The guide was outstanding the operator very reliable and very helpful
We had a five tour through the Kruger, the operator also organized a connecting provider who brought us form the Kruger to St. Lucia. Everything was in time, the hotels were clean and comfortable, the food was good and tour overwhelmingly beautiful. Simon, our guide, did an outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable, very kind and had an excellent view for the game. I can wholeheartedly and without any reserve recommend this operator.

We had great experience with Twinkle Star Tour
We booked the 12-days tour with James (Twinkle Star Tours). We were a group of 12 people with 4 vehicles. James greeted us in the morning at the hotel where we stayed overnight. Our drivers also picked us up from there after the the greeting. Drivers were on time every day. The transfers from Kenya to Tanzania and back went smoothly. The experiences in both countries were great. Twinkle Star Tours exceeded our expectations, highly recommend Twinkle Star Tours for next booking. Exceeded expectations.
We loved the personal service we received from Savannah Explorers. Everything went off exactly as planned and our guide was excellent and so knowledgeable about wildlife and the geography of the Serengeti, the Ngorogoro Crater, the Lake Manyara and the the Tarangire Reserves.

I have traveled to many countries, and my biggest concern is always being taken advantage of (financially) or getting incredibly lost from one major location to the next. Speke Uganda allowed us to truly experience our trip with no concerns regarding the nitty gritty. We could enjoy each day with the confidence we would get where we needed to be, learn what we needed to learn, see some incredibe things, and become immersed in the culture. Reactive tour operator that listens to its customers
We chose Moraka Africa Safaris from a large number of tour operators and have never been disappointed with our choice.
Before our departure, Latipher was very helpful in sorting out our problems with the booking. Once in Tanzania, she was always available to manage the pick up from and to the airport (even during unforeseen flight schedule changes..) as week as to welcome us and answer any questions we could have.
The 5 day tour of 4 different National Parks was perfect, with nice accommodations and good food. And of course, our guide, Omari, who allowed us to observe many animals while entertaining us with his anecdotes.
In short, we had a wonderful and unforgettable trip!

Great safari tour and guide
We had a great experience with Pendaeli and Elie. All the tour was organised following our wishes and budget. We got very good prices, and even surprises at the hotel, thanks to them. We were travelling with our family (3 children aged from 2 to 12) and we had really appreciated the efforts they did to make our journey fantastic and adapted to children. The guide knowledge was huge and we learnt many things with him. Besides, he was really nice, reliable, safe driver and always trying to do his best so we can meet animals. Unforgettable experience and people !

Amazing experience!
The company is super organized. We had a last minute change of the arrival airport and we knew just after take off without the chance to warn them. At the arrival our suricata driver already figured out and was there waiting for us! Floridi, the guide, was really professional (very good English) and so nice he became a friend! We had a chef waiting for us at the campsites that cooked very tasty and abundant meals! We met also other suricata guides and all of them seemed very nice guys. I really recommend suricata and will contact them again for a future safari!

Efficient and professional
I booked our transfers in and around Namibia with Blue Crane Safaris. I was referred to Derek by a friend of mine who runs a tour company in South Africa. Derek replied immediately to my request for 3 private plane transfers and 1 road transfer. Derek offered advise regarding the flights and gave me all information and answered my questions quickly. Subsequent emails were all met with an efficient and quick reply. The transfers were great, all 3 pilots were professional and friendly. I am a little nervous in small planes but after the first flight my mind was put to rest and I really enjoyed the last 2 flights. Everything was on time and all departure times were well communicated to the lodges where we were staying. Thank you to Blue Crane Safaris for your great organisation and reliability. I will definitely use this company again when I travel to Namibia.
