Our experience was good, in spite of some difficulties in communication due to last minute unforseen facts, lapses of concentration and maybe a lack of clear objectives on our side.
The best of our trip were the safaris with our guide Raymond, an expert in finding animals no matter the hidden they could be. With him we got the sense of adventure, driving through the savannah and learning about wildlife.
You could say he is frugal, but he has a great sense of humour, he is supportive and sensible. We really recommend him.

Overall Go Touch Down was fabulous! There was a guide at the airport to meet us and get us started off without a hitch! We arrive a few days before the tour which was wonderful and we had time to acclimate and add an excursion on one day. Each of the locations we stayed at got better as we went. we all fell in love with Dulstroom. Which we had more free time there to enjoy some fly fishing since it was the Fly Fishing Mecca of South Africa. Several in our group said we could easily live there!! The Tshukudu Lodge was incredible and we got to see almost every animal. The game drivers were great and took a lot of pride in showing us around and trying to find as many animals as possible! Love that we parked at one of the dams to have a drink and a snack. When we first got to the game lodge we were taken to our rooms and right in front of our room was a Cheetah sleeping. I was a bit taken aback, but our driver said, "Don't worry about him" and walked right behind him and into our room. Oh my!! The food was great and everyone was very helpful. Go Touch Down booked our added tour to Victoria Falls, which was an incredible addition. So glad we got to experience that. The morning we walked the falls we were almost by ourselves! Simply a trip of a lifetime! Thank you Go Touch Down for an incredible journey and so many wonderful memories!!

SO AMAZING
The tour was very amazing! Our flight was delayed and they accommodated us so well! Isaac our tour guide, was great and made sure we saw all the amazing things the Masai had to offer.

The tour operator was a good one with a great sense of humor.
There was a good flow of communication between me and the tour operator .I received very nice services e.g there was free bottled water given during the tour .The money i spent was worth it the trip.I really i really enjoyed the trip it was beyond my expectations and OSK Tours are the best.

Excellent organization
Excellent organization. I managed to join the tour as soon as I landed. They have everything well organized. In the safari we were 6 people and in the jeep you have plenty of space and you don't miss a single detail of the animals. The experience of sleeping in the middle of the park in a tent was wonderful. They take care of everything. You just have to relax and enjoy. Delicious food and quantity. The communication with Kiliholidays, more specifically with Mr. Mack, was very fast and good and I was able to organize everything in a few days. I will definitely repeat with them on a next trip. Thanks!

Professional, they organize very nice trips
So, Engabi Tour& Travel is an excellent travel company!. They are very professional, kind and everything was wonderfull in all our tours managed by Engabi.

1. Safari trip in Murchison Falls National Park Uganda - the trip was very good organised. We had a very nice and good driver and of course a nice car. The lodge that Cristopher recommended to us was nice, very clean and with good food (as he promised to us when we talked on the phone). I don't want to say about the game drive that it was wonderfull... we saw the lion, the elephant and even the leopard!.
2. Jinja trip to the sours of Nile - also very good organised, with nice car and a very kind driver.
3. The amazing part of our Uganda trip was of course the Gorillas Trekking!. I have no word to describe this amazing experience!. Although it is expensive it is totally worth it. Engabi Tour and Christopher organised for us a wonderfull tour. All that he recommended to us was very good (the lodge was wonderfull, clean and good food). Actually being so close to the gorillas was a unique experience and I totally recommend to every people who love animals and Africa.
So, as a conclusion, I totally recommend Engabi Tour & Travel, professional, very helpful, nice people, they explained us everything about our trips and most important they do what they promise. Of course even you don't imagine that, Uganda is an expensive country for foreigners but we received all the services for what we paid. So, as you can say...good value for money
