Fantastic 1 day trip to Chobe from Vic Falls
We had a great time with Africa Beast Safaris. They are always on time, and communicate very very well.
Their guides are professional, enthusiastic and really want you to have a great experience.
The trip itself was awesome. The game drive left in the morning (dress warmly!) And we saw dozens of elephants, buffalo, and hippos among many other species. We also saw a pride of lions right next to the jeep. The lunch they provide at the lodge is also very good.
For the boat ride we saw crocodiles, more hippos and buffalo and even got to watch two herds of elephant cross the river, and more lions.
Could not be more impressed with Africa Beast Safaris and we will be booking with them again.

Like seeing Kenya with an old friend!
We chose our tour based on price and itinerary, limited to the short window when both of our kids were home from college. From the first moment, Antony G. was patient, flexible, and informative, fielding questions and helping us get ready. He was also ready to go the extra mile, arranging transportation to and from the airport, procuring sim cards upon arrival, follow-on train tickets, and working around hotel availability during the WRC Safari Rally Race. We were slow and deliberate in making up our minds, but Antony never showed any impatience and was genuinely interested in ensuring we would get the trip we hoped for.
From the moment we arrived, Andrew, our guide, was delightful company and exactly the guide we needed! It would be understandable if a 12-year veteran guide occasionally showed a little boredom with visiting places he had been going for years, but Andrew was just as excited as we were to see the sights and the wildlife...his energy, enthusiasm, and expertise made him the perfect guide for us. He threw himself into everything we were doing, was always patient and fun, and from the very first day it was like having an old friend show us around places that he dearly loved and wanted to share. I would not hesitate to tour with Andrew again, and I would recommend him to literally anyone, including my parents in their mid-70s.
Tazama Africa Holidays, led by Antony and Andrew, delivered everything they promised and SO much more. We hoped to have the trip of a lifetime, and we got exactly what we wanted. I've never smiled so much or looked forward to the next bend in the road so much. An absolutely unbeatable experience! Thank you, Antony and Andrew, for giving us an extraordinary memory.

Made the most of every game drive.
The whole process was smooth with Suricata; from booking through final transfer to return home. The driver made sure we saw the most diverse pool of animals possible while avoiding the crowds. Food was always tasty.

3 days / 2 nights with Surricata exceeded expectations on every level. From beginning to end, the trip was extremely well organised, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and fun, and the hotel we stayed in the night before the safari was perfect for what we needed. I should also mention that Surricata picked us up and returned us to the airport afterwards which greatly appreciated after a really long flight from the Uk.
Now for the safari itself. I was left speechless on so many occasions. Our guide, also know as King James aka 007 seemed to know exactly where to go for the best sightings (the photos speak for themselves) and throughout the entire trip he shared endless knowledge about the animals, their habitat and even the vegetation - I learned so much. Plus, he was really relaxed, had a hilarious sense of humour and brought the whole group together.
The campsites and facilities delivered everything we needed, including a few visitors in the form of zebras and hyenas (all very safe, and exciting) and Chas, our chef, was fantastic. He prepared all of meals fresh each day and the food was delicious.
There are so many companies offering safaris in this area - I was so glad I picked Surricata and would definitely recommend them to anyone else too.

There were many amazing experiences. The drivers and guides made the trip a wonderful once in a lifetime opportunity. I HIGHLY and without reservation recommend this company and this trip to everyone. My husband was having some issues with his back, Everyone was very kind, helpful and caring and ensured he missed nothing at all.

Excellent from start to finish!!
We did the 3 day safari from Suricata and it was exceptional! Our guide - James 007 was incredible from start to finish. Great sense of humour, knowledge and seems to know everyone, meaning he gets you to see so many amazing animals! Food was great and the campsite facilities we’re fine for the price. Would highly recommend Suricata to anyone!
