Best Vacation of Our Lives
My husband and I started our honeymoon in Tanzania with a safari provided by lion king adventures. The experience was magical in every way. This was hands down the best vacation experience we have ever had and we travel frequently and all over. We saw thousands of animals including but limited cheetahs, leopards, lions, giraffes, elephants, and even rhinos. The safari was highly organized and stream line. Every team member was pleasant to work with. And the luxury hotels are to die for, each better than the last. The photos do not do it justice. I would highly recommend a Tanzania safari and to book it with lion king adventures to ensure quality!

One of the most amazing vacations with the best guide.
What an amazing experience. Having been to over 38 countries and dozens of amazing excursions I have to say this was our #1 trip this far! David our tour guide made it even better. We were fortunate to see 4 cheetahs, 9 baby cub lions, dozens on lions, dozens of elephants, giraffes, and so much more wildlife. The places we stayed at were incredible! Go luxury! It might be more expensive but I can say it is 110% with the extra money! You won’t experience a hotel like this anywhere else! It is something spectacular! The food, the people, the level of service is unheard of. Thank you so much lion king for making this trip for my wife and I so special! We will be back!

Everything was seamless, so we could really just focus on enjoying ourselves.
My girlfriend and I took a five day safari and absolutely loved it. We considered spending more money for what we thought would be a more "luxurious" experience, but are so glad went with the safari as Wild Planet Safari planned it. They were very patient with us asking a ton of questions during the booking process and once there, everything was perfectly planned. We felt incredibly spoiled as everything transfers, meals, check-ins; everything was handled seamlessly. The safari drives themselves were phenomenal. Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and had a great sense for where we would have the best animal encounters. We've recommended this tour to all our friends and family back home. You won't be disappointed.

Gasper went above and beyond to make sure that the safari was enjoyable, exciting and one of a kind.
The safari was unforgettable. Gasper was not only reliable but was accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. He always informed us of additional activities we could experience such as visiting the Masai, a galley full of cultural artifacts and souvenirs as well as the chance to delve into the community by taking a tour of Mutombu and having a home cooked meal at Ava Gardens. Communication was never a problem and Gasper was always ready to share his knowledge and fun facts as we saw the animals and answer any burning questions we had. Gasper was always kind and professional. A vacation which will not be easily forgotten or replicated.

Brilliant Organisation, Excellent Safety and a Great Experience
The trip was really well organised with excellent communication from the beginning. Every aspect of the trip was well organised with clear direction on what we were going to be doing, at what time and instructions given on what was needed from us. We were given daily briefings on what to expect, given daily health checks and were constantly supported and encouraged all the way to the top of Kilimanjaro. The Guides, Ported, Cooks and all the E Trip Team were fantastic all the time and nothing was too much for them. The 4 days Safari after the hike were fantastic and the knowledge of the drivers enabled us all to see Cheetahs, Leopards, Lions and even a Black Rhino. We couldn’t have asked for more from the team. Fantastic Safari experience
Fantastic Safari experience with my son of 8 years old. Very exciting trip. Our driver Mirambo was always very Kind. We visited the major park of Tanzania to see a lot of animals. This safari will rest in our memories for ever!

This is the second time I have traveled with my family with GoExplore. The first time was an amazing Uganda experience (already reviewed) and this second experience with my husband to Kenya was equally amazing. Brian organized organized both tours for me and tailored them according to my wishes. As this is still the time of unsure flights and Covid difficulties, he was easily able to adapt to some changes with travel that were beyond our control.
GoExplore is a boutique business that is very personalized and offers you the equal and more than a large corporate operator. The price point is compatible with group tours but you will have your own personal driver and guide for yourself and there is nothing to compare with this luxury. Because of that, you will also be able to adapt your days schedule if you wish according what you want and not what is a groups plan.
We were completely happy and satisfied with all aspects of our travel (on both trips). Brian knows the safari tour industry and is constantly working to improve the business, his knowledge about lodges, the parks, restaurants and all minute aspects of the tour. He will be able to personally attest to the quality of whatever product he is recommending to you.
Sammi was our driver in Kenya and we can only say that he was amazing. He knew more about wildlife (and every birds name and details) than an encyclopedia, was an amazingly adept driver in sometimes rough conditions (traffic, rough park roads, etc.) and looked out for our interests. While respecting the animals, he went above and beyond trying to make sure we saw every different animal we could. We appreciated that he obviously respected and cared about the animals we were seeing. (Not all safari drivers do and will do anything to try to get to see something up close, even while encroaching too much on their space.) We had a minor vehicle difficulty and Sammi made sure that everything went smoothly and we didn't miss a minute of our trip or schedule. He is quite an asset to GoExplore. Sammi only drives on Kenya trips but if you go to Uganda, I highly recommend Moses who was equally great.
Overall, the trip was an unforgettable trip of a lifetime. If you haven't gone on a safari before, you should trip to put this on your life plan. There is nothing like it and when you plan it, you want a safari operator that will listen to your needs, wants, and budget and tailor it to fit you. GoExplore will do that in a personal way.
Our lodges that Brian picked were magical and the food was outstanding. There was nothing about our trip that we would have changed. I highly recommend GoExplore if you want to travel to any of the countries they operate in. If not those countries, then reconsider them over the more commercialized ones (such as South Africa) and you won't be disappointed.

Daniel was fantastic, friendly and very knowledgable
Our safari trip was perfect. Our guide knew where to find great sightings of wildlife throughout Masai Mara and Nakuru. We saw rare things such as three cheetahs on a hunt for zebra, lions in a mating ritual and so much more.the AA lodge was luxurious with beautiful tents and fine dining with a great bar for a cold drink after a rugged trail ride. The service there was second to none. The safaris are anything but meek. Daniel took us to some hard to reach places over extreme terrain. Adding to the experience was the travel from one park to the next. Rolling through the highlands and Rift Valley was a bonus that helps you fully experience the great country and people of Kenya. The Golden Palace Hotel in Nakuru provides a full immersion in the African Experience. All in all a wonderful trip.
