The most amazing Kenya safari
We arranged our safari with Lewis and Imara Africa via WhatsApp where Lewis sent me lots of links for various places, helped me choose dates, pick up and drop off places etc.
We decided on a pick up from our hotel in Nairobi where all of the staff met us with the private vehicle and our driver James. We drove to Amboseli National Park where we stayed for 1 night at the Elewana Tortilis Camp with food and drink included. The drive into the park itself was amazing and we saw lots of animals. We then had another safari drive later in the afternoon.
The following morning we drove to Tsavo West and Salt Lick Lodge where we were staying for 2 nights and again a game drive on the way in and another one in the afternoon.
On the second day we had a full day game drive in Tsavo East and the following morning James drove us to Mombasa where we were flying to Zanzibar.
James was an amazing driver and we saw all of the big 5 while we were there. He made sure we had plenty of water in the truck and got us to each place safely. Lewis of course made sure everything was arranged in advance so checking in was smooth and our accommodation was amazing!
I will be planning another safari for the Masai Mara and I have no hesitation in using Imara Africa Safaris.

From the vehicle to the personality! Everything you could want in a Rwanda guide!
Our tour guide picked us up on time in a large and comfortable land cruiser. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and spoke very clear English. Everything about the trip from the logistics to the hotel/lodges were wonderful. Communications were timely in a group chat and we felt like we were with a friend rather than a guide! He made sure we had an unforgettable African experience.

I am from Jamaica 🇯🇲, and Africa has always been on my bucket list of places to visit. After doing thorough research and considering customer feedback, I chose Serengeti Smiles as my tour company. My assigned tour guide was Champion. From our meeting point to our drop-off, he took excellent care of my friends and me. Title: Champion the Champ! He was a knowledgeable, patient and fun tour guide.
We were greeted by Champion in Kenya who drove us to Tanzania. He walked us through the process going through the border, provided an outline of our day and off we went to the Serengeti, Tanzania.
Champion, drove with care, yet always on the lookout for animals to show us, which he didn’t see at first.
Champion, explained the history about the towns we drove past, the Maasai people and the culture of Tanzania.
Champion, was patient with us as we took pictures along the way.
We felt safe with Champion as he presented as calm, knowledgeable, friendly and cool.
He was an amazing tour guide who made this trip enjoyable and contributed to the humbling experience I had.

Exceptional Experience operator
Our tour operator Champion was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He picked us up at Tanzania’s and Kenya border with detail of our trip.. he made the Safari fun and exciting. Gave us dept of detail about the animals and fun facts. He made us feel safe and comfortable doing the Serengeti Safari.
I would do another trip with this company and definitely request Champion.

Amazing day tour experience in Nairobi National Park
Me and two friends really enjoyed the tour of the Nairobi National Park at an adequate price. Patrick, as the driver and tour guide, explained in detail about the animals there and I really appreciated his efforts so that we could see lots of animals. Another thing that was very impressive, Patrick & Peter are a very honest team, he contacted me after finding my friend's credit card which had fallen in the van. I personally really appreciate their honesty and kindness. I highly recommend this tour and I will use this tour service again if I visit Kenya again next year.

We decided to book Serengeti smile based off the reviews and itinerary, and they did not disappoint. The tour guide, Champion, was very accommodating, knowledgeable about the towns we passed, the Serengeti, the people, and animals. He made sure to answer any questions we have, stopped to get the best pictures, and even adjusted when it was raining. Overall, it was a great tour.

Safari365 was a Roaring Success!
Our South African Adventure kicked off with meticulous planning by Safari365 and ended with a camera roll full of memories . We came for the Big Five and left with big smiles, epic stories and a postcard-worthy photo from practically every corner. The star of the planning show was consultant Zannon, who booked accommodation at Tintswalo Lodge; so perfectly tailored to our family of five (grandparents, parents, 9-year-old granddaughter). It felt like we'd been VIPs in a National Geographic documentary (we got up close and touching a rhino and lion after a helicopter darting thanks to Riian our guide). Meanwhile, Trevor, our personal concierge, tackled our endless questions and gave us foodie-approved dining suggestions and fun activities in Cape Town. Who knew penguin-spotting could work up such an appetite? As our wildlife sightings and scenery numbers skyrocketed, so did our photo-clicking frenzy. By the time the trip was over, we had more snaps than a Kardashian at Fashion Week. Luckily, Safari365 anticipated this paparazzi-level behavior and gifted us an A4 20-page bonus photo book! Picking 50 photos felt like choosing a favourite child, but memories are memories. Uploading those photos from home was a breeze, and in no time—voilà , Bob’s Your Uncle!—an A4 hardcover photo book landed on our doorstep. The bonus photo book had turned our snaps into a coffee table masterpiece; it’s packed with our journey, African trivia, and even a traditional recipe. Friends actually want to flip through it, proving once and for all that a photo book beats squinting at my phone any day. Well done Safari365, the bonus photobook, another initiative first, a success and much appreciated. We had a Roaring good time.

Great adventure with lots of animals
The safari was very nice and comfortable, and there was no tension or danger from the animals. Johnny Jackson, our tour guide knew how to balance safety and adventure.
We enjoyed our adventures with jocky tours.
