Unforgettable, simply excellent !
5/5

Communication before the trip was professional, easy and fast, even special requests were accommodated due to Mushra's great flexibility.
I chose the 7 day Gorilla Trekking and Wildlife Viewing Safari, the tour exceeded my expectations. My guide, Martin, made this a very memorable experience with his in depth knowledge of Ugandan culture and wildlife as well as his good humour. The accommodation and food choices throughout the tour were excellent providing unbeatable value for money !
If you are looking for an authentic and unforgettable tour of Uganda, Mushra is the team to go with !

Poor selection of subcontracted safari guide, disorganized and inacurate information.
2/5

We selected Travel Partners Ltd. though not the most economical because of our initial correspondence with them. Belen was good to work with and did her job well. However, she was in a difficult position as her company was not as professional as she. Most safari companies do not require 50% upfront as do Travel Partners. Before leaving the U.S. we asked if a Bank (cashiers) check for the second half would be OK, and were told in writing that yes a check would be fine. Once in Africa ready to begin our safari they informed that a check was not OK after all and asked for funds to be wired instead. It is very difficult to wire internationally from the U.S. if not there to sign. Travel Partners pushed Belen to push us for the wire everyday during our safari. Most U.S. banks would not have been able to comply, fortunately we had an account at an institution that once all international requirements were met were able to wire. This issue was unnecessary, and caused needless stress. -- We tailor planned a safari to visit several parks in Tanzania spending most of the time in Serengeti including the north Mara area to see the Wilde-beast crossing. Our driver although pleasant was unprofessional and a very poor driver. We had two vehicle accidents during our 5 day safari, one could have been very serious, both were driver related. The vehicle and the driver had been subcontracted by Travel Partners. The vehicle was only in fair condition, (it caused permanent damage to luggage). One accident was a near head on collision at high speed with another safari vehicle (thick dust impaired sight), loss of exterior mirror and severe body damage to the entire length of the vehicle resulted from the accident. It was that close to being very serious. Due to the accidents, we had to ride with other safari drivers until our driver could repair our vehicle enough to continue. We had two experiences in other safari vehicles with other drivers, both were far superior drivers to ours, and the vehicles were in better condition (they even had cold water in the cooler, we did not - sometimes we did not have water at all.) A flight from central Serengeti to Zanzibar was part of our itinerary. Our flight was to leave Serengeti at 11:00 a.m. and arrive Zanzibar at 2:00 p.m. via Arusha. Although not the fault of Travel Partners, the flight was delayed both at Serengeti and in Arusha, so we arrived at 6:00 pm causing a loss of 4 hours in Zanzibar - Belen said she would try to get some compensation from the airline if possible.
--In spite of the above mentioned incidents, we enjoyed the experience. The accommodations were charming, and we were able to see so many animals. Serengeti is very beautiful!
--Overall, I would suggest looking at another safari company to plan your safari. The wonderful experience of being in Tanzania and the parks was not the result of Travel Partners, it was Tanzania itself. A different company could enhance the experience rather than inhibit it.

A marvellous and magical tour.
5/5

We visited Kenya this August. We went through a net search on tour operators and decided to go on a trip with Magical Retreats and adventures tour.Pamela was our tour advisor. She was very friendly, prompt and helpful and provided us with every information. The tour suited our requirements.Pamela responded to all our queries.
We received a warm welcome from her and all the hotels were very comfortable and we had a luxurious stay in Amboseli,Nakuru,Masai mara and Nairobi.
The safaris were a marvellous and magical experience. Our guide and driver Lawrence is a nice person and an excellent guide, we could spot all the animals except cheetah. It was one of the most magical holiday with great memories. Thanks to Pamela and Lawrence. Wish Pamela and her team all success and will recommend them to my friends and others who would like to visit Kenya.

