Detailed toward the client!

Amos and his team (Our Guides - Epa and Nicolas) plus the porters were fantastic. Level of client focus and knowledge was incredible. We made the summit of Kilimanjaro in no small part thanks to this quality outfit and super service orientated team

Amazing and Incredible 6 Days Safari Trip
5/5

I actually planned the trip with Bright African Safaris in Sept 2016 but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and since than I have been communication with Mr. Msangi, the owner. Finally me and my wife were able to do the trip in the 1st week of Sept 2017. Mr. Msangi responded to all my queries timely via email and whatsup for all queries in 2016 (eventhough we cancelled the trip) and 2017 again. He and his team organised the trip beyond my satisfaction. I am very confident Bright African Safaris will ensure the same to all their clients. I was so confident with Msangi that I infact paid 80% of the trip upfront via my bank remittance from Malaysia to their company account in Arusha, Tanzania and he confirmed receipt with 2 days.

About the Trip:
We covered Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Central and North Serengeti (Mara river wilderbeast crossings). The trip was very well organised and catered to our needs of mixed accomodation of 2 nights camping at Public Camps and 3 nights in Lodge accomodation. We had an unforgetful lifetime experience of wildlife from day 1. I have to stress that our guide/driver was Mrindoko was excellent with very good knowledge of the wildlife and conversed in a simple manner for easy understanding. Mrindoko's knowledge, communication, patience, sharpness in sighting the wildlife was beyond our expectations. He along with Mr. Rama (cook) made sure we had a great time and saw so much of wildlife. Our cook Rama was very good and made sure we had more than satisfactory food and even cooked Tanzanian food at our request since we wanted to try. Both made us extremely comfortable for the entire journey. The journey is in the wilderness and ofcourse the roads were bumpy, dusty but Mrindoko tried his best to make it easy for us. Both were careful and safe at all times and ensured stopping at the safe places for bush toilets. Most of all we had a great and fantastic time watching all the animals guided by Mrindoko, with his sharp skills supported by Rama. We were delight to see the Mara river wildebeast crossings, Lions mating, the illusive Rhinos twice and a lot,lot of wildlife. Our only negative was the 1st night at the public camp was without water had only squating toilets making difficult for us. It's good to check this before the trip if accomodation is in public camps. Overall tops marks to Bright African Safaris and their team, Guide Mrindoko and Cook Rama. By the time we finished the trip we have become very good friends. Do expect minor issues with the 4x4 vehicle during the travel. Our 4x4 had radiator leaking during the journey and Mrindoko and Rama ensured it was fixed. On the way we stopped to help another Safari company 4x4 struggling to fix a flat tyre , yes they asked our permission before helping we gladly said yes. They are an excellent team and will ensure customer is more than satisfied. A little patience by clients is required for see, enjoy and make the trip a lifetime experience.

Thank you Kenya, thank you 'Spirit of Kenya'!
This was one of the most beautiful vacation I had. I felt secured, inspired and grateful to people, nature and animals.
Te agency and our guide arranged everything perfectly for us and we simply didn't have anything else to do but enjoying and feeling the nature.

Fantastic experience with a fantastic guide
5/5

The first thing I would like to commend about wildebeest safaris is the professionalism in their approach. They were open to changes and made our work easier in such a way that we need not worry about anything. Though there was a glitch in pick from airport the rest of the trip was so good we can overlook that small lapse. Our contact Noah was very helpful and went out of the way to book a few additional trips for my family. Coming to the safari, our guide Willy was above par. He took a lot of pains to show us all the animals from the front seat. A small issue was the vehicle we got was not very comfortable. But then if the guide takes extra measures to show us all the big 5 we would not mind this lapse. The trip was above and beyond our expectations. We would come again to Kenya through this company.

Right from the initial contact with Memory, the hand over of the vehicle by Rawlings, the very helpful advice en route by Jim and the interaction with with Mark (MD) at the end of the trip, I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Land and Lake

Awesome Safari-experience, worth all the money!
5/5

We (4 girls) spent 2 1/2 days at the Ruaha Nationalpark (2 days of gamedrive and a walking safari) with Chabo Africa. The communication via Email was okay, there were some misunderstandings but in the end everything worked out perfectly. Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and a bottle of water per day & person were included and the food was really delicious. If you want coffee or Softdrinks you should take some money with you, because you have to pay for them yourself. Chabo Africa picked us up in Iringa and after a bumpy 2 hours car ride we checked into the accommodation (nice and cheap bandas inside the national park with private bathroom - totally fine). Afterwards we had lunch and started with the gamedrive. We saw a lot of different animals (lions, leopard, elefants, zebras, giraffes and so on). Our driver was very reliable, on time and friendly, he showed us all the animals but he could have given us a little more information about them. All in all the price was good and really worth it because we had a beautiful trip and were very happy and satisfied. We are totally recommending Chabo Africa to everyone who wants to have a nice and "cheap" Safari and we would totally go with them again.

One of the best tours i have had
5/5

The tour was awesome, excellent communication. They promised to improve on the packages they had at the time, and I hope to have an even better experience next time. Would rate them a 9 of 10 based on their knowledge of the environment and willingness to do more for the customer.

Great tour company!
5/5

Signing up tour with Magical Retreat is definitely the right choice for us in Kenya! Pamela, the owner is very friendly. She welcomed us on the first day we arrived and briefed us on the details of tour and itinerary. Our 8 nights tour were guided by a very experienced tour guide, Edward, who is very helpful and knowledgeable on showing us the animals and birds that we spotted. My husband and I are very happy with this private safari tour and enjoyed every moments of the game drives! Accommodations we stayed are very safe and comfortable.

I don't have words to express the beauty of the country and this park in particular. It is a place for a complete detox from phones and any electronics. We lived our time there and wouldn't mind going for morr
