Amazing! is the right word
I am not one to do reviews but this is one I just had to do as a treasure like this is worth being noted. I contacted a few tour operators and Amazing Memories Safaris was one of the few that promptly responded. Apart from their quick response, they had an easy to understand package that was concise with all necessary details. Furthermore, they were accommodating, very responsive and flexible to our requests.
The Itinerary they helped develop for the 9-day trip was excellent as it was well balanced ensuring that we had maximised our experience in the locations selected. Ann made the booking process was seamless and stress-free.
The pickup was also perfect as James MAGI was on time. The hotel selections were also just amazing and considering the cost, you get value for money. The food and rooms/luxury tents from Samburu, Nanyuki to Mara were great with amazing views and all amenities one would want.
I have to say that what made the experience go beyond expectation was our guide, James MAGI, He was extremely knowledgeable, always professional and friendly such that by the end of the trip we made a lifetime friend. His experience of wildlife as well as tracking animals is what made the safari fun and exciting. The highlight for me was getting to see a Leopard, even though we got to see all the sought after animals and many that I was not even aware of, for some reason I never get to see Leopards. Another thing that I appreciate about our guide is how he knows the routes to take to make the trips between destinations quicker while still driving at a moderate comfortable pace, I say this as I thought I knew all the roads in Kenya hahaha. This means you get to maximise your holiday and not spend long hours on the road. I would highly recommend asking for James MAGI as your Guide.

AMAZING! Couldn't have asked for a better company & guide
We had the best time in Uganda and Nicholas was the most understanding and helpful contact EVER! The trip kept being changed and delayed because of covid but Nicholas helped us through it all. He was very flexible and made us feel so comfortable.
Our guide Barnabas was also so nice, helpful and funny. We felt so comfortable with him and had the best chats. When we asked to change things during the tour Nicholas and Barnabas were super flexible.
Uganda is STUNNING and you'll never regret going.
We ended up testing positive for covid on our last day, but with Nicholas and Barnabas' help it wasn't the end of the world and our quarantine in Uganda was better than what it would have been at home. If you're travelling now it's definitely important to go with people you can rely on and Africa Tours Adventure were the best!

The Baobab Ridge provides nice bungalos even for families of 5 persons ( 2 adults and 3 kids ) the pool area is beautiful and one can easily watch animals directly from the pool

Exceptional Safari Highly recommended!
I thoroughly recommend this company. We had an unforgettable experience for the few days. Our guide James was professional, knowledgable, enthusiastic, entertaining and kind. He made us have a great and amazing experience. Ask for him. He was also a great driver and good company on the return trip from Mombasa to beautiful Watamu. Our office contact, Silas, was also great to deal with. Amboseli was stunning & we saw all the wildlife we had hoped to see.

AMAZING 3 DAYS MASAI MARA SAFARI!
The service we got from Africa Kenya Safari was just beyond our imagination. They are very professional and they go out of they way to make your vacation memorable. Our guide was knowledgeable and knew his way in the park so well and did his work with so much passion. The jeep gave us another reason to smile since its fitted with gadgets to ease the travel and the comfort is out of this world. The choice of accommodation cant go unmentioned since we had an amazing time at Enkorok camp. My family's expectations were met beyond measure. I will definitely use them in future and I can recommend them to anyone planning to undertake a safari in Kenya. Thanks to Humphrey and the entire team.

Absolutely perfect!
After much searching for the perfect safari I decided to go with Citrus Tours after lengthy talks with Steve, and let me tell you, it was the best decision. Steve did literally everything for me, from getting me a simcard, extra water, changing money to making sure I would have vegan meals everywhere I stayed and making sure I (solo female traveler) would feel absolutely safe. The driver, Patrick, was amazing! So patient (there were 2 kids in my group), funny, relaxed and very knowledgeable about animals and their behaviour. Made sure we saw all the cats and every other animal we wanted to see. Also bought us fresh fruit along the way. Overall a 5+ star experience.

We have just experienced a 9-day tour arranged by Luis, taking in Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Zanzibar the whole Safari was expertly managed, well-executed, and made most enjoyable by our superb Local Guide, "Samir", who was very knowledgeable, a charming companion, and had a nice sense of humour! He could not have done more for us and made sure that what we asked for we got, he went out of his way to see that we had the very Best 60th Wedding Anniversary adventure that it was possible to have! From the booking process with Emma to the drop off by our guide Good Living on our last day, our tour was incredible. Good Living, our safari driver and guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to spend 4 days with. He was informative with safari related information in addition to discussing local culture and history. Accommodations were beautiful, comfortable and beyond anything we expected with a safari. Service at our lodges/camps was outstanding, very customer focus and great food. The rooms were comfortable and located on beautiful properties where you could see and hear wildlife. Our boxed lunches were more than enough and delicious. We highly recommend the 4 day 3 night Northern Circuit where we were able to see the Big Five and much more thanks to Good Living’s experience.

One reason why we opted for Twinkle Star was the smooth and professional planning and correspondence with James, who assembled a perfect 2-week safari for us. We totally trusted the agency with the hotel picks and didn’t look them up before and I do not exaggerate when I say that we absolutely loved every accommodation we stayed in and we always had the feeling that James booked the best room (or tent) in the hotels for us.
Of course, a good tour guide plays a vital role in a successful safari holiday, which is why we are so so thankful for our most wonderful guide Abu. He not only was an outstanding animal spotter (really unbelievable what he spotted!) and a fantastic driver (the roads in the parks really require a supreme level of driving skills), but he also impressed us every day with his extensive knowledge of wildlife, culture and Kenyan history. With Abu being so kind, funny and professional, we always had the best time and honestly couldn’t have wished for a better guide.
