We contacted Phionah for our mountain gorilla trekking adventure in Rwanda and we could not be more pleased with our experience and the service we received. Phionah was very helpful with coordinating the entire trip and very responsive, quickly replying to any and all questions we had. Payment was easy and secure and the driver we were matched with, Nuru, was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and such a great person to have with us throughout our stay.

Simply incredible!
The most Amazing 7 day safari we have been to! Breathtaking sceneries, open grasslands with hundreds of wildlife species, will just take your breath away. Excellent service all round!
My wife and I organised a 9 day safari through KET and I would definitely recommend using them! It is the second time that I have used them and again, they did not disappoint. Unlike almost all other operators that we contacted who tried to force us to go with their standard safari tours, KET actually listened and put together the exact itinerary that we wanted. They were also considerably cheaper than any of the other operators and in no way compromised on quality! When initially researching the trip, we emailed Paul many times with different itineraries and places to stay and each time he responded very promptly and professionally, always happy to help.
Our guide, Saba, was excellent and great fun to be around. He worked tirelessly in order to try and get us the best sightings and the result was that we saw much more than we could have ever dreamed of!
Also, extra credit must go to Paul and his team for all the hard work they did in order to get our luggage back to us after it had been lost on our flight into Kilimanjaro. They had to deal with the incompetence of Kenya Airways who had no idea where our bags were for a couple of days and once they had found them, refused to send them to where we were staying. It is only because of the hard work of the KET team that we got our bags back at all - for which we are very grateful!
For anyone looking to go to either Kenya or Tanzania for safari, look no further than KET!

Amazing Safari
I highly recommend ACZ Safari. The customer service and prices were excellent. Josh who coordinated my trip always had a quick response answering all of my many questions. Robert our tour guide and driver was just amazing. He was an excellent driver even on some of the rough bumpy roads he always made us feel safe. I arrived towards the very end of the migration and he made sure all of us were going to see it. In addition, he wouldn't stop until we all saw what we came to see. We were able to see lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes and so much more.

Nice experience
We had 3-day safari in Masai Mara with Axis. The communication with Lennox was very fast. Our guide was excellent. He knew a lot of information about animals and he was very skilled driver. The accommodation and food in the camp was very good and we were nicely surprised. There was the only thing that was not as promised. Before I booked our trip, I had asked whether all people in a car would have a window seat and Lennox promised it. And guess what? My husband didn´t have his own window. He sat in the middle and could use only a roof window. Moreover, there was not enough space for three people standing in one row and looking out from the roof window, so my husband and me had to rotate.

The most amazing Namibia experience we could have possibly asked for.
Our 3 day, 2 night Namibia camping tour was possibly the most amazing experience I have ever had. Joseph organised absolutely everything on our behalf, from transfers, to accommodation, food and activities. The whole trip far exceeded expectations, everything was extremely well organised, Joseph was always very responsive and had the answer to every single question you could possibly think of. I will 110% be using African Coast Travel & Tours again in the near future!!!

Great trip that fulfilled our expections
Goba Tours Hospitality Solutions were from the very start easy to communicate with. They understood what we were looking for and organised a perfect trip for us to Iringa, Ruaha National Park and Bagamoyo. With an excellent safari driver and a committed guide we experienced a fantastic safari in one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. We saw so all the different animals you hope to see on a safarin, including lepard, a puffadder and cheetas. Goba tours arrangement with lodging in self contained bungalows where they organised meals for us was perfect!
They also showed us an amazing place outside Iringa, Ismalia where there is a stone age site and beautiful canyon.
Goba Tours helped us booking a peaceful and very good hotel in Bagamoyo for a true retreat beside the Indian Ocean at the Bagamoyo Country Club.
Goba Tours were there for us throughout our stay for advice and assistance. A personal, professional company that we are happy to recommend!

Everything and more!
The communication prior to our Safari was excellent and Joshua always put us at ease when booking and making payment. We received a VIP service from our pick up to drop off after our safari. While on the Safari our driver Stanley and Jambo Mara lodge workers esepcially Evelyn were fantastic by adhering to our every need. We received all the wildlife information we expected and more as Stanley was very knowledgeable and he ensured we got mind blowing close images of the Big 5 and more. The most exhilarating experience of our lives!!
