Incredible, professional and attentive!
After searching on the internet for a good, reputable tour provider, we were very pleased to find Lenchada safaris. We booked the tour last minute and from the onset- Alex was very helpful, providing us with all of the information and different tour options. We decided on the 7 days safari starting in Nairobi and finishing in Amboseli.
During the tour we had two guides- Joseph for the first few days in the Masai Mara and then James for the remaining 4 days. Both guides were fantastic, extremely knowledgeable and very passionate about their jobs. They were confidently able to answer all questions and provide us with a first class tour. This was my first safari and I can honestly say it was brilliant! It had been on my bucket list forever and I was so happy that we could see all of the big 5 and more!
Joseph and James made the tour for us! They really couldn’t do enough and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time and a memorable experience!

I also would like to say a huge thank you to Sammy- our driver in Nairobi. After accidentally leaving my coat in the car, he facilitated getting it back to me! Thank you for that!
The accomodations were all great, rooms/tents with private bathrooms and there was a good variety of food-even for vegetarians.
Our highlights were seeing the Rhinos, Lions and the boat ride to see the hippos!
We are extremely pleased with the tour and feel it is excellent value for money. We will certainly recommend it to our friends and family! Thanks again!

The office was always in touch with us, rocksteady to adjust our plans up to the last minute. Driver was always able and willing to stop and present you to amazing mother nature wonders. Extraordinary sceneries, wild animals and great local people.

Fantastic, wonderful service from start to finish!
We did the 7 days safari and we booked it last minute.After reading the reviews online we had big expectations, and they didn’t disappoint us..what a great safari experience! We saw all what we wanted to see and more. It was fantastic! We had 2 guides- one for 3 days Joseph, and one for 4 days James, they were very knowledgeable and prepared..whenever we had a question they could answer and I feel that they really loved their jobs and were passionate to share this with us. I’m very satisfied about our safari and highly recommend this company for your Kenyan Safari!

very responsible and professional operator
We took a safari for 3 days in Masai Mara. We were met at the hotel in the morning in Nairobi and taken to the park. The check-in was in tents and it was just super and very unusual. The scarves have everything you need, shower, hot water, toilet, sink, table and chairs. There were 2 comfortable beds on which to sleep at night to the sounds of nature was one pleasure. On the very first day there was a small evening safari on which we saw many animals. The next day was spent in the car, we managed to see 3 of the 5 main animals of the savannah. Our guide, Castro, was very responsible and always tried to be the first to arrive at a new animal and find the hiding one. Even on the way back, Castro still tried to find the cheetah to show us. There was also a great lunch on the river bank overlooking the hippos. Would definitely recommend this tour operator to everyone and this is a safari.

amazing experience feeling in safe always
Amazing Safari and food!! Mandela from Arusha, our guide and Salim from Mto Wa Mbo, our Cook were fantastic, very helpful, kind and gentleman! Mandela seemed to be the best guide in Savanna, educated and explaining a lot of things, not running too much as orhers. Salim is just amazing, I gained some kg on the Safari.
Next time I want to go with them again!
We had also airport transfer and hotel for the night before and after included.
The first day Mr.T. came to pick us up on the airport. He offered some programs for our first empty day, so we went to a beautiful Waterfall at Kilimamjaro.
We felt always IN SAFE, which is very important for us, and they helped us in everything, we could also trust them thus they are very transparent and try to offer cheapest and best solutions (e.g. money change and local SIM card purchase)
We are very satisfied and happy! Very good value for the price!! Please calculate with some tips, they really deserve it!

Excellent service
They care about us. Communication was the best part of the experience. The driver always find the best spot to take nice pictures. Our safari specialist always confirm with us wether evberything is okay or not. We saw all types of big five and a lot of birds. We would love to go back again with Kennedy and plan with Jong. They are the best!

Amazing outings with the team over a weekend
We had only one and a half day in Nairobi and we wanted to make the most of it.
James and Gabriel organised for us the visit of Nairobi National Park, lake Naivasha and Hell's gate with bicycles. The perfect mix of adventure and game seeing over a weekend.
Organisation was just perfect and the programme adapted to our requests. We had a really good time with my friends but also with the organising team. The driver and the guides were super professional, creating the perfect atmosphere for fun, exchange and learning about Kenyan wildlife.

Natural World Kenya Safaris is an extremely reliable company. Three couples gave a deposit in 2019 for a 2020 ten day safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania, which of course was not possible because of the Covid shutdown. We were told our money was safe and that we could go in the future. We chose September 2021. As promised we were picked up at the airport in Nairobi, brought to a very nice hotel and started our safari the next morning. We received everything that was promised and more. Covid testing was never an issue as all arrangements were made ahead of time with results back in a timely fashion. The lodges were beautiful and our driver/guides were fabulous (we needed to change to a different guide when entering Tanzania from Kenya then back to our original guide when going back into Kenya). Both were wonderful and worked hard to get us as much wildlife as possible and position the Safari jeep for better photographs. We were greeted with open arms at all of the lodges. The employees could not do enough for us! Food and accommodations were great. I would highly recommend Natural World Kenya Safaris for anyone considering a visit to Kenya and Tanzania. They are wonderful countries to visit. My husband and I did a similar trip over 22 years ago and we were pleased to see the wildlife even more protected then they were in 1999. We will definitely be doing another trip with Natural World Kenya Safaris in the future!

Exceptional, once-in-a-lifetime safari with a professional guide
I spent a week on safari with James in Kenya - traveling across Nairobi, Samburu, Laikipia and Loisaba. James is a fantastic guide and even in between game drives, he really impressed me with his wealth of knowledge and friendly demeanour. Overall Jemu Expeditions was fantastic in every detail - the landcruisers, the transfers, the communication, the knowledge, and above all, the level of professionalism and care for myself, and no doubt every other client they book trips for.