Wonderful experience
5/5

We panned our three days in Arusha with Face of Africa trought email. We arrived at the airport and Hamadi came to pick us up and take us to the hotel (which they book for us). Later in the afternoon Hamadi came to take us around in the city and after he took us to a local place to eat. The day after we went to Ngorongoro for an AWESOME SAFARI. The following day before we took the plane for Zanzibar we went to the Hot springs.
Face of Africa people are very very nice and they always reply immediately to the emails, it was really easy to organize the trip with them.

Best Budget Safari in Africa. 5 STARS
5/5

Our point of contact Lennox was always prompt in his replies and very informative and helpful to all our questions. This was my first Africa trip along with some friends and he made us feel secure with what we were getting. Also, no advance payment, we paid only on arrival and that was very convincing as well.

Our driver and guide Jimmy was excellent. Gem of a person. Went off the beaten path in the safari to get us ahead of the pack and the best possible views of the animals and he would also go around them to get us the best photographs.

One of the most hospitable tours I've been on to any of my travels.

Would highly recommend taking them. You will be safe and will have a great time.

Wonderful experience of a lifetime at Kenya
5/5

The whole safari experience was managed really well by the team. I would specially like to thank John, who was our driver cum safari guide for 6 days. There were slight mix up initially with the accommodation but Peter handled things well and we were very comfortable throughout the trip. The pick up /drop were always on time, the accommodations were beautiful at all 3 places (Nakuru, masai mara and amboseli). Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend family and friends to go book with Africa flash mc tours.

Memories of a Lifetime
5/5

Back to the grind a week later I am still reeling from my experience of a lifetime amidst the savannahs of Masai Mara! Anyone seeking adventure, excitement, and thrill out in the wild with the humble beasts themselves will not be disappointed...
All this was possible thanks to Lennox and his team who had it all sorted out for us. Right from the airport, up until the last day we were well taken care of and everything was planned accordingly. Jimmy who was our guide and driver went out of his way to ensure we experienced the best of what Masai Mara had to offer. Even the camps set in nature were comfortable and provided all the basic necessities. A bonfire later in the evening to sit around and dwell on the sights and experiences of the Safari was a perfect way to end the day.
My only suggestion to up the experience further would be to reduce the time traveled on road during the day by setting off earlier, so the same time can be spent out on the Safari instead.
Thanks again Lennox for your excellent services!

The service was great. Worth the money.
5/5

At first I was skeptical of this company based on some strange negative comments they got, but it all changed when I met the amazing staff and owner Mwajabu. They were really helpful throughout the whole journey and made sure we enjoyed our stay.

Mwajabu met us at the airport and took us to our hotel. We did a 6 days safari, starting in Selous game reserve, followed by Mikumi, and a visit to the Masaai village. She also offered a ride back to the airport.

Our driver Abdullah is a great person. On some days he drove for 12 hours, keeping a smile on his face and the positive energy was always there.

We stayed in several Lodges, the best was Camp Bastian in Mikumi. Hippo Camp is also a nice place with scenery and good service.

The highlights of our trip was the game drive in Selous with our guide Michael. This guys is so passionate about what he does and about his country. We felt like a bunch of kids discovering nature for the first time.

Thank you all!

Highly recommended!!
5/5

I did two days of private safari in Tarangire and Ngorongoro and I was very satisfied. I saw all the big five but the leopard. Mike who is my guide was quick in getting in finding the animals and a good spot for viewing. Trust me, it gets so crowded and because most of us are doing this probaly once in our lifetime, you wanna have the best vantage view point- Mike is good in finding those spots. Another thing that I want to mention is how they had treated me as a member of their family. I had issues with my Kilimanjaro climb operator and they went above and beyond to help me. They drove me from Arusha to Moshi (about 2.5 hours) and helped me find a hotel. They also stayed with me until the Kili operator whom I booked my climb came. To me, that is a good value you should be looking when choosing for a tour guide- one that really takes care of it's client. I highly recommend them!!!
