide, Daniel. Both clearly have many years of experience and know the parks so well that it sometimes felt like they had a GPS built into their heads! Thanks to their remarkable spotting skills, we were able to see an amazing variety of wildlife, including animals that are often difficult to find. May God preserve that eyesight for many years to come!
Daniel speaks very good Spanish. He was able to explain the animals, landscapes, and local environment clearly and answer all of our questions throughout the trip.
Even in the busier parks, they knew how to avoid the biggest crowds whenever possible, making the experience more enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and genuinely concerned about our well-being, adapting to our needs along the way.
We would happily recommend this safari and especially our guides, who played a huge part in making this trip so memorable.

Exceptional staff, they literally spoiled us!We had a wonderful 4-day family safari in June with Wakanda, and it was a flawless experience from start to finish.Even before our departure, the customer support from Italy with our coordinator Giulia was extraordinary: welcoming, super helpful, and incredibly responsive. She answered my every question—even the most random ones—literally in less than a second!The punctuality at hotel pickup was fantastic. That’s where we met Justin, our guide for the entire trip, who immediately welcomed us with some very thoughtful welcome gifts. The jeep was equipped with every comfort, including water and various drinks always available. Justin is an incredibly knowledgeable guide, both about fauna and flora: he answered all our questions, even the most specific ones, with great professionalism.A special shout-out goes to the head chef, Moses. A young man with extraordinary culinary skills: from breakfast to dinner, he delighted us with true gourmet dishes.They truly spoiled and pampered us at every moment. A heartfelt thank you to the entire amazing staff at Wakanda for making this family trip unforgettable! We highly recommend them to everyone with our eyes closed.
