Very diligent and effective
Our safari trip was a success. The kids loved it and everything that indigo safaris organised went smoothly. Good value for money, wonderful guides faithful transfer from and to airport, wonderful lodges (specially Antrim villa, in Cape Town, very cosy and comfortable and with a wonderful breakfast and lunch menu, lokuthula lodge in Vitoria falls and worming welcome kubo lodges in kasane, that provided us with a surprise dinner).
The game drives were great (Kalahari tours) We saw the animals in a magnificente environment. The staff was very helpful and dedicated, we felt welcome everywhere.
The flights were our responsability. We had problems with Botswana air company that canceled our flight and budget air that postponed it for a week. On the other hand emirates we’re amazing and air link a very good regional flight company. After the cancellation of flight from kasane indigo safaris helped us to catch the plane from Victoria falls providing the transfer from kasane to Victoria falls airport.

Perfect, safe and good-cuisine experience (and we saw all the Big Five!)
We are an Italian couple and the Suricata Safari was one of the best experiences of our lives. One could sum it up by saying that we saw hundreds of amazing animals (all the Big Five), slept in tents under the African stars, ate exceptional food and made people that will remain with us forever, but that would be reductive. We immersed ourselves in a magnificent, friendly country with a very deep culture in symbiosis with its wilderness.
Our guide, George (Mchikirwa in Swahili) guided us a this trip: very organized, excellent observer and able to unearth animals. Our cook, Mussa, is simply great: we are Italians with high standards, but the food was always above our expectations. On the last day we toured with Rocky and will not forget his wonderful explanations. Thanks also to Mr.T who bring us the airport in avery late hour.
Suricata Safari is the best reviewed agency in Tanzania and totally deserves the reputation.

Wonderful experience. The things we did and saw were unbelievable, and for that we have to thank all the amazing people we met. From the boss, Hilary, to our Safari guides George and Rocky, the chef Musa and the driver mister T. They were all kind, fun and very professional, everything was taken care from our arrival at the airport to departure.

The safari has been excellent. From the driver Isaya who came to pick us up at the airport and spoke Spanish very well, the cook Nathan who cooked everything by hand, the excellent food and Aaron the guide with whom we saw many animals and explained many things to us. Just back from a 4 day/5 night comfort safari and it was the trip of a lifetime! African Big Cats made everything so easy to book with quick and efficient communication from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and everything from airport pick-up to accommodation and meals were taken care of. Our guide Lord was fantastic, his knowledge and passion for safari was obvious and he really went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable - we saw so many animals and so many beautiful landscapes all thanks to him.

I am thrilled that we opted to work with Bernard & Bridget, the Nziza Hospitality team. The trip was planned exactly as we desired. With our very specific interests it was well worth using a concierge service like Nziza and a private tour. They listened carefully to our interests down to the last detail and made our vision a reality. They arranged a private visit to a Maasai tribal community where we had the exact conversations and learning experience that I had hoped to have. Communication was fantastic before, during, and after the trip. Every last detail was considered. We visited Kenya, Uganda, and Rwanda. Each stop involved a new guide and accommodations. All were superb. In particular, our Ugandan guide Martin was outstanding. A living encyclopedia! We learned so much. The lodges went above and beyond, in ways that I have never experienced, to accommodate my gluten food allergy. The chefs met with me each day to go over the options and even made special dishes just for me. We essentially had "gate to gate" attention to assist us even inside the airport. Wow. One flight between countries was delayed and Nziza team took care of every detail even making sure they hand delivered us lunch inside the airport during a layover since we were short on time! Wifi was available at all accommodations. One lodge had weaker wifi in the room (was strong in the main reception area) and there we were given a portable wifi hot spot device from Nziza to use for our convenience at this stop. They thought of everything down to snacks and water in the vehicle on longer driving days. The Nziza team was very responsive and helpful to our questions at all times during the trip. From the accommodations to food to guides to visits with the tribe to animal sightings and more, every part of the trip was top notch! We even decided last minute to add on some bonus options like hot air ballooning in Maasai Mara and meeting with scientist teams in the field, and the team made it happen flawlessly on little notice. I was SO impressed with every part of the trip. A magical journey that was made even better with such excellent planning, support, accommodations, and guides. Highly recommend!!!!
