From the first moment we engaged with Serengeti Wakanda Tours & Safaris months in advance, that we knew we were dealing with a group of trustworthy and caring people, striving to meet our needs and desires on our safari trip. Communication was always quick and everything was detailed in advance regarding payments, hotels, travel plans, transfers.
Despite offering us an option of an hotel in Arusha for the night before the safari, we opted to book one ourselves. Nevertheless, they assured our transfer from the airport to the hotel on the day before the safari started, even after a 2h delay of our flight.
The 4-day safari was absolutely perfect. Our guide Benjamin had a perfect eye and experience at spotting wild animals and was always keen to answer all our questions. The warm lunch every day was super tasty and the hotels provided were absolutely stunning, with lovely decoration and breathtaking views and kind people in each one.
In summary, we totally recommend you booking your safari with this company. You will have a wonderful experience and accompanied by extremely warm people. Although all guides should be great, we have to highlight Benji as a great company for your safari.

Henry of Dume Africa Trails made myself and my family feel safe, secure, and special. He got us to our safari drives safely and always put us in a position to see the animals. He is such a wonderful guide.... always attentive amd anticipating our needs, chose excellent camps for us to stay at, and the car was comfortable and well equipped to get us around even in the rainy season. He even took us to the giraffe center when we arrived back on Nairobi. Such a wonderful experience and Henry is SO trustworthy. Book with Dume for the experience of a lifetime!

The tour was amazing and our guide Francis was perfect! Massai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Amboseli are really different and all on the own way beautiful! I would do that again.

The safari experience was incredible, we were able to see the animals up close, we just didn't see the rhinos, but we saw many other animals.
Positive points: water was provided during the safari, driver/guide was very friendly
Negative points: in our jeep with 8 people we were in 4 different hotels, which delayed the start of the tour on the 2nd day, during the tour we were given little information about the animals, a 3-day tour that is only worth it for the second day, the rest of the days are long trips on very damaged roads, although this is not the fault of the company that organizes the tour, however, the jeep could be more comfortable, the semi-reclining seats could not be adjusted, in short the jeep was very worn and not very comfortable

Abel's local Park knowledge, fantastic local Network ( essential to help find the key species you want to see ) along with his great interpersonal skills and easy interaction, made the Safari a very comfortable and enjoyable time.. It also helped us that Abel spoke essentially fluent English!!

A tailor made bird watching tour …. Excellent
David took us out for 2 days in and around Johannesburg for birding.
Very professional reliable safe and got to see some wonderful birds and local nature.
David also has great knowledge and love of his country which was very informative.
