Amazing host and tour arrangement
I stayed at Motel Santaviva for 4 days and did Gorilla trekking. Ivan was an amazing and warm host. He provided helpful tourist information and transportation for me. The price of tour is also affordable since in am a solo traveler. The gorilla tour was really well arranged even I booked it just two days before. Thanks for Ivan. I really have had great time during gorilla trekking and my stay at Kisoro. Highly recommended if you are going to visit Uganda.

Great experience
Overall, the experience was amazing. We saw so many animals, more than I expected in December. The big bonus is being able to see a lot of these animals quite up close - might have been our luck!
The guide (Johnny Jackson) is fantastic. He's passionate about animals and went above and beyond for us all to have a great experience. Thank you Johnny!!
They have 4x4 vehicles designed for safaris which is a must at the park terrain - saw some two wheel vehicles (vans) and they kept getting stuck in various places so we had a huge advantage!
The budget camp was ok, they have hot water and wholesome food. Beware of baboons trying any unzipped tents though. ;)
The massive benefit of the camp was being able to talk to the local Masai who work there and ask them about their experiences and how they live their lives.
The company could improve on communication though. For example, I have been told they will come pick me up at 7.30 and they were already there at 7 so I had to make them wait. They also didn't tell me the name or the phone number of the person picking me up so it was difficult to know if it's genuine or not, getting into a stranger's car. The booking experience was also a little odd, again, difficult to judge if genuine or not, so had to go with the flow and trust the reviews.
If the company improved on these things, there's really nothing else that could be better. I had the time of my life I will always remember. I highly recommend this safari company.

I can truly reccomend this touroperator. I made first time tour for my customers in Namibia and everything was great. People are very professional. I said what I need and they prepared me exactly what I wanted. We could discussed every point from out tour and everything was as we had promised. Hotels, transportaion, people, attractions were absolutly 👍.
An Unforgettable Adventure
I recently went on the 6 Days Safari + Zanzibar Beach tour with Karis Expeditions Safaris, and I can't recommend it enough! The safari portion of the trip was absolutely incredible. We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park, and the wildlife encounters were beyond my expectations. We saw the Big Five up close and the landscapes were stunning. Our guide, Sam, was very knowledgeable and ensured we had the best possible experience.
After the safari, we headed to Zanzibar, where we relaxed on the beautiful beaches. The turquoise waters and white sandy shores were paradise. Karis Expeditions did a great job of arranging everything — the transitions from the safari to the beach were seamless. I was also able to explore Stone Town and enjoy some delicious local cuisine.
This trip was the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. If you’re looking for an authentic, well-organized safari experience followed by a peaceful beach getaway, Karis Expeditions is the way to go!

Perfect Organisation, very professional, adaptable and kind team
We have an incredible travel thank to this agency. Phinorah was super proactive since the first day when I contacted them asking for a quote, all along the travel and even after. I was concerned about booking in internet with a local company but she was very helpful and patient to prove all was serious and the outcome was great, so much better than what I was proposed by “specialized safari tours” in France. Exceptional tour operator!
I had an unforgettable adventure on Mount Kilimanjaro with MJ Safaris. This was my first long trek and the highest altitude I’ve ever been to. However, thanks to the incredible team, I was able to complete the trek and enjoy every moment of it.
A huge thank you to my guide, Silvano. He was exceptional at pacing, ensuring we took breaks at the right moments, which was especially important given the challenging nature of the trek. He was also incredibly knowledgeable, knowing every tree and flower on the mountain. His passion for climbing and nature was truly inspiring, and it kept me going, not just on Kilimanjaro, but in my future mountain adventures as well.
The climbing crew was incredibly kind and encouraging, which made the trek feel like a team effort. Every day, I was greeted with warm smiles. The porters climbed incredibly fast and always helped find the best spots to set up camp.
The food and camping equipment provided by MJ Safaris were the best at the campsite—not only for me but also for the climbing crew. It’s clear that MJ Safaris truly values the well-being of their staff, which made the entire experience feel even more supportive and comfortable.
Additionally, the logistics were flawless. The pick-up and accommodation arrangements before and after the tour were well-organized, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Experienced guide who knows what’s’ best for the tourist with him
Plan for Kenya was by my friends who I accompanied and should say the tour from Airport to Train Station is the best experience we had.
Every day planning, hotel/ campsite stays, game rides for animal viewing, masai village tour, cycling , boat rides - everything was more than we expected.
Tour guide had good knowledge of all wild animals in Masai Mara Reserve & Amboselli National park and he never denied our request for more animal viewing or getting closer to animal herds for good pictures & closer viewing.
It’s a lifetime experience that I wouldn’t forget and I hope everyone opting Karibu Safaris also will have the same satisfaction.

Absolutely incredible experience! From start to finish, the safari was beyond my expectations. The wildlife was stunning, but what made this trip truly unforgettable was the care and warmth of Anna and her daughter, Juliana.
Anna ensured every detail was perfect, while Juliana went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. We bonded so much during the trip that we became like sisters. She was always by my side, making sure I was okay and sharing laughs and stories along the way. It felt less like a tour and more like an adventure with family.
