Very responsible and compassionate.
MorningStar is a group that was about to take us on a Safari in Kenya when we suddenly faced a nightmarish situation.
Young men Dennis and Alex were ready to pick us up to go on a safari. We were a group of six and our average age was 75. One person in our group, slumped and fell as he was coming to join us at the reception. He had a cardiac arrest and passed away in the corridor. Everything went topsy- turvy.
Dennis and Alex came over and immediately told us they will take care of everything and we didn’t have to do anything. Exactly according to their words, the employees of Morning Star were with us from the first day until they put us in the plane back to the US.
Morning star employees said they will take care of every detail for us and told us we can continue to stay in the same hotel and do not have to worry about anything. Sure enough we did not have to hassle with anything. They took care of the formalities in the funeral home, procuring the death certificate, informing the US Embassy. At the same time they were talking to us and helping us to process our grief. Alex and Dennis took on the whole responsibility with a smile.
The MorningStar employees made everything easy, smooth and efficient. I recommend them from the bottom of my heart for any group that wants to go on a Safari. These are great guys who make sure you are in comfort throughout and, I am sure, will give you an unforgettable Safari experience!

Almost everything we planed realized
It was a great experience to go with Super Africa Wildlife, the price is competitive, our contract is well delivered . Our Guide/Driver Bensil is a really responsible and experienced guide, he knows exactly where to spot which animal, thanks to his experience and our luck, we only waited by the Mara River around 1hour and saw the zebras and wildbeests crossing the river, it was spectacular!! Not only that, he also knows where the clean toilets are on the road, that's a big plus to us!!
The whole trip went pretty smooth, we had a very good time in Kenya!

Great value, flexible and easy to deal with online, even more friendly in person.
Great safari experience, for a rate that was very competitive compared to other online prices for Maun (you can find cheaper prices for everywhere if you're in person, but then you run the risk of not having things available on your dates). We felt very happy with the experience we got, which was tailored to our specific needs in having a flight we needed to get back for. Like all safari companies in the area, they subcontract with local guides, and LK was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable. Had a fun mokoro experience and a wonderful game drive with two comfortable nights camping as well. Overall highly recommended, and easy to deal with when organizing everything online.

Unforgettable experience thanks to the best guides Ernest and Innocent
Me and my group of 9 friends recently went on a Safari Soles tour, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. Our guides, Ernest and Innocent, were nothing short of amazing. They were incredibly knowledgeable and constantly in tune with the surroundings, always listening to the radio for additional wildlife sightings. Thanks to them, we got to see a wide range of animals in their natural habitat, and they ensured we got some incredible photos! In addition, they had answers to any questions we had and gave us many fun and unique facts. Ernest and Innocent took care of everything—from making sure we were well-fed to keeping us safe throughout the entire trip. It's clear they genuinely cared about our experience and are passionate about what they do. They made the whole adventure an unforgettable, once in a lifetime experience.
Our accommodations varied from luxurious villas to cozy tents, which made for a unique and memorable trip. Even while camping, I always felt safe and well-cared-for, with access to all the essentials. I never worried for my safety, as the staff was very attentive and there was always a Maasai member nearby to guide us anywhere we needed. Falling asleep to the sounds of zebras and lions in the distance was one of the highlights of the trip.
I can’t recommend Ernest, Innocent, and Safari Soles enough! If you're looking for a safari that combines adventure, comfort, and expert guidance, there's no one better to go with.

Excellent private Safari by Edward!
My friend and I arranged a 2 day Safari to the Masai Mara with Edward who was our driver and Guide in a private Landcruiser.
Edward was excellent and always kept us updated, made lots of interesting stops to break up the journey and he was kind and respectful throughout.
He knew where to find the animals once we were in the Mara and we were able to see most of the "Big 5"in just one day. He provided lots of useful information throughout and listened to us well with what we wanted to see.
Doing a Safari once in the Masai Mara is a once in a lifetime opportunity and is not to be missed if you get the chance. I had a great experience and would highly recommend!

Good operating company
I had a wonderful trip and was lucky enough to see the 'Big 5' (lion, leopard, rhino, elephant, and buffalo). My guide Stanley was very knowledgeable of the animals and the landscape and was a friendly and helpful host. When I had a stomach issue, he made sure I saw a doctor that was able to prescribe medication that fixed my symptoms. We rode around in an 8-seat Toyota Land Cruiser, which is the standard. The lodging we stayed at had private bathrooms, which was nice, and all meals were provided. Communication with the operating company was easy, I used email and phone calls.

Awesome!
A delightful visit to Bwindi National Park
Wildlife Encounters coordinated our visit to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest this June 2023. They were patient and kind even if our request was on short notice. With their attention to detail, we were able to enjoy a wonderful hike through Bwindi, and see a whole family of gorillas in Rushaga sector. Thanks to their friendly driver - Fred, we able to get the local lore on how Bwindi got its name as well as a guided tour of both Kisoro and Kabale towns where we enjoyed the scenic views of the steep hills, the terraced gardens, mountain peaks and deep creator lakes. Thank you Wildlife Encounters for an experience of a lifetime! I highly recommend them for all your tours to Uganda and East Africa.

Very touristic, very little animals, maybe it is too big, but compared to the others it's like being in the desert....

Nice place for safari but stay away from beaches!
Had a nice experience overall, safari was decent organized: we liked almost everything but lunch box were very poor with cold chicken, driver was nice (he only would have to explain a bit more once we are experiencing the safari).
We had a problem with one of our transfers from Mombasa to Nairobi (was supposed to be by first cass train and it was paid 10 months in advance to Silas) but the day before we had to buy a flight ticket by ourselves just to avoid to join a 10 hour bus! By the way Silas recognized us some money back.
The rest of the organization was just perfect!
We really appreciate the animals and the experience, the structures we stayed, we only think that kenyan people are not a very welcoming (I am not saying they are not polite!!) ….. most of them are just doing their job to get money without any kind of care or love…. we experienced some (just 4/5) of them which really liked their job, and it was very clear: they were just adorable!!!
Now the very bad thing about the coastline: ladies and gentlemen get ready to be constantly bothered by people for every kind of thing… the just try to make you pay for something, also to walk behind you just to make sure their friends won’t bother you while walking on the beach!
The beach in Watamu was full of plastic, it was everywhere!!!!! That’s unacceptable!
Outside of the hotel (we stayed in Watamu and Diani Beach) is just a mess: people driving like crazy, roads are destroyed, people constantly try to approach you for some money or trying to sell something, very very disappointing and stressful.
Our vacation was ruined by people who live there, the same people that prefer bother tourists than find a job and try to make their country a welcoming destination!
We got back with one big certain: WE WILL NOT BE BACK IN KENYA ANYMORE!
