Good communication, fast responses
We did a 8-day Kilimanjaro hike and 1 day safari. The communication with the tour operator was good, fast responses. The included nights in the hotel and taxi services were also well arranged! The Kilimanjaro trekking was our highlight. We had an amazing group of porters en guides, who helped us with everything and we had a lot of fun with eachother. We would definitely recommend this agency to other people!

Very responsive on whatsapp, organized everything well at short notice
We found Falcon Safaris on searching SafariBookings. We had very few days to plan our Safari trip to Zimbabwe and Taku at FS was very prompt and responsive. Given very few reviews on TripAdvisor we spoke with him on whatsapp and felt good to go ahead with the trip. FS are affiliated with Africa Bush Camps and helped put together an itinerary for Mana Pools, Hwange and Vic Falls.
Taku was excellent in all respects - very easy to communicate with, very responsive on whatsapp, helped book the sunset cruise, boma dinner, lunch at Lookout cafe, suggestions for restaurants etc. Brian helped drive us from Hwange and in Vic Falls - his brother Gilbert helped us navigate the open market for souvenirs.
We had a great experience with Falcon and readily recommend them. Cheers.
PS - i asked one of the camp managers re how to identify if a tour agency is genuine if they dont have too many TA reviews. He suggested looking for them on Google Maps. If they have an office then they're genuine..

Perfect, unforgettable experience , fantastic guide
We had a week Safari tour at the end of august and everything was absolutely perfect. Abdul, our guide, has made this experience unforgettable. He has given us all the information we need it and answer all air question with an incredible patience and kindness.
We have seen so much both in animals, wildlife and culture.

Trip of a lifetime!
Where to start with my review of this amazing company.
Esther was great at organising beforehand and answering my many questions. The info we got was very accurate and exactly as per the trip we had. I looked at lots of different companies and this one seemed the best at the price point for the mid-luxury category (although it was more luxury really!).
Our guide, Ben, was very knowledgeable and a great guide. We enjoyed all our game drives and he made sure we saw everything we wanted to & we had lots of unique experiences with the animals. The accommodation was excellent along the way and so was the food, we were never hungry & always ate at the right times. Ben was always ready to answer any questions we had on the animals and knew everything there was to know!
Ben is also a very safe driver which is definitely required on the single lane Kenyan roads.
We had an absolutely fantastic honeymoon and we felt so well looked after the entire week. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s struggling to decide between all the quotes out there to take the leap with Estleon as you won’t regret it!

Sego is amazing, funny, patient & really made our experience for us!
The tour overall was really amazing!
Our tour operator Sego was so knowledgeable, patient, funny and just so easy to get along with.
Our tour was five days long, visiting the two main parks.
We saw so many animals in every place we went, there wasn’t anything we missed out on.
All the accommodation was great; very clean and had everything we needed.
Although the driving was long, there was many places Sego stopped for us to get coffee, use facilities and get some snacks.
Would highly recommend Spirit of Kenya for a safari.

Amazing experience
We chose a 3 days safari with Maijo Safaris to Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks from Arusha. It was an amazing experience!!
We had not booked anything beforehand, but with the help of Daudi, the director of Meijo Safaris, we were able to organise the safari spontaneously and in a very short time.
The safari itself was very well organised and thanks to our driver we were able to see lots of animals including the Big Five.
The Chef also did a great job. The food was really excellent!

Review about Serengeti National Park by George Thomas
Plenty of wildlife. In the central part one can see lions, leopards, buffalo and elephants.
The northern part is where the great migration of wildebeest across the Mara River takes place. Giraffe, zebras, gazelle and impala are everywhere. Plenty of birds too.

Beautiful landscape. There is only a little wildlife at this time of year. Saw the Serval cat, somewhat rare sighting in the daytime.
