Beautiful country with abundant wildlife, and cities with large wealth disparities.
Kenya is a must-travel destination if you enjoy wildlife tourism. Masai Mara is an expansive, well managed safari, with an abundance of fauna, though tour operators vary in their knowledge of details about the animals. The roads are chaotic, but it's quite fun really, and the accommodations seem quite nice when the power/wifi works. Birding isn't a big feature it seems, though there are some beautiful species, with the exception being the guides at Lake Naivasha. Nairobi has some nice restaurants at affordable prices, and is quite safe now (given the precautions taken due to terrorist attacks), but isn't worth spending much time in unless you're there for other reasons.

Exciting 3days Safari experience.
Me and my partner had a very exciting 3 day Safari experience.
Most of communication was through mails and WhatsApp but responses were always good and very helpful.
Pick up from Kilimanjaro airport was smooth and the driver waited for me although I was late to get my travel entry visa.
Our guide James was professional and knew where to find the animals. He also had seemed to have good relationship with other guides enabling him to collect always good information to spot lots of animals.
Tents used for the accommodation were good and the served food was always delicious, considering the limited cooking options out in the nature.
We really enjoyed the tour. Thank you !

Amazing
We had the best advice and help we could ask for by booking with Gems of Africa Safari & Tours. I had a million questions since this was our first (but not last) time to South Africa - always mails answering my questions. We can only recommend other travelers to book with Gems of Africa Safari & Tours.

High value for money
I booked a low budget safari through Kenya (Masaai Mara, Naivasha, Nakuru, Amboseli) and Tanzania (Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater). Of course accomodations were what we booked. Everything was perfectly organized. We were a mixed group not knowing each other before. But we got along very well and had fun together. Our drivers (Patrick in Kenya, Hosa in Tanzania) showed us plenty of wildlife. That one day in Amboseli we saw lions mating, and maybe half an hour later ostriches mating.
A lot of bang for the buck!
Now all hail to The Beast!

Amazing Safari experience
Booked our 6 days safari for Amboseli and Mara with Seven by Far. It was an amazing experience. Right from our first conversation with Sylvester to the booking experience to the entire trip, everything was top-notch.
Hassan and John were amazing guides to accompany us for the game drives. They made sure that we could spot all the cats and other animals those national parks are known for.
If you're planning a trip to Mara, chose Seven By Far and ask for Hassan. You will have the trip of your life!

Richard is accommodating, knowledgeable and good company
This is the 2nd time we have travelled with Richard, Covid rather delayed our trip, but we made it, and even extended to 3 weeks. Our guide and founder of the business Richard is the most knowledgeable guide we have met. He was helpful and supportive all the way along. We travelled from Entebbe to Kidepo and on to Murchison and then back down on the West side to Entebbe. Some times it takes a long to time to get anywhere (in a good way) as there are many stops, because Richard has so much he wants to show and share with you. Richard and Allen organised events throughout our trip which worked so well, village experiences (fascinating) waterfall hikes (go to Sippi Falls if you can) and Murchison Falls. The rhino tracking will say in our minds forever, meeting Luna and her baby was a beautiful experience. We stayed in a good range of accommodation - thank you for arranging the 2nd night at Murchison River Lodge Richard. Overall we saw a great variety of game and over 200 species of birds, we would definitely use Shoebill again for a 3rd trip to Uganda.

Fantastic Day Trip!
I had a fantastic safari in Ruaha National Park with Kitonga Tours! I saw so much in my one day trip leaving from Iringa – elephants, giraffes, zebras, crocodiles, ostriches and even several lions up close. Our guide and driver did a fantastic job in leading the trip and showing us the best spots, and Paul from the office was also very helpful in finding a group that I could join as a solo traveller. Highly recommended!

I've been in serengeti and Ngorongoro safari for three days with two friends and It was absolutely incredibile. The staff was caring about everything, the campus was clean and had everything you need. We spent the right amount of Money for a three days safari, considering The experience it values wat it cost!

Amazing experience with the best tour company!
We have had our fair share of travels in different countries and this was the first time we hired a tour comopany that did everything for us. Hotel bookings, tours, food, everything! From the minute we landed to the minute we left we were taken care of! We travel with two kids and they were so sweet to them. Chris went above and beyond to book everything for us, picked us up and even organized a little bday celebration for my husband. Jack, our guide, also went above and beyond taking us everywhere and sharing his knowledge about animals, Kenya’s culture and the tribes. Extremely recommend!!
